the "upgrade flash" is always a virus and i think Google is the one doing it (via google ads)

(flash player upgrades are no longer a 3rd party extension - you don't upgrade it yourself. and no one was ever stupid enough in late 1990's to upgrade software by clicking on a web URL - they'd go straight to the Adobe web site for "verified" source of upgrade)
