Anyone know what was going on 236 about 1030 today?

WTOP said it was closed in both directions at Lake Ave.

When I passed on the Beltway, there was a helicopter just sitting above it.

Just checked the logs. Accident with injury is all I can see.

There was a gruesome accident that killed a person. I was there and got this photo before EMS removed the victim.

Nice photo. I saw another accident with half of a car getting ripped off on Burke Center a couple weeks ago.

People are getting lazy. Just because the weather is warm and beautiful, that doesn't mean relax, stare at the sky and enjoy the view while you drive 60 mph down a road. You are still in danger every time you drive. Don't be a dumb-ass and you will live.
