I was born in FL, have family and property there including beachfront, and go any time that I want.

As exotic as that may seem to you, it's not really a big deal son.

Not a fantasy, slowpoke. The simple facts are that you cannot afford to dine where I dine. The facts also are that the three new GAR stores are scheduled to open a week apart over the second half of May. Make your plans now.

Everywhere is within walking distance if you have enough time. But as I rarely have that much time, I tend to drive to the food, baby.

No, I had not heard of either Mr. Thompson or his plans. Hardly surprising as it's no cause for headlines anywhere outside of food-starved Falls Church. The notion of replacing a failed Italian restaurant with another Italian restaurant might not be the best one ever, but we'll just have to see. It could turn out to be the next Meat in a Box, after all.

> You can have your uninspired GAR.

Oh, I certainly do enjoy GAR places with some frequency, but it's not just me. For very good reason, GAR is the most popular and successful restaurant operation in the area. Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee. Or GAR. Except for those who can't afford it.

My only questions re Germany come from concern for the needs of the others involved. There would be seven of those all told, and to be a go, the trip would have to work for everyone. Those are the practicalities faced by people who vacation in the REAL WORLD rather than on Google.

How did you get to The Monocle? Did you walk? Uber? Hire an Executive Car Service? LOL! Speaking of which, why do you let former colleagues drag you off to places that you don't think much of? Is that all the spine or influence you have?

I spent a good part of my Wonder Years in Vero Beach. It was nice, but they don't have baseball there anymore. They do have baseball in West Palm Beach in March, so I go there any time that I want during March. I stay and eat in the best places they have to offer. The rest of the year, I simply piss for very good reason on the state of Florida as a whole.

I can't think of a restaurant on this planet where I would be uncomfortable with the bill. I certainly didn't balk at the price tag for the French Laundry last time I was there. The Inn, again, not a problem. Where is it you are dining that you think I can't afford? I avoid GAR most chances I get. No plans need to be made. It's a place you stop by in a pinch when you are near one, nothing more, nothing less.

You do realize that out of the single family homes in Falls Church right now, a sizable majority of them are on the market for over $1M? Try as you feebly might, the facts just don't support your unfounded contentions.

LOL! You can't even walk a round of golf. Your carport might be a trip to far for you some days. You rarely have that much time? What, you might have to stop your litany of lies here? You're a nobody with nothing to do.

The fact you think GAR is unaffordable is further evidence of how far you have to go to be considered wealthy. Why do you keep doing that to yourself?

> Again, the fact you think GAR is the gold

Places I've been and both better than any GAR establishment. Also have enjoyed Yume which is also within walking distance.

Damn, you can't even plan a fake vacation adequately. Spring training is a little over a month. Europe exists year round. It's not as difficult as you make it out to be unless you are a complete moron or have constraints, such as financial constraints, on you.

I walked.

LOL! It's called being polite. To intelligent, well mannered folks, I tend to be fairly cordial. It's bumbling, immensely stupid clods like you that I treat rudely because, quite frankly, you deserve it.

As I mentioned, it was a former colleague's choice. I also mentioned that he waxes nostalgic over the place. We both happened to be on the hill on different matters and decided to meet there for lunch. Besides, it's pretty hard to fuck up oysters on the half shell and a salad. Well, hard, but not impossible. The last salad I had at a GAR was subpar to say the least.

No, no crunch at all. Wilted greens and overly dressed.

Speaking of salt though, you seem a bit salty. What's the matter? Not enough home equity to be able to purchase tickets to last night's homecoming gala? Some nice restaurant packages up for bid. Don't recall seeing GAR establishments among them though. Hmmmmmm.

You're such a fraud! Produce at GAR and many other places is delivered fresh each morning and stored cool to keep its crisp all day long. It then ends up in the waste bin. Dressing of course is served on the side, at least for all those experienced enough to ask for it that way. I guess you're not among that group.

> Speaking of salt though, you seem a bit salty.

Even though she's no longer with us, it's a Valerie event -- all hoopla, no substance. Took a pass in favor of getting in some needed grocery shopping. We'll of course be at the ziMS Foundation Gala in May. That's a can't-miss event. Well, for us. Someone named Chase Rice will be providing entertainment this year. Not really familiar with him myself. C&W is not my groove.

Groceries of course went onto the same equity line card that paid our upscale way around the Palm Beaches. Well, not the FREE breakfasts, of course. Those were FREE. The official cap on that card is $200K, though actual home equity would likely be some seven or eight times that. That's the Sweet Spot for you. But even in a junk place like Falls Church, it might be worthwhile for you to take some sort of course in personal finance. You're quite plainly doing things wrong.

> Some nice restaurant packages up for bid. Don't recall

Not recalling would certainly be typical for you, but GAR does very little advertising in any case. They don't see a need for it. Understandable since every store seems to be on a wait every night. Too soon to tell of course about the three new places about to open at Tysons. But no reason to think things will be any different there either.

Still puzzled though over what it was about The Monocle that explained the difference in opinion on it between you and your 'former colleague'. Just that colleague has fond memories of some good times there and you do not?

LOL! Shocker, you don't even know how to properly order a salad. Simply pouring a cup of dressing atop a salad is not properly dressing a salad. There is a proper technique to dressing a salad.

Additionally, produce can be picked that day, but when overdressed and mangled with tongs, it will tend to wilt greens. Again, more sophisticated people understand this.

LOL! What a pathetic excuse. Grocery shopping? You might as well have said you were washing your hair. With so many homes worth well over $1 million in Falls Church, there's plenty of opportunity to tap equity. Fortunately, zero interest with benefits like air miles or cash back is readily available for people like me, so no need to pay interest on a home equity line of credit.

There is a proper technique for preparing bay scallops — deep fry them and serve with coconut risotto.

Such a difference between being sophisticated and being a pompous twit. Yours is the latter category.

Did that yesterday morning prior to the furnace inspection guy coming in. It was his first time here. He was really impressed with the place. Landscape guy should be in some time later today, but he of course has been here many, many times before, the evidence of all that being supremely evident out each glorious window. Your basic view in Falls Church is of your neighbor’s trash cans.

Oh please! Falls Church has for decades been a cramped, dusty, and decaying dump. People with actual money avoid it like the plague and have done so for many years.

Stonewalling. You can’t answer the question. Because as with so many other matters, you don’t have a reason that isn’t actually based on well-justified, deep-seated envy and butthurt.

I suppose that is one of the many acceptable ways to prepare bay scallops. Bay scallops have never been atop my list of favorite seafood items, so I rarely consume them.

No need to get angry because, once again, I've exposed your lack of culinary knowledge on something as simple as properly dressing a salad. You should have grown accustomed to me exposing your stupidity by now.

Wow! You've got a furnace! Somebody's living large! LOL!

I actually have a very nice view of a park. I did see my neighbors trash cans today though. It was trash day and they were on the street. No doubt they'll be tucked away by the time I get home and not to be seen for a week. Meanwhile, you'll still live in a hovel held up by a carport.

Yeah, that's why the overwhelming majority of available SFH properties for sale in the city are listed for over $1 million. Sorry, the facts don't comport with your outright lie. You don't have actual money, so you can't afford to live here.

All the time. Only fools pay interest.

The question, like you, is stupid. It also further reinforces the fact that you know nothing about places like The Monocle. Further, are you so binary that you can't account for differences in opinions? Are you on the spectrum?

Again, you have nothing, nor can you acquire anything by tapping into your home equity, that I would be envious of. Nothing.

So that’s done. Five grand will take care of the basics. Then we can have the nursery guys come in and do some upgrades to cover over-winter death and damage. Should look great when it’s all done, just like every other year.

If you have that much die-off with the mild winters that we've had, then you need a new landscaper.

Going to have to reverse mortgage the place to pay for it?

Hmmmmmm. Sounds like routine Spring maintenance charge. Probably not tax deductible if you use the HELOC. Major landscaping project is deductible, however.

Most of this is actually wind damage, but in a landscape as large and complex as ours, there is always going to be some die-off.

> Going to have to reverse mortgage the place to pay for it?

Not at all. This is basically an expected annual expense. Actually just part of life out in the Sweet Spot. Comes this year with core aeration, some minor regrading, and over-seeding.

Drive by zone for those who can't afford the minimum $1M price tag for entry. They'll usually settle for some outside the beltway hovel with a carport. They're also the types that have to settle for one mundane vacation per year. It really is quite the pathetic bunch of losers.

As wealthy retirees living out in the Sweet Spot, we're on vacation all the time. That's ALL the time. Each day is a new opportunity to sleep in, then to get up and go recreate, often including dinner out at some favored local dining spot.

Today, of course, we'll be headed into the dreaded SEDC for the Nats Opening Day game against the Mets. We'll probably cut across Mass Ave to 4th Street (just past The Monocle), then head down to our reserved in-stadium parking spot. Never saw our new parking neighbors on Monday, but today's a new day.

Hope Scherzer can help us take the first step this afternoon, but the NL East is a very tough division this year, and while the Nats looked a lot better in Spring Training this year than they did last year, it's no sure thing that they can get back to the playoffs in 2019. The only sure thing is that we'll be there in person to see what happens, while lesser financial lights will not be.

I am always somewhat ashamed these days to admit that we lived for a time in Falls Church City when we first came to the DC area back in the 60's. At the same time, we did learn quickly and got the hell out of there fast, first moving over to McLean, and then out to the Sweet Spot. Many are those who wish they could have followed but were stuck instead riding the down elevator all the way into the sorry state of affairs of today. C'est la vie!

Well, traffic coning in was crap, and the new ballpark kitchen staff just made a complete mess of things, but we’re here and it’s Opening Day, so how bad can things really be? Scherzer fans three in the first, but a homer by Cano has the Nats down 1-0 early.

It all makes sense now. From the 60s to the early 90s the city went through a gradual gentrification only to see rapid gentrification this century. Newer homes replaced mid 20th century construction at a rapid rate. The riffraff moved out due to increasing tax bills and not fitting in with their new wealthy neoghbors. They were forced out west where they could better afford the cost of living. You were just a casualty of progress.

No, Falls Church seemed like a nice place at the time. It had then the sort of organized, green, progressive, family-friendly reputation that Vienna still enjoys today. But once we got our feet on the ground professionally and financially and realized the direction that FCC was inexorably headed in, we knew we had to say goodbye to Lum's and get out fast.

McLean played its part as a solid intermediate setting for several years, but everyone should have seen what Metro-to-Vienna and 66-inside-the-Beltway were going to mean. Thankfully, most back then didn't, and we were able to get in on the ground floor of all that, picking off a prime Sweet Spot property and becoming part of a Property Brothers-playing community that has created a bastion of beautiful, modern, and sought-after homes. With the care and investment it's been given over the years, the magnificent landscaping, and all the amenities that exist close by, the place continues to shine, even in what has become an area of large lots and luxurious 7-figure homes. We get unsolicited offers for it frequently. We just laugh at them. Ha-ha! We beat you to it. By a lot.

Just kidding. We actually went up to 'Schnitzelville' at Café Berlin. Goulash soup and huhnschnitzel for me, while the lady went with the classic wienerschniztel after an order of potato pancakes. Tarts (mit schlag) with coffee after. We chose to go with a simple Piesporter, but you can still get a frosty cold Warsteiner on tap at Café Berlin. That's awfully good, but the place is still not quite all that it once was under the Austrian ladies. Still a nice stop, a nice idea, and a nice meal. Traffic was sill iffy afterward though.

LOL! Seven figures is the starting price to get into FCC. The price tag only goes up from there. Less than $1M and the purchaser is essentially buying the land.

What a beautiful morning out in the Sweet Spot! Not quite as beautiful as in West Palm Beach perhaps (and no FREE breakfast either), but still awfully nice. Mid-70's today, so a near-perfect day to be sitting in those comfy Club Level seats at Nats Park for another ballgame -- one we hope, in which the home side will play a little better than on Thursday. That was depressing.

Many among the less fortunate of course will not even be aspiring to the enjoyment of such luxury. They will again be stuck instead simply sitting in and rotting away with what remains of decaying old Falls Church City, a place where median household income has been slumping now for years. Excuse-makers have been forced to come up with all manner of lame explanation for that, where the simple facts are that people with actual money just don't care to live there anymore. So much better is available so close by. Why even the Sweet Spot is not all that far away, a fact that is not at all lost on the young up-and-comers of today.

Go Nats!

No, as explained before, there are a few remaining tear-downs scattered across the city. The vast majority has already taken place. It began when we started expelling the riffraff like you westward. A modest home in FCC starts around $1M. It goes up considerably higher after that.

You ask for it on the side. That's the wrong way to order it. That's the rube in you coming out.

Misguided? More like proven. The property you are referencing is essentially a land sale. A more discerning and experienced individual would've picked up on that as the listing clearly states "EXTERIOR SHOWINGS ONLY". Another tell tale sign it that all 13 listing photographs are exterior shots and most are of the lot. You're letting the rube in you come out again.

The listings I provided are better reflect the market in FCC.

With every post, you're truly showing the world what a no class, pitiful buffoon you are.

Nats lose just like you. You're mimicking the Nats season - no wins. This thread is no exception. At least you learned how to properly order a salad and how it should be prepared. In that regard, it hasn't been a total loss for you. You did have to suffer through a humiliating dressing down to learn that lesson though.

Two clunkers in a row for the Nats. And after they looked so good down in Florida! But two games is nothing at all compared to the losing streak you're on. How many solar eclipses is that up to now? Must be a dozen at least!

Meanwhile, the proper way to order a salad is to say, "I'll have the salad, please." One should of course be prepared to answer any resulting inquiries as truthfully as possible. Pretty simple, all in all. Even at the fanciest and most upscale restaurants -- that I of course can afford to dine at so much more frequently than you. The best advice at such places is to go ahead and trust the skills and training of the behind-the-scenes professionals, people who know so much more about these things than some walk-in clod like you would.

For us however, last night was tailor-made for some old-time comfort food. So when the sign said Sycamore Street 4 miles, 16 minutes, we hopped off onto Glebe, hastened over to a left on Lee, and then right into good old KFC. Twelve-piece bucket baby, six biscuits, cole slaw, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. All for the low, low, price of just 35 bucks, and oh so finger-lickin' good. And we still have half of it as left-overs for today. All is well in the Sweet Spot again! Not the case at your 'place', of course. You still live in a decaying dump. With no hometown 'chicken place' to help you out.

After that and because one of the wife's girlfriends has been bitching about it lately, we took a quick detour through the center of the Sorry City past what used to be Broad and West Streets. What a horror scene. Bomb damage doesn't look that bad.

But, you've already noted you're too dumb to say "I'll have the salad, please." You've already confessed to being the rube that orders it on the side. My point the entire time us that you're too dumb to trust the professionals. Well, at times, the so called professionals are as incompetent as you when it comes to dressing salad. Take the oafish clowns at Silverado who overdressed my salad the last time I was there as an example.

Fried chicken? Hmmm. Sunday special at Liberty BBQ. Not a bad idea. A far s superior product to the FFC slop you cherish.

Oh, one final note on the listing you linked to. That's a Fairfax County address. You think you downscale rubes can clean up your act in the county? The only bad thing about FFC is that it borders the lowlife haven of Fairfax County. Yup, that's another fail for you. Too many to keep track of by now.

It's KFC, dumbo, and Original Recipe is an American classic. And as noted, it came from Arlington County. Liberty (LOL) by the way is not a 'chicken place' at all. It's a place that happens to have chicken on the menu. It is otherwise just a minor league outpost run by an Arlington-based operation. Meat in a Box had better cred.

You live in FCC dope, and it's Redfin you need to argue with. To help out with that, here's another from their parade of sub-seven-figure Falls Church homes. Your earlier boast was (of necessity) WAY overblown.

Dressing of course is served on the side, at least for all those experienced enough to ask for it that way.

Most local places know how to properly dress and serve a salad. The same can't be said for you or GAR establishments.

A distinction without a difference unless you're some downscale rube with no concept of what constitutes a decent meal.

Minor league? No. It is no more minor league than the Elevation Burger or Taco Bamba in Vienna. Rather, like the two aforementioned, it is merely an addition to the restaurant group. One of two in Falls Church.

God, you're a dope. Those words describe the common practice of restaurants. They say not a thing about how I might proceed in ordering a salad. Your ability to comprehend ordinary English is called here into immediate and quite serious question.

Is there a nicer place in Annandale? Is it Honey Pig?

There ARE no 'local places' in Falls Church City. A complete lack of proper dining options is one of the principal things that the city proper is known for.

Once is a typo. Over and over again is an issue.

> A distinction without a difference unless you're

Reminder: You cannot afford to eat where I eat. Twelve months since you've dined as well as at Silverado. And of course, there is a very real difference (seemingly unknown to you) between a 'chicken place' and a 'place that serves chicken.' Falls Church City does not have a 'chicken place'. No KFC. No Popeye's. No Chick-fil-A.

> Minor league? No. It is no more minor league than

Those are indeed minor league. They are barely restaurants. Neither would rank among the Top 25 eateries in Vienna.

> Rather, like the two aforementioned, it is merely

Northside Social is barely a restaurant either. It's basically Starbuck's with a liquor license. Such very low standards you all have back in the Sickly City.

It took two or three minutes. As did the two prior listings and the one below. And you need to understand (as you plainly don't) that once you claim that $1 million is the FLOOR for a home purchase in tiny little Falls Church City, even one example to the contrary turns you straight into the blowhard dope that you always have been.

Well, it's the hottest ticket in town! Shoeless Joe Jackson comes to Iowa! No wait, Bryce Harper comes back to Washington. Yeah, that's it. And of course, some people have those tickets, and some do not.

As for myself, I'll be winging across Mass Ave later today on the way to the ballpark as always. The Nats have looked more or less awful so far in the 2019 season while the Phillies are undefeated. It should be an interesting evening anyway.

I expect to be spending at least some part of that chatting it up with our Club Level cruise-boy. After taking the Europe-North cruise in 2017, he and his wife went this past off-season on a cruise through the Panama Canal. Not at all my cup of tea, but they seem to have enjoyed it.

And speaking of enjoyment, hope you all will enjoy the day in beautiful downtown Falls Church City. At least the parts of it that are still standing.

Those say EXACTLY how you might order a salad. You even said, "for all those experienced enough to ask for it that way." Asking for it a certain way is what frequent restaurant diners call ordering. You can't walk this one back, moron.

Can you tell us what a 'dogleg' is. fumblefingers? The quote above says NOTHING AT ALL about how I or anyone else in particular might choose to order a salad. By 'down the street', you mean 7 miles and 20 minutes away. Plainly, you are desperately making up shit as usual when approaching yet another bridge too far. You are just so hopelessly out of your league here.

Ho, there are not. As a mutual friend once put it, Falls Church is a "dining desert." People LEAVE there to go out to eat. No one comes.

Some understand the function and value of a carport and shed arrangement versus an unnatural, sightline and airflow destroying garage stuffed with tools and junk to the point that one needs to depend on street parking anyway.

By the way, the landscape guys did a nice job yesterday. They'll be back at the end of the week for Phsae-2, but things are looking great (as usua) so far.

Sure can. Probably could've at somewhere around age 6 as well. Growing up in a family that golfs tends to have that sort of impact.

Of course it does. You're backpedaling because, once again, I've thoroughly embarrassed you for what a rube you are when it comes to the finer things in life. Things you plainly know nothing about as they are well outside your means.

I'm talking about the Burger King at 7064 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003. Silverado, meanwhile is located at 7052 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003.

Google maps places them a mere 364 feet apart. There on the same block! LOL! The 7000 block of Columbia Pike.

Despite the fact that you're an out of shape tard, it should not take you more than 5 minutes to WALK between the two establishments. According to Google maps, it should take the average person just 1 minute.

D'oh, how are you going to backtrack here and weasel your way out of it like you always do? You fail at it, but you always try it. Perhaps you grow a pair and just be man enough to admit you fucked up? Man enough?

You have no friends. That too is a lie. You are on here all day every day. People with friends would know how much it makes you look like a loser to post here while you are pretending to be at a baseball game.

Ooooh! Missed that one on the BK website. Don't get over that way so much anymore. Used to when Silverado was the only place that served those yummy fajitas, but there are other GAR sources these days, so I'll be leaving pretty much that whole area to more downscale diners such as yourself.

I post when I have an idle moment, and then only long enough to make you look like the pathetic lying dope that you are. Doesn't typically take all much time or effort.

WiFi is a wonderful thing. It means I can taunt you from just about anywhere. Look for more taunting from Nats Park later on. I'll soon be there, and you won't.

WiFi is simply a means for you to pretend to be something you're clearly not. It is unrelated to the fact that you have no friends. People with friends don't post while they are pretending to be at a baseball game. If you had friends, you'd know that doing as much would make you look like a loser. When normal people go to baseball games, they talk with their friends. They don't post here.

Well, the wealthy retired people are settled into their usual spot at Nats Park now, so let the envy begin. Probably left a little later than we should have today, as construction delays got us into DC too close to rush hour. We’ll get it all figured out again soon though. Tarp is still on the field at this point, and it might be for a while. Should be able to get the game in though. Bulletins as they happen, but now back to your regularly scheduled boredom.

Spent the rain delay and then half the game in the Club Level bar with our Palm Beach pals and the gay school teachers. Lots of laughs but the game couldn’t keep pace. Scherzer’s strikeouts of Harper were nice, but not much else was. Gotta find some offense, and a bullpen would be nice. Meanwhile, we’re back to beautifying out in the Sweet Spot for a while. No point in trying that in Falls Church of course. Too far gone.

You're just so befuddled. I indicated clearly that since the delicious fajitas became available at GAR locations other than Silverado, I do not frequent Annandale as a dining destination at anything like the rates that you apparently do. I don't know the BK's in that area the way that you do, and so went to the BK website.

> You're whole life is idle.

My whole life is superior to your own by leaps and bounds. That said, there are idle moments in the days of each of us. How do you choose to fill yours in? Would imagining that you might somehow be in the same league as those plainly far above you be a good guess?

> WiFi is simply a means for you to pretend to be

Wifi has nothing to do with my education, my career, my wealth, my (increasingly beautiful) place of residence, my dining out, my travels, my friends, or any of the many other things I am so easily and so regularly able to taunt you with.

Everyone has a phone. Each of us does with it whatever he or she might want. This could include taunting you at will.

So below is a picture of the quite non-pretend 'Concessions at LF Corner' at Nats Park. This was taken a little past 6:00 last night, but even with the addition of some sunshine this morning, it probably looks just about the same today.

For what reason? You’re the only confirmed liar here. I’ve succeeded in befuddling you every step of the way. You’ve reduced to nothing more than a bumbling, blithering idiot. First on your oafish stupidity when it comes to how to properly order and dress a salad. Then by getting you to stumble your way into another losing moment by exposing your ineptness on conducting a simple search to discover the location of a Burger King. You’re smug ass had your face shoved in that in that fuck up.

Hahahahaha! Picture from the Lake Tahoe area. Certainly another place I have vacationed, though only a total dope would have assumed that it was me in the picture. That would have been you, of course. What a colossal meathead!

So how many more of your Hall of Fame blunders do you want to revisit here? As many years of failure as you have racked up, it would take quite a while to go through them all.

LOL! You were so flummoxed over your knife/dogleg gaffes and fall-downs that you mistook a simple stock photo of a dogleg for some personal memento. That was just incredibly stupid of you, and the butthurt of having so openly made such an ass of yourself has now been eating at you since September of 2014! What a loser!

Still stupid after all these years? Where is there a claim for who took the picture? Or for who was in it? HINT: There are and never were any such claims made. You simply imagined these things into existence out of your sheer and vapid stupidity.

Your 4½-year old butthurt is showing again. Your 3-year old butthurt is showing again as well. You simply can't accept the fact that, the convenience of home equity lines aside, I can afford to live in the Sweet Spot, dine anywhere I want as often as I want, vacation on the slopes of Lake Tahoe when I want, and even be chauffeured around Atlanta in a Lincoln Town Car when I want, even if just for the sake of seeing a single baseball game.

You were the only dope flummoxed. I actually had to tell you that people only play with a knife when they are in their prime. You tried to pass this photo off as your own. You failed and got called out for it. It's pretty routine for you here.

LOL! you've been bumbling around like a doofus for five years now! Hadn't realized it was that long. Hard to believe, but I think you may have actually gotten dumber over that time. Didn't think it was even possible.

You needed pictures (such as the one above) in order to understand what a dogleg and a knife actually were. Not sure how long you had been in this country at that point though.

Debunked for a zillionth time above, dope.

Six years, if you count the brutal beatings you absorbed in 2013 under the handle Location, Location, Location. Merrifield certainly has torched the ass of the Sorry City since back in those days, eh? Pastoral neighborhoods out along the W&OD Trail as well. LOL!

Like your wallet, your academic record is an utter disaster in comparison to mine. Even your old "law school chums" from Killington would agree on that!

That one I took on our wait out of the First-Class parking lot. Also the one of the Nats Park LF Corner Concessions in Tuesday's rain. And here's another one I took while taunting you from down in West Palm Beach. This is the 1B Concourse at the FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches during a sparsely attended game against the Fish. We go down there pretty much every year now. You've been there about as often as you've actually been to Tahoe. LOL!

Wow! Another dose of your 4½-year old butthurt. This time involving the once prolific Asshole Spotter, a poster who has not been seen or heard from in these parts since 2015. You sure do have a lot of baggage to carry around! If you're still this sore today over that guy's trip to the Vienna Inn in 2014, imagine the bruising and battering a 2019 trip to West Palm Beach will have resulted in by late 2023! I suspect that the situation will not be pretty!

Psst! Guess where this came from.
HINT #1: It wasn't Nats Park.
HINT #2: You've never been there.

Gosh, what a beautiful morning it's been out here in the Sweet Spot! There's a smell of newly dampened manure in the air of course, as the grounds crew was able to get this year's aeration, over-seeding, and top-dressing finished off just in time to enjoy the benefits of all that lovely light rain. City folk might not be accustomed to this sort of air quality, but it's part of the price they pay for being stuck on some paltry fifth-of-an-acre lot.

Next, we're thinking about bringing in one more 30-foot specimen from the tree farm, but whether yes or no on that, we'll definitely be bringing in some new native plants from the special folks down at Nature by Design in Alexandria. They are a great resource to have. MGC is of course terrific for a variety of healthy basics, but NBD is the place for those special native touches.

So, nothing at Nats Park until Juan Soto Bobblehead Night next Friday, but we'll be busy out here nonetheless.

No, my pathetic little puppet on a string, just in the Springtime when we wealthy landowners shell out what to you would be serious bucks just to do some annual top-dressing around our luxurious yards. Top soil, leaf mulch, peat humus, cow manure, and a dash of construction sand. Magical stuff. Might not work all that well on some little patch of toxic hardpan though.

Not surprised that the above was the best you could come up with. Impotence after all is one of your most recognizable traits.
