The man is nuts. The things he did while on the school board were wreckless. How many selfies is he taking at high school graduations this year? He and Moon compete for how many they can take. The fact that so many of you extremely dumb people speak out against him is reason enough to support McElveen on Tuesday. And there's also the fact of course that he's been one of the leading sensible voices on the school board for years. He clearly has the sort of brains and experience needed to take on a tough position like Board Chairman. There's no reason to doubt that he'll be an excellent Chair and do an excellent job.

Since he was elected to the School Board Ryan has been spending his time promoting Ryan. When it comes to policies Ryan has aligned himself with those who want to push the accelerator down and drive over the precipice rather than those who want to pull back from the brink and pursue more rational policies. Ryan may well have the brains and experience needed for the job of Chairman of the BOS, but his record demonstrates no attachment to the kinds of policies this County needs to be pursuing.

He was caught trying to slide curriculum where it did not belong. He tried to say the health curriculum was VDOE required so they should put it where parents could not opt kids out of it. Not true and not appropriate either. Busted.
He lied and said FCPS needed some of what he was pushing or they would lose federal funds.
Both, not true and proven not true by parents who spoke at the Board meetings. He’s silent unless he can shove his name down your throat. He’s childish and irresponsible. We don’t need more of him anywhere.

I was at the Fairfax Fair on Sunday with the wife and 3 kids and there was one booth set up for McFagveen. I wanted to go over to the lonely bastard and berate him, McElveen, and democrats in general but had to behave myself but for the family. So instead I glared at him. When he mistook my stare for that hopeful look that you see queers give when they think there's a possible come-on, I gave him the thumbs down. I wanted to give him the white power 'OK' sign, but I wasn't sure who was watching. Have to be careful in this county nowadays.
