Kind of a lousy location. Won't be long before a traffic light goes up
to permit pedestrian crossing of Colts Neck Rd the HW shopping center.

Article mentions assisted living starting $5,626/month. This is
actually cheap and might be for a shared room or a studio with
limited care. Assisted living entry costs are much higher at
the Goodwin House in Alexandria and Ashby Ponds in Loudoun but
probably include a higher level of care and amenities.

Mother in law resides at Sunrise senior living in Reston and
costs over $8,000 per month with the lowest tier of assisted
living care for a private 1-bedroom. Can easily reach $10,000
per month with increased care needs.
