Target Cash Registers Down Nationwide

Local relative who was at Target called me and said store announcement made at the Chantilly Lee Road store while she was shopping there that the registers would be down at least a couple of hours. She left and went elsewhere as did other shoppers at the store. Not good for Target on a busy Saturday afternoon.

more returns than purchases: cheap products finicky but wise shopper (who like taking things home)

sales are all to women (check the men's shoe dept: it doesn't really exist, they changed target to be a chick store desperate to find a customer base)

most purchases on credit not paid off for months

... EXACTLY WHY WOULD THE BANK NOT STOP ACCEPTING TRANSACTIONS ??
