these gov workers all live in fine homes in fine neighborhoods. but Baltimore has a massive number of "un-employed" on welfare who have bed bugs to say the least - and no plans to get them working either

no natural resources except port access. is balto going to start selling china tech information? will sea shipping alone keep that city afloat and pay all those outrageous government paychecks and all those illegal aliens and blacks on welfare - all those losses?

in early America if a town was failed they packed up and left for an area that "had a purpose and way of life": they didn't send the fed gov an email demanding extra welfare and get it

Baltimore exists primarily on federal subsidies, grants and gov't handouts to stay afloat.

Look at the pics of downtown nigger laden Baltimore...you think those nogs pay taxes?
