Yes! It looks like the school board is doing exactly that!
Remember the school board changed Jeb Stuart against the wishes of the community.
They changed the sex edu curriculum and in addition to this new social justice boundary change, the school board slipped something else into their draft policy that will be negative for the community.
Currently the school board must notify the community when 5% is affected, but under their new (less transparent) policy, they will not be required to notify the community unless 15% is affected. So the school board can make bigger changes without notifying the community. The school board is changing the policy so they can be LESS transparent to the voters.
