Why would you get a place in DC without scoping out the level of surrounding nigger infestation?
Depends on the block, but much of 3rd street NE is so close to the Capitol that the nogs don't get that far from their jungle. The Capitol Hill Police are thick in that area and don't tolerate any nigger nonsense.
