#1 = Lorton. Too many dependa's there chasing military tags and benefits...of any race. Just overall GHETTO people unless you live in one of the larger homes on some land. I laugh at those who bought apartments at where the jail used to be. I feel for those living around the fields of lorton apts, they do wild out over there. Avoid anything Hagel Circle area too.

#2= La Mara Herndon. See recent news of hispanics causing panic on the bikepaths and MS13 nonsense everywhere in that area especially when you see 6 cars in one driveway...and the laundromats are constantly packed...


#3= Centreville is just some asian (mainly Korean) and whites with a few pockets of poverty but nowhere near SE DC- bad. Mostly working class people though. A LOT of renters though, which causes said ghetto pockets. Take "meadows of newgate" as an example. AT least it is confined to an area.

I could actually say Centreville is better than Reston, which should be the third choice here. Reston is making more low income housing happen, nuff said. ;)

Why doesnt your list include Alexandria/Rt. 1 area? That seems to be far and away the crappiest area in the county.

If a company employs someone under terms that forces the employee to resort to welfare benefits to survive, then the employer should be required to reimburse the state for the cost of those benefits.
