How do newly arrived immigrants get brand new car loans?

I ask as I took a long walk through my neighborhood and notice the amount of nice shiny new 2019 and 2020 cars owned by people who just moved here, i mean from literally out the country, i asked that (in friendly convo, when did you come to this country? they all responded 6 mo- a year ago) but felt it was prying to ask them personally-
so now I ask FfxU- how can a person who just came to this country 6 months- 1 year ago have the capital to buy a brand new car when i see other neighbors struggling to keep their 2002 car running? I thought one needed at least a year of employment history, need to be making a high enough salary (usually 5x the car note is what they want you to make), and a year or 2 of having good credit- like credit cards and such?
When i was a first time car buyer I was making $40k had a 700 FICO and was DECLINED for lack of credit cards- so how did they get credit that fast???

Ever notice a bank on every corner? The financialization of the economy means a large number of institutions and people are living on interest, penalties and fees paid by others. As the supply of individuals willing to submit to a life of debt servitude dwindles or remains static, it becomes necessary to import even more fresh meat to keep the Ponzi going.

Imagine living a life where financial failure is a certainty. Your concern isn't about whether you will be able to meet your future financial obligations because you know you can't. So once the future becomes irrelevant the only concern is how well you can live today.
The trick in todays economy isn't buying the car. There is always some salesman who is willing to sell it to you so he can get his commission and some finance person who is willing to underwrite the loan so she can get her commission. Your high risk status means they can sell the car for a little more and charge a higher interest rate.

Idk wtf the OP is talking about.
Most illegals I see around here are usually driving a 20 year old Honda or camry (usually with Maryland plates)
The only groups I see driving nicer/newer cars are wealthier groups like Arabs or the Asians.

60 years ago, the first of my family came to Northern VA. They settled in an area of Arlington with 43 other Korean families nearby. These families pooled their money and when someone wanted to start a business, they took money out of the fund. As their businesses grew, the paid back their loans into the fund for others to use. People could pull from the fund whenever they needed money for a home, a car and so forth. There have been some payback issues over the years but, the fund is up to tens of millions of dollars now. So, I don't know how others do it but, that's how Korean immigrants do it...

The OP has asked a valid question and a few respondents were in fact correct. We have a couple of shall I say " hotel " homes in my hood. The county is unwilling to enforce code and the nine men that live in one of the homes claim they are related in order to bypass code enforcement. Not that FX enforces code. If you are white or Black and legal why then code is enforced.
As the OP has commented, at this home I speak of there are the following cars parked in the evening:
Ford F150 Platinum - 2018/2019
Toyota Avalon - 2017 ish
BMW - New
Cab Driving Car - Prius
Red Jeep Cherokee - Late Model
Nissan Sentra - Late Model
Audi 2.0 - New
One beater and another Toyota
The two way street becomes a one way in the evening forcing residents

The scenario you describe is not only common in Fairfax, it's rampant. The BOS has decided that the types of infractions being committed by illegals will no longer be enforced;
1) far too many cars in the driveway/street, parking on the grass or just paving the yard
2) far too many people living in the house
3) homes that have a living room divided into 6 or more "bedrooms" by hanging a curtain to act as a divider
4) numerous other infractions that are acted upon for the general population but ignored in cases of "our marginalized residents"
Any of the code guys that start enforcing this stuff on the beaners get hauled in and talked to. They won't fire them, but their performance reviews take a hit.
There's so much more that goes on beyond this that the public has no clue about.

Wrong. The decision by the BOS not to enforce housing rules was made long before illegals became an issue in Fairfax County and has nothing to do with them.
Fairfax County wanted to be a business community, not just a bedroom community for government workers. Businesses require large numbers of low skilled workers to perform menial jobs for pay that is insufficient to allow them to live normally in Fairfax County. I remember when Backlick Road was a nice sleepy Federal Worker community. Today, twelve cars per home and many fat women pushing anchor babies around. County data shows this area to be above 85% on welfare. It reminds me of San Salvador.
