Well, the dismal situation of these played out, sad-sack, sorry-ass, low-life cretins and miserable one-trick ponies from the fools' haven of Falls Church City has continued to worsen markedly, as the lot of them goes crashing along a noisy cascade headed directly toward inevitable collapse into utter chaos and ruin. Perhaps they were over-taunted by my having supplied a few too many juicy details from our fabulous feast of a lunch with The Principals on Monday. Whatever the reason though, the lying dupes and dopes find themselves driven to ever greater extremes of depression and despair as they seem simply overwhelmed by the ever-crippling forces of ignorance, envy, and butthurt. There is no escape for these feebles. They are just plain done here.

At the same time of course, there are those out here in the glorious and ever so well-heeled Sweet Spot who continue to enjoy all the bounties of the good life, including recent pleasant improvements in weather conditions that seem to become more and more obvious each day. We do of course ever move a little further along the wonderful path leading to Springtime and another week of free breakfasts in beautiful West Palm Beach. Earlier today for instance, it was a quite reasonably pleasant 37 degrees outside on a day when we will see lots of sunshine and temperatures reaching the mid 40's. But by early next week, we'll be seeing them easily reach into the low 60's. Yes, the clock is ticking as the familiar sights and sounds of PGA Boulevard and environs draw ever closer once again.

Time has meanwhile expired on that delicious chocolate cake we brought home from Randy's. It didn't make it through to this morning, as the wife and I each for good reason contributed to its speedy demise. We had somehow eaten all of everything else we ordered before we managed to get out the front door, so we're back now to some good old home cooking. Next up is an ooey-gooey one-pot sweet italian sausage bake that doesn't tend to last very long either. Yum!

In other news, Kris Bryant lost his case to the Cubs and so will not become a free agent until after the 2021 season, a year later than he had hoped. More and more people have been saying meanwhile that Dusty Baker will indeed be the next manager of the Astros, but none of those people has so far been the actual Astros. As the Nats learned in the case of Bud Black, these things can fall apart late in the game, so we'll just have to wait for some final official word to come along. Former Nats bullpen arm Greg Holland has meanwhile actually signed a minor league deal with the Royals, the team he once starred for a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

Also lost down a rabbit hole of space-time of course are these pathetic cretinous crumb-seekers from the land that time forgot -- the forlorn shacks and slums of the all too awful Falls Church City. News travels extremely slowly there and sometimes does not arrive at all, so even extra-large bits of downright dumbness are only to be expected from this sorry and basically illiterate lot. Here for their benefit is an important update...

In a few months you'll be able to start doing yard work for your neighbors again. Save up those $5s and you can certainly attend several Nats games this year.

Hahahahahaha! Falls Church was years behind the curve in trying to keep up with Ballston. Then they were years behind the curve in trying to keep up with Tysons. Now they will tax and dig themselves into oblivion in already bungled and years too late attempts to keep up with the Mosaic District. The Shrunken City is just totally fucked up and has been for decades.

I did hear from The Principals on Monday however sad news of the recent closing of Brine at the back of Mosaic after a five-year run. Always enjoyed our meals there, and while it may seem silly to single it out, one of their great triumphs was their mignonette. Malt vinegar, shallots, pepper, and maybe a couple of something elses, but whatever it was, it was just excellent. I didn't like to give any of it back to the server after the oysters were gone.

PS.

There are currently 3 single story homes for sale in Brockmont. Some of these homes are "Hot Homes," meaning they're likely to sell quickly. Popular neighborhoods include North Arlington, Williamsburg, Pimmit Hills, Woodland Acres, West Falls Church, Tysons Corner, Bluemont, East Falls Church, Baileys Crossroads, and Lake Barcroft. This map is refreshed with the newest listings in Brockmont every 15 minutes.

Hmmmm. In addition to your inability to keep up with the comings and goings of restaurants you've claimed to visit and enjoy, you also appear to be too inept to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

As for Brockmont, go ahead and provide a link to any one of the "3 single story homes for sale" in this alleged Brockmont. If you were on Redfin, it seems odd that you couldn't provide one as that has been your task all along.

Brine was always a disappointment. You have really bad taste in overpriced wannabe cuisine.

You must have never have made it to Nats park let alone the Diamond Club for any of the playoff games. Too bad, keep on saving for those tickets. I'm sure living at home helps.

Go fuck yourself, cretin. As you will NEVER be able to do, we were at eight Spring Training games last year, then forty-two games in the Norfolk Southern Club at Nats Park during the regular season, and eight more in the playoffs. All the ones in DC were backed by a reserved in-stadium parking plan. That's just how we roll.

As for 2020, we have long ago used the low and tax-deductible interest on our $200K 10/15 equity line to help secure very much the same situation for 2020. Just seven Spring Training games this year though, and of course you never can tell about the playoffs.

The Diamond Club meanwhile worked well enough for the WS Game-6 and Game-7 Watch Parties, but they otherwise fail miserably. We sat there once for Opening Day some years ago. REJECTED! The people there suck and the sight-lines suck. Get me back upstairs into the shade, out of the rain, and back into the company of real fans and acrual people who actually have what it takes to do this all the time.

Hmm, seems odd that these oh-so-important and well-connected folks somehow managed to not inform you of such happenings at Brine during your previous two outings with them. Really? After all, it was well known at the time of those two alleged outings and you and the principals are BIG into oysters. Seems only logical that one oyster lover would impart such big news about the local oyster restaurant scene to another oyster lover. I guess it's all that phone use during these alleged lunches that cuts down on the actual communication among the group. LOL! Fraud.

I know my wife texted me about it almost three weeks ago. It will be missed.

We and The Principals discuss many things when we get together. New cars and new puppies have recently been popular topics of conversation for instance. Brine came up on Monday only because one of them asked me how I liked Randy's mignonette. I indicated that it was fine, but not as good as that at Brine. Haven't yet seen the brand new puppy by the way, but did see the brand new Acura MDX now operating in place of the recently retired BMW.

You have as many wives as you have grains of sense in your utterly empty head. Other than the mignonette and whatever that seafood soup was, however, there was not much particularly impressive about Brine. It was just there and served oysters. And it was open on Mondays when Sea Pearl is closed. Your sudden desperate run to Google is certainly noted here though. Typical move by a worthless transparent dumbfuck asshole. Did you think I wouldn't notice that???

If you could actually qualify for such a loan -- and we know full well that you cannot -- you would know that it is the taxpayer who does the bookkeeping on equity line in's and out's. The lender is clueless and the IRS is clueless. It's a bit like the old AMT that you also never made enough money to be subject to. Fucking poor-boy dumbshit.

Their oysters were superb, but their simple swordfish with sofrito also hit the spot.

Considering you're nothing more than a lying fraud, it comes as no surprise that you would lie to the IRS. You really are a fraud.

They had the same oysters as everyone else, dumbfuck. Their mignonette was superior to my tastes though. Swordfish is meanwhile something that I rarely order, even upon recommendation from a person whose opinion I might actually trust or value.

Wrong, asshole. Your Google shit led you to a tweet from Brine itself that was marked 'about three weeks ago'. You simply attached that three week thing to your entirely fake wife in yet another horse's ass attempt to seem credible. You just plain suck at that though.

You really have no clue as to how interest on an equity line is maintained or reported for tax purposes. It's okay though. You will likely never have a need to know.

While we are backed by massive stores of capital assets, the equity line stands behind nearly everything that we do on a simple cashflow basis. And that of course is a whole lot more than anything you and your idiot faith in unsecured credit will ever be able to imagine. What a dope!

LOL! It's always fun to watch that imagination work overtime to try to concoct some plausible story of how I came about some information or photographs. The most hilarious part is hat those stories you concoct are closer to impausible. Such a dumbass.

Of course, you've just admitted to being a confirmed lying fraud, so none of this comes as a surprise.

Meanwhile, all of your fanciful musings will do nothing to alleviate the fact that you've yet to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Sure I do. It's why I was able to immediately know that if you are doing as you claim you are, you are committing tax fraud. Considering you're a total fraud, it's not surprising.

It's quite evident here that you know full well that you've been had on the Brine tweet. Remember how weak you feel right now and understand that you are ALWAYS regarded as even weaker than that by people like me.

My lender does not keep track of the deductible nature of any goods or services purchased through the equity line. They further make no attempt to classify the nature of repayments they receive. The IRS does not do those things either. The outgoing and incoming splits between deductible and non-deductible are done by me. And by every other 1040 filer smart enough to use an equity line as I do. You plainly are not one of those.

Well, we're getting there, I guess. As these ridiculous lying dolts from Falls Church City continued to wallow in the filth of their own dirty diapers, we out here in the fabled and fabulous Sweet Spot were stuck at sunrise with a crummy 27 degrees outside. Unlike that of these jerks and gerbils from back east however, our situation will soon be improving by leaps and bounds. We'll see 42 degrees later today, then 46 on Saturday, 51 on Sunday, and 62 on Monday. That's progress, something that the sorry-ass folks from FCC know very little about.

No wildlife sightings so far today, but I did just polish off a tasty breakfast bowl of sweet Italian sausage bake. As some are simply too freakishly inept to accomplish, that bowl was cleverly reconstituted in the microwave to restore all of the ooey-gooey goodness of all that mozzarella and all those other yummy cheeses. While simply delicious, it's a bit of a small batch recipe, so it will soon be gone. I think there's just one more bowl left at this point, so I'll wait to see if the wife of nearly fifty years would like to scarf that down at some point before polishing it off myself. Not sure yet what delicious dish to whip up next, but we'll see soon enough.

In other news, it is seeming more and more likely to 'sources' that the Dodgers may be willing to take on a $96 million debt to David Price as part of the payback for acquiring Mookie Betts and his further $27 million obligation. The Red Sox do want to cut salary, and that would be one way to do it. All sorts of people are meanwhile reported to be filing in hoping to follow Dusty Baker in joining the Astros as their GM. It's a bit of a plum job, and Dusty's presence makes it an even more interesting position. Boston officials are meanwhile reported to be waiting to see what the scope of their MLB punishment might be before moving ahead to fill their own vacant positions. What a mess!

And those last three words could of course be the official motto for Falls Church City, a still decaying dump that is home to many of the worst invertebrate liars and losers in the area. Dumb doesn't begin to define the state of mind that so perversely permeates the Little City. Will fools trip over invertebrate (spineless) into inveterate (habitual)?

By your own admission, you claim to have taken tax deductions on interest accrued from your HELOC on purchases for baseball tickets and a vacation.

HELOC interest accrued on purchase used for anything other than improving your residence is no longer tax-deductible.

I just referred to them, you miserably ignorant asshole. Prior to the 2017 changes, there was no need to classify balances or interest on an equity line at all, unless of course you were working on Form 6251 to calculate your Alternative Minimum Tax. Under the new law, interest on a home equity loan used to build an addition to an existing home is typically deductible, while interest on the same loan used to pay personal living expenses, such as baseball tickets, is not. As under prior law, the loan must be secured by the taxpayer’s main home or second home (known as a qualified residence), not exceed the cost of the home and meet other requirements.

You claiming deductions for interest accrued for a vacation and tickets is, like you, a fraud.

Fraud.

As one who drove the length of Washington Avenue on three consecutive sunny days last October, I can state unequivocally that grassy areas with small trees were at the time both prominent and unmistakable roadside features. Your own motivation here is simply to avoid being made to look like a complete fool yet again, but I don't know what sort of motivation you imagine for anyone's having simply made up the existence of such features along the side of such a road. Well, it's once again not actually nice enough outside, as the grand and glorious Sweet Spot (that so many others so miserably fall so very far short of) could boast early on this morning of a temperature of just 35 degrees, this when it was a delightful 71 degrees down in Palm Beach Gardens. We won't actually close that gap, but we'll narrow it some in picking up ten degrees or so by this afternoon. By Sunday we should see the start of a week or more with highs in the 50's and perhaps even the 60's, so that will be a welcome step forward. Might see some showers rolling around through the middle part of next week, but it's a small price to pay for giving Old Man Winter a stiff elbow into the boards. Should be mostly cloudy out today (as it is now) but with little chance of actual rain and no real wind at all. Better than that would of course be better than that, but this is not really so bad, all in all.

In other news, there's not been much going on in good old MLB-land, though Dusty Baker was just what one might have expected at his initial news conference for the Astros yesterday. The media have been fawning all over him as the perfect guy to restore credibility to east Texas, treatment that he will likely continue to receive unless odd thumps are once again heard coming from the HOU dugout or little boxes become apparent under HOU uniforms. This is a spoiled and ornery bunch that Dusty will attempt to ride herd on, but despite some important off-season losses, he's taking over what could be argued as the best roster in baseball, and while I'll personally be rooting against it, he might indeed end up being able to make the best of all that.

Not making the best of anything at all of course are the derelict dolts, deadbeats, and lying goober dumbfucks from the fraud-banks of Falls Church City. Eternal babblers of baseless bullshit, these cretin know-nothings can only spout their childish churn like hydrants left open in some terrible DCFD mistake. Forced at every turn to paint themselves into laughable and inescapable corners, the dopes can only hope to lie and lie and lie and lie, and somehow yet survive to tell their sorry tale. It's not really working out well though, as they are regularly being unmasked in their shameful and worse than stupid stumblings.

As someone who has driven the length of Washington Avenue on three consecutive days, it should not present a problem for you to post a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. Unlike your walk-on wife's alleged text messages, the grassy areas along Wash Ave exist in fact, and they do so entirely independent of anyone's pictures, or of any useless asshole's ongoing efforts to duck and blur the facts. And of course you remain unable to explain what sort of motivation there could be for anyone's having simply made up the existence of such features along the side of such a road. It's only your own well-known ignorance, envy, and butthurt that can adequately fill a void like that.

PS. Falls Church was clobbered in the Water Wars without regard to any list of local historians. And Brockmont exists in the world of local real estate without regard to any list of homes sold or for sale there. You’re the only asshole ducking the facts. How many times have you ducked when pressed to provide a link to Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue?

More than you can count I’m sure.

Run, sissy, RUN!

It’s been explained. Follow along, dope.

You’ve yet to explain why you can’t provide a link to Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Run, sissy, RUN!

Those “hoops” are what people who aren’t lying frauds call the ability to substantiate one’s claims. It’s a relatively low bar that is easily met by those who tell the truth. Lying frauds, such as yourself, have a tough time overcoming that low bar. It’s why you’re constantly mocked and tormented here.

It doesn't exist, moron, If it existed in the "world of local real estate" there would be homes for sale in it. You can't seem to find any, b\c you can't find ANYTHING for sale in a place that doesn't exist. Of course, you're TOO STUPID to understand that.

You've explained exactly nothing you shit-stained fuckwad. It has been noted that a credible person traveling down Washington Ave might report that he saw grassy areas with small trees along the way because he did indeed see grassy areas with small trees along the way. You have come up with no other explanation or motivation for this. You had no such thing yesterday, you will not have any such thing at any point today, and if we wait through a month of Sundays, you will still not have such a thing.

Not at all. They are all but deliberate and fraudulent feints by you in desperate and eventually hopeless attempts to avoid facing plain and independent truths. This is something that shameless lying dumbfuck assholes tend to do, and of course, that description fits you perfectly.

Meanwhile, Falls Church was ass-raped by Fairfax Water in the Water Wars, Redfin continues ro this day to talk about Brockmont as a significant neighborhood in the Falls Church area, and all these grassy areas with small trees are readily apparent to anyone driving down Wash Ave. That's the real world whether some spineless pussy-liar has the stomach to face it all or not.

The cretin is feeling it in the shorts now alright. He's become so agitated and desperate that he's had to call in the asswipe army of his toady sock-puppets. What a sight!

By the way, losers, the tax code is one more thing that exists independently of your belief in it. Familiar to me but quite unbeknownst to you, it defines the bounds that I indeed remain within regarding the deductible nature of interest on the good old equity line. And let's recall that none of you could ever so much as hope to qualify for such an advantageous instrument. You'd be laughed right out the door. Well, the good stuff is certainly taking its sweet time in getting here. It was an unwelcoming 28 degrees at sun-up out here in the so impressively upscale Sweet Spot, and we're only quite slowly creeping our way up here toward the mid-40's. And once we get there, it's going to rain on us. This can't be good, except perhaps as prologue to the 50's tomorrow and then the 60's once again on Mon and Tue. I'm pretty sure we can deal with the 60's in fine style, and we do of course have Cash Cab to help us make it through until then.

In other news, old pal Matt Adams signed with the Mets on Friday, but all he got was a minor league deal with a Spring Training invite. And the Mets were already overloaded at 1B, so there has been growing speculation now that some sort of trade is coming down the pipe, this as the club continues to deny that it is shopping 1B Dominic Smith. We'll see. No real headlines among the other transactions going on of late, as it's mostly the expected cast of backup singers moving on from one band to another.

Not making any band at all of course are the off-key and tone-deaf dumbfucks of Falls Church City, a place where new plans for ramming Bus Rapid Transit right up Route-7 have recently been announced. The idea is to create a high-volume service that would connect Tysons to Alexandria, but high-speed apparently will not be a factor, since as currently imagined, the buses will have to leave Route-7 and shuttle along neighborhood streets to reach and then return from stops at both the WFC and EFC Metro stations. I don't really see this working out too well as presently envisioned.

What I'm doing again is stating a fact. The western edge of the park was long ago claimed to be along Delaware Avenue. It was long ago also claimed that the edge of the park sits beyond a sizeable asphalt parking lot when viewing from Washington Avenue. I've even provided photos and links showing as much.

> You are just one contemptibly
> pathetic shit-slinging asshole, and once again for

Washington Boulevard in this area is fairly lengthy through Arlington. It wouldn't surprise me to find that there might be a section that does have 12 foot walls.

However, we are discussing Washington Avenue. Nobody claimed there are 12+ foot walls along that road. What has always been contended is that there is a 12+ foot wall at the western end of Spirit of Justice park that prevents anyone driving along Washington Avenue from seeing a single blade of grass in the park.

> It has been noted that a credible person

You are the furthest thing from credible. You're nothing more than a total lying fraud.

> traveling down Washington Ave might report that he
> saw grassy areas with small trees along the way

Those features exist along a small median. You're backtracking now, coward. You originally claimed that the views were "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees."

When pressed, you cited Spirit of Justice park as evidence of your claim. That's when I noted you were a fraud and the presence of the wall at the edge of the park. I then provided numerous pictures and links to substantiate that assertion. You've done nothing but whine.

> You have come up with no
> other explanation or motivation for this.

Your motivation was to attempt to play cute when I mocked you for not being able to figure out where I might be walking to/from when crossing Washington Avenue. When your attempt to be cute was noted as being another fraud, you fell further down your hole of despair.

> You had
> no such thing yesterday, you will not have any

It's all right there and has been for many weeks. What we're all waiting for is you to provide a link to Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

How much longer are we going to have to wait for that? Coward

> Not at all.

The IRS states:

"Under the new law, for example, interest on a home equity loan used to build an addition to an existing home is typically deductible, while interest on the same loan used to pay personal living expenses, such as credit card debts, is not. As under prior law, the loan must be secured by the taxpayer’s main home or second home (known as a qualified residence), not exceed the cost of the home and meet other requirements."

Put differently, it might be said that expenses increasing a taxpayer's basis in a property are themselves deductible when the property is sold, while interest on debt financing such increases is deductible when paid. Thus the taxpayer maintains a record of his basis and of repayments made on all equity line debt, applying the principal portion of repayments first to any available non-deductible balance, thus assuring that the remaining balance outstanding includes as many deductible dollars as possible.

Well, despite some pointless interruption here from the non-English speaking peoples of the region, I can report that while things might have seemed a little frigid back at sun-up, after a highly successful two-stage tour to restock the breakfast-oriented shelves of the fridge and pantry, it has turned into quite a nice morning out here in the high-wealth, high-intelligence area known as the Sweet Spot. With little wind to detract from the warming effects a bright sun beaming down from deep blue skies, we have a reading of 41 degrees outside, just 15 degrees below what was the concurrent reading in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens. They'll soon of course be rallying on that score to an extent that we will not, but it is all just another reminder of an approach (for some) to the magic of yet another deluxe, $15K-or-so, week at Spring Training -- along with taking the kids on a trip to Disney World -- the only legitimate reason for ever going to a general hell-hole like Florida. Just seven games on our Palm Beach/Jupiter schedule this year (including two with the Red Sox), but we'll have at least 42 more games at Nats Park to look forward to over the summer. That's a whole lot of cell phone charging that we'll be needing to do!

In other news, it's Super Bowl weekend, so there's really nothing going on beyond the sort of background noise that goes on all the time when media-types run out of actually meaningful things to say. Shades of the sorry-ass shit that pours out of Falls Church City 24/7/365. Of course, everyone understands that Falls Church City is dominated by impoverished dopes and dummies of just the sort that so often seeks to despoil the landscape of even this place. Media types are however expected to aim a lot higher and perform a lot better than the great unwashed masses of sorry-ass stupid-shits.

Hey there with the superbowl upon us, I wanna recommend that you get your snacks and napkins and things at the Dollar General. Why spend good money for stuff you're just gonna throw away?

^^^ Piece of shit who spends a disturbingly large amount of their life on this website. There is no way in hell you are married unless your wife has dementia, is in a coma, or has Stockholm Syndrome.

LOL! She’s showering at the moment, but we’re happily and successfully married for nearly 50 years. You’ll never be able to catch us.

Nobody believes your BS, Dimwit. No woman would marry a nasty, rude loser rube like you. Some prissy gayboys might want you, but no woman would. You're just too nasty & disgusting.

Well, life always looks better in general once the Super Bowl is out of the way, and after enjoying the near undivided attention of staff during a game-day dinner at Cafe Deluxe last night, just see what outdoor loveliness we have out here in the delightful Sweet Spot yhis morning. CD's Wisconsin Avenue store closed last summer after negotiations on a new lease went nowhere, but the Tysons location is still a go-to staple of the NoVa landscape. The Croque Monsieur special and good old (medium-rare) Salmon Club were great, especially with an order of their excellent bacon mac-and-cheese. I get that every time we go there. It's actually not as good as it used to be, but it's still a must-order item.

And while we have not had a repeat of yesterday's fox sighting so far this morning, we did have the thermometer already well into the 40's at sunrise, and we appear to be headed for the low- to mid-60's by this afternoon. That can't be bad. Good chance actually to get out the old glove and go toss a ball around for a while. Want to be in sync with the boys by the time we get down to Palm Beach.

In other news, media-types may still be a bit hung over at this point, so it could take a while before 2020 baseball buzz can get up a full head of steam. Pitchers and catchers will officially begin reporting a week from today, so the annual pieces about the return of Spring and the sounds of horsehide and ash (now cowhide and maple) cannot be too far behind. Wall-to-wall Spring Training games on the MLB Channel should start on Feb 21, so make a note of that!

No notes needed of course re the broadcast of worthless stupid shit from the wannabe wastelands of fucked up Falls Church City. That flow of sorrows can indeed be witnessed right here on a rather regular basis, thanks to the crude efforts of some of the dumbest liars and most egregiously dishonest assholes to be found in these parts. Badly damaged by storm surge level tides of ignorance, envy, and butthurt, these bozos just make soggy asses of themselves, over and over, and over again. Sucks to be them as always.

This post, like all your other posts, is a Croque De Merde

I wouldn't brag about that, since Mac'N'Cheese is kids' food. But then, you're 1 of the most childish people on FFXU, so it really shouldn't be surprising.

Only low class no class adults eat that shit. Again, not surprising, since you're low class no class trailer trash anyhow. It show in your posts just how lacking in class and manners you really are. Obviously a propduct of poor upbringing.
