This poor man should be promoted, at a minimum to BC. With a few more unauthorized penetrations under his belt, he will be fully qualified for higher elected office as a democrat.

He should have been fired. Apparently the Civil Service Commission likes perverts. The last one got his 2 ranks back. Why does the union put up with this shit? Vote Kuley OUT!!!And leave the Fire Chief alone. He’s a good dude.

There is another thread on this. Look for the "mayhem" thread. They name the guy, not the woman he did it to. No one has any idea why he wasn't fired except for the fact that the alleged perp himself is on the board of the union.
