I hire out crews to do work like that on contract. We don't hire negroes. When you ask them to do the work you're paying them for, they complain & call you skrimminayshinn en prejidiss. We hire Mexicans, instead. When you ask them to do the work you're paying them for, they do it. Once they're done, & they usually do a pretty good job, you have to go tell them to do something else or they'll just sit on their asses until you tell them to do something. Still, once you tell them to do something, they don't complain, they just do it. You've got to hire on the ball foreman, though, and make sure they hayble the espannull. It's a lot harder to hire a good foreman than the workers. You can just go to Home Depot parking lots & they'll sign up. Just make sure you pay them what you said you will. That way, you get a good rep, so when your foreman shows up there with a couple of vans, he fills them up pretty fast.
When the SJWs come around to check hiring quotas, Mexis qualify as minorities, so I beat the quota every time. Sometimes they ask about the negores, but we just fake getting mad & ask them if they're skrimminayshinn aen prejidiss genss brown people. It shuts them up real fast. NO SJW likes it when you accuse them of skriminayshinn en prejidiss.
