Is FXCO really in trouble
Posted by: Worried Resident ()

I happened to be out in most the Fairfax Region over the last 3 weeks. What I have really noticed is the amount of vacant high-rise business type buildings and vacant warehouses. Is this a sign of a potential economic bust coming in FXCO? Some of the high-rise buildings were built and they never were filled to their capacity.

If all available space were filled, that would be a sign of something.

As long as there is a Federal government Fairfax has nothing to worry about.

Short answer, yes

Too much car traffic and congestion at all hours turns away business
Metro/WMATA, not just Fairfax, but across the DVM has issues
Illegals causing problems
LGBT in schools
Liberal county government, vote to change this in November
Wasteful county spending

FCPS is a crummy school system , too many illegals and green card immigrants making classes too big and many illegal criminals in the schools. The quality of life in Fairfax is going down the toilet so Democrats can save 10 dollars a week to have theirs cleaned by an illegal

Fairfax isn't in any more trouble than San Francisco or any of the other liberal sanctuary city enclaves. Economically, things will keep getting more expensive - housing prices rise etc... You will have more violent gang crime, more homeless people shitting in the streets and setting up tent cities and the place will look much dirtier in many areas. It will look like a shithole, but the liberals are good with this... so does that mean FFX is in trouble? Depends on who you are and how you like your environment to look/feel.

As long as all that money keeps getting funneled through the deep pockets of the Fairfax County governmental mafiosos, to be spent by their demand to spend on housing and the granting of free food and salary stipend to non-working illegals, Fairfax will continue the slide. Maybe few are yet aware, but the government has been quietly moving its forces out of the area, and into to the safer highlands: FBI lab to the West Virginia mountain country, many of the critical agencies now sliding over to space in Utah and Denver....they are going to need to escape the worse of the Nibiru cataclysms that will affect some of the coastal areas. When the gubermint moves out, their tail end that is filled with their contractors will very smoothly be moving out with it, hiring in the new locations and dropping those who are too attached to their high life here on the Potomac.
Watch what happens here over the next 5-6 years for more clues. "Non-essential services" will probably soon be the only ones left around there in the future, ie all those who don't need highly trained and specialized people for specialized gov't services. Take a vacation in San Fransisco to see your probable Fairfax future.

Yeah Failfax is going down. I thank God I have the means to get out. Now or within the next year is the time to haul ass out of here and take my tax dollars with. Can't wait until Failfax is in the rearview mirror. Soon it will just be another failed democratic shit hole like Detroit or San (don't step in the homeless shit) Francisco. Or overrun by a bunch of broke ass illegal leeches that just want free shit just like in California. When all the taxpayers have left what happens then? Crime goes up since there is no more free shit, property values plumment. The school system goes further to hell. Demafags are happy since they created another American shit hole.

One more problem in Fairfax: Soros-sytle "justice" should the Democrat win as prosecutor. Once faith in the justice system fails, the county is doomed.

The problem is YOU. You keep voting for these bottom feeding Democrats, while their policy's fail everywhere. You see it happening right in-front of YOU, but can't except your own blind stupidity? You get what you vote for Fairfax. Suck on it, HARD!!!

Where are these vacant warehouses you speak of? I am looking to buy a small building for storage. There is practically nothing on the real estate websites.
