One dude on that list, Manuel Soliz, is 5 feet tall, 180 lbs?
He should not be too hard to spot if he rolls past.

FYI - those people can go around scamming people (especially the elderly or those who are new to the country, who scammers tend to prey on) out of thousands of dollars. He is a fugitive from justice, therefore he was other warrants in other jurisdictions - FFX just has a false pretense charge on him and its likely he is local so that is why he has been placed on this list. We don't know what he has done in the other jurisdiction(s) so lets not be so quick to judge....
