Their are so many houses in the various subdivisions of Greenbriar and Brookfield that are now renting out rooms to several renters that are single family homes. In many cases, six or more renters besides the owners. How do we really crack down on these people, and yes, they are mostly foreigners who have moved into the area?

How can FFX County enforce the rules and regulations of these homes only being served as single family homes? It is destroying the area of these neighborhoods.

The HOA have expired in these areas however some laws must still be able to be enforced.

On the other side of 50 by the Greenbriar shopping center. A Spanish woman bought it and a "friend " lived there who rented out rooms to illegals . They remodeled the house and made it much larger to accommodate rows of triple bunk beds for max income.

Thank the Democrats for all of this all the way to the southern border
