Hello my name is Rafael and i am moving out March 15th and need someone to occupy this apt when i move out. The a is 650 square feet (average studios are 450); it has a great flow, it's NOT a big square; has an extra large party balcony that can hold 15 people super confortably. Being on the top floor you get the best view. I've been living here for 6 months and my apartment is the closest to the elevators so to me that means i can play my movies as loud as i like where i dont have to worry about neighbors complaining. (eventhough I'm beside the elevators I do not hear the elevator). the wall facing the balcony/outside has huge windows from one side of the wall to the other. My unit has a large heater that i barely use because my apartment stays warm. There is a washer/dryer in my unit, general electric energy saver appliance. The kitchen is luxury kitchen which means it has better applicances, chrome cover applicances. better microwave and cabinets.
The whole reason im posting this is because im moving out and didnt give 60 day move out notice and need to pay a whole months rent for penalty unless somebody moves in. if you choose this apt. i will give you $100 and if you go to rent.com you can get an extra $100 from them (thats what i did, it totally works) I'll even sign you up for it if I have to! Also, I hate bugs, I've never seen any bugs in my apt. I've always had hot water that never ran out, lots and lots of closets. the kitchen has a door and on the other side has a sliding door. out of 20 apartment complexes, I found this one is the best. the balcony is huge and overseas DC. The fees that you will have to pay are garbage chute $4, sewage $10 parking $25 basically all i pay average for utilities including parking is $80 a month. My parking is on the bottom of the garage which is the same level as the corridor to get to elevators. I will also include 2 grocery carts. many cleaning products, and some applicances I will not take with me if you would like them.
Location: 1 mile from 395 off of rte 7. 4 shopping centers in walking distance with restaurants and grocery store. ABC liquor store beside starbucks.
Rent is around $1,100 a month with a year lease. I can email you photos if you are interested.
