San Francisco school board to DESTROY debated George Washington mural

they are going to "paint over it", as in not protect the work of art and put something infront of it
it's a mural of george washington leading the usa's military (George kept quiet unless there were skirmishes ongoing - which is when he'd send in troops). any claim a need to cover it would not be argued in court. if george ever sent troops to attack indians (which the mural indicates) - it was because indians were slaughtering settlers or there had already been a series of skirmishes.
Democrats - the very people who tell you they are about protecting the arts - DESTROYING ART AND LYING ABOUT HISTORY to prevent children from seeing their teachers are double dipping assholes living large for mere teaching jobs - stealing from the future and the children they are "teaching"
