The case will be thrown out because it is her 1st Amendment right of free speech to burn or destroy the US Flag.

SCOTUS already ruled on this.

It would be funny if it weren't such a credible threat! After she chickens out of detonation and the bomb squad clears her she will cry about how "traumatic" her stint for arson was and how America "drove her to do it" with all the "opression". She will get another slap on the wrist for the belt bomb and then go on to be a "civil rights advisor" and BFF to the first female Muslim president (probably Omar) like Obama and Bill Ayers!
