Justin is a not-so-great not-so-great not-so-great not-so-great, not-so-grand-son of one of Lord Fairfax's slaves. After he was freed he went north to Maryland. The head whip-master slave, 'Coffer' was given the land in Burke in the area known as 'Coffer Woods'. That's why all the houses there are brown.
