Where are the best buffets in Fairfax where a big guy like me can get his money worth

There are no good buffets in Fairfax County. You need to go to Prince William County to Golden Corral.

"best" is relative. After Peter Pan went belly up, Fairfax lost what little it had. Harvest Moon's lunch buffet is very, very bland. Oh what I'd give for a decent Chinese buffet.

Two Asian chefs-Thai n Korean, told me about “green olives buffet” off route 1 near ft. Hunt.
Then, I met some chick at hanks oyster bar that also said it was clean n good.
I know Asians will eat ANYTHING seafood(blue oyster buffet in Springfield 2000’s), but when an educated white lady mentions it, it is worth noting.

Great American buffet in Alexandria at the Rt 1 exit south, is where PG County large eaters head, its a bit dark inside so be liberally P.C polite and meek don't say a word if other PG slopchute fans grab the fried chicken out of the pan before you can get to it

Across from the big Lotte.

Most buffets are disgusting, with throngs of mud people pawing through the greasy fare.

There are a few good buffets in FFX, but fuck if I’d tell you scumbags. You’d just turn the places to shit.

Arthur Treacher's crisp batter fried snakehead fish with those chips and a ice cold Fanta

A Horn and Horn AYCE Buffet Real Shakeys and Old Country Buffet would be nice too
Plus the 3 Chefs in Annandale. We still have the 29 for a late night grease job that can hit the spot just hold the politics which was not their years ago with Lenny and Of course the Vienna Inn RIP Mike A! How about that Deli in the center off Gallows Rd by Gatehouse where Mr A owned it ! Its still there with a good meatball sub!

That said McGills Buffet in Annandale is a place I have to get back too Its not bad for the price to fill up Neither is the Western Sizzler at Rt 1 now ..Its described here already and its a good place no problems . Did you know you can get a carry out there for 5.99 a pond and the fried chicken is great! Same with the one in Fredericksburg right off 95 at ...Hell I cant remember , the shopping area LOL Oh yea Central park I hit it up a few back Dammed good fried chicken then went Wal Mart shopping with all my trailer park former neighbors the deplorables that elected President Trump with my single vote added in natch!

There’s one down past Kings Dominion if you’re ever in the area. Be prepared though because it gets PACKED. People seem to really enjoy it.

Any place that has all you can eat is just asking for trouble. The only hope is that the cost is over $20 person, that usually keeps out the riff raff. But there is still a certain group that will want it for free because they claim it wasn't any good even though they went back five times for more food.

Or Rustler Buckaroo Steak House or York Steak House that was at Fair Oaks , any of the old cheap steak house that had a thin steak or chopped steak a baked potato veggie mushrooms roll and single salad any day instead of the cheap slop houses and would pay 15 dollars for such a place

Unless said slop house has fried chicken as good as the All American Buffet and Horn and Horn ! Golden Corral does not

DAJAX They had to change their business model to feed the overweight greedy slobs like me … Ill take another greasy fried breast leg and 4 wings Make it 6 so I can eat 4 on the road leaving crumbs on the beater cars seat in case I need a snack later !

Hot Spot in Fairfax is buffet-ish. $23.99 per adult lets you spend two hours cooking unlimited meats, seafood, and veggies in various broths.

Not bad at all, and probably healthier than standard buffet fare.
