Yet again you hateful conservatives are being insensitive to our marginalized residents. It's part of their culture and you need to get used to it and stop being hateful.

WHEATON, Md. (WJLA) -- A Maryland man accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl and her younger brother was arrested in Montgomery County on August 20.

Nestor Lopez-Guzman is a 21-year-old Salvadoran national living in the U.S. illegally, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

ABC7's Kevin Lewis reports he is at least the sixth undocumented immigrant arrested in the county on rape or sex-related charges since July 25.

Investigators say Lopez-Guzman, who was released after posting an immigration bond on August 21, told them that touching the elementary school-age boy's genitals was a cultural joke that's common in El Salvador.
