Did you even read the first sentence of the article?
“The coming Atlantic hurricane season is predicted to be near normal, with nine to 15 named storms”
Where is near normal close to “bad ass”?
You also missed “A persistent El Nino is expected to suppress the intensity of the hurricane season”
Get your facts straight, dumbass.
