What you want to call 'actual evidence', much of the western world would be more likely to refer to as 'total bullshit'. You lied about the Xmas weather in Too Far North Florida, and about how long a trip it was to get there from FCC, and about the health warnings and risks that were attendant to making such a trip at that time. The actual 'actual evidence' here powerfully suggests that you are nothing but a compulsive liar, one who for instance cannot recall what the obvious but unusual thing about walking into Brine simply because (despite claims plainly made) neither you nor your walk-on wife ever actually dined there. Perhaps that was because you kept trying to enter through the locked emergency exit. And I'll note that you still have not said where in DC it was that the two of you lived prior to your late 90s move to FCC. That's yet another uncompleted project in your massive portfolio of failure.

Well, the worse than ultra-whipped Whiffies may struggle on in their various categories of cataclysmiC incapacity, but rhiose of us who are of such better stuff in terms of intelligence, education, and actual attainment in the world take notice od these churls only as we soar high above them out here in the land of pleasant living sometimes spoken of as the Sweet Spot. Gorgeous homes spaced along country lanes on much larger than average lots with beautiful landscaping amidst the finest natural examples of woods, field, and stream and a delightful abundance of both flora and fauna to enjoy. It was 54 degrees outside as I woke to learn that we had received almost an inch of rainfall overnight. All that is gone now though, leaving us with bight blue dkies, soft breezes, and oddles of lovely sunshine. The trip out and back to grab up the morning paper was quite the pleasant one this morning, and we'll be conrinuing in tye saem vein over the rest of the day. Highs in the low to mid 60s along with sunny skies, light winds, and no rain. Yay!

Real President Joe meanwhile has no time for pointless Trumpian ass-kissing, instead imposing a broad range sanctions on Russia for such things as Solar Wind, 2020 election meddling, and violations of international norms in the Ukraine. Ten Russian diplomats are to be expelled, but more importantly, new executive orders prohibit US investors from primary market purchases of Russian debt issued after June 14. Unlike past stupid kowtowing, these measures will hit hard at Russian borrowing and inflatlon costs. Good for RPJ! It seems as well that the White House is getting at least semi-serious about reform of the Supreme Court. Stop the steal indeed, Mitch!

In other news, Joe Ross continued his march toward a Cy Young Award by tossing six more scoereless innings at STL yesterday while the Nats hit up Adam Wainwright for four runs in five innings, half of those coming on a Zimmie HR that caromed into the crowd off the top of the wall in left-center. The Nats are now 3-6 on the season and have pulled into a virtual tie with ATL for last place in the NL East. No travel day for the Nats, so they'll be home against ARZ at 7:05 in the first of a four-game series. No-joke Merrill Kelly will go against no-lock Patrick Corbin.

Scholar will be attending one of those D-Back games, but I've forgotten now which one. The wife and I will not attend any of them, but we have now been assured that both our Club Level seats and our reserved in-stadium parking will be available to us in May. Not actually convinced yet, but we may have to consider attending again sometime next month. We do have a 42-game credit to use over 2021-22, so there's no teal rush.

The rush in miserable Falls Church City is of course to find a way to get out. Plagued by bands of babbling bozos who put swarms of cicadas to shame, the place is a noise-pollution ordinance waiting to happen. And while claiming a dining scene that does not actually exist, even FCC boosters admit that a retail shopping base just isn't going to come about in a city that is too little in terms of both people and parking. Time to call U-Haul.

Your incessant and petulant whining, lying and excuse making do not constitute a valid explanation. The fact is you claimed one thing and the actual evidence indicates the exact opposite. You've offered nothing to substantiate your bogus claims.

Wrong place? YOU were the first person to mention Dogwood Tavern. It occupies 132 W. Broad St. That is the ONLY place that is relevant. I merely noted that 132 W. Broad St. was once home to Broad Street Grill. The historical record confirms that. You continue to deny it for some reason.

LOL! It still stings, doesn't it? Seeing all the actual evidence that prove you lied. And, you can't do anything to dispute it. There is nothing you can point to that substantiate your claims because your claims are lies! LOL!

If I'm lying, all of the data, images and articles in the historical record are lies as well. You are calling NWS a liar. You are calling Google a liar. You are calling Washington Post a liar. You are calling Washington Business Journal a liar. You are calling your boy Nick and the Falls Church News Press liar.

Well, these weak-kneed Whiffies still cannot stand up to the simple facts of their easily-spotted Florida lies having been so easily spotted, their now long-time google shortcomings having been so clearly revealed in an inability to track down the CMYK street view, and of course their failure (even after five years of instruction) to understand which decade and which side of the street The Broad Street occupied. Those are quite plainly the wages of a deliberate and willful ignorance, i.e., being stupid and preferring to remain that way. Such is the life of these ever woeful Whiffies.

Out here in the magnificent Sweet Spot of course, what we prefer is to remain a part of the blissful realm that has been established over the years by wealthy retirees and others of similar intellectual and economic status, each one of us enjoying all the best that life has to offer from our beautiful homes on much larger than average lots defined by impressive man-made lawns and gardens amidst the even more stunning natural delights of wood, field, and stream, plus the various flora and fauna that such happy circumstances inevitably bring to the fore. It was a cool 43 Sweet Spot degrees out there when I first got up under partly cloudy skies with just light winds and next to no chance of rain. Made for a somewhat cooler than uusal trip out and back to collect the morning paper, but still quite a pleasant one. It's been several days now since a major wildlife sighting occurred, but this is apt to mean only that one is overdue. We'll keep an eye out today.

A careful watch should be kept as well on all these loose GOP screws in Congress as they rant their way through one Big Lie dimension after another. As with some here, they no longer see the importance of fact and reason, and turn instead to hiding their nefarious acts behind obvious piles of poop and poppycock. What a bunch of losers. Fortunately, Real President Joe has his eye on the ball and is continuing to move onward toward the goal of recovery after four years of right-wing social, political, and financial disaster. These fringers can't do anything right.

In other news, a front-line Nats starter has again been badly beaten up, as Patrick Corbin managed to give up ten tuns (nine earned) over just two innings last night against a not all that good Diamondbacks lineup. Corbin critically depends on fastball command to set up his devastating slider, but he didn't have much on either pitch Thursday, as his ERA for the young season ballooned to 21.32. That's not good. A chance for reveege perhaps tonight as Max Scherzer takes the mound against Taylor Widener, a bullpen piece who's done fairly well filling in for sidelined Zac Gallen. Maybe we can hit him, maybe we can't.

No such question about the state of swing-and-miss Falls Church City. Officials there are hoping to be able to reduce onerous property tax rates, but they don't yet know what sort of windfalls they will receive from recent federal COVID and other relief packages. Regardless of the final amount, it won't be enough to stave off or even make much of a dent in the present pace of ongoing disaster.

Other than a tough first inning, Kelly looked pretty good once he settled down. Conversely, Corbin had a bad enough first inning but his second was even worse. His giving up a grand slam was all that Arizona needed. Washington did add three more runs and Hudson gave up another one, but the former was insufficient and the latter did not matter. As I am not a Nationals fan, it did not matter to me, WE WERE BACK AT THE BALLPARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was not our usual seats with our usual ushers (most of whom are still there; girlfriend checked), but we were BACK AT THE BALLPARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Washington's bats seem to be producing, for the most part, but the pitching is not keeping the other guys from hitting. Six runs should be enough to win a game, but not this game.

Getting into the park was easy enough. You go through the same old thing that you always have. Make sure that you have your mask. The lines were not long but when you are at twenty five per-cent capacity, that is what you would expect. You must enter at the gate indicated on your ticket. They tell you that you must leave by the same gate, but they were not enforcing that last night.

The ushers are on-station, as usual and are most courteous and helpful. They can accept tips, as far as we know. Girlfriend gave our usher her tip and she was happy to have it.

You can not pay cash for hot dogs, sodas and the like. This is where things broke down. The e-Cash ticket and mobile-order-and-pay would not always come up on our telephones. Some of the kiosks and carts accept only mobile-order-and-pay. We thought that the ballpark Wi-Fi was interfering, but, both of us had the Wi-Fi blocked, so that was not it. Eventually, we managed to get one or the other working so we could get something. As it turned out, the mobile-order-and-pay actually was failing intermittently, as there were one or two announcements to that effect on the jumbotron. We were not the only ones having problems with both. The staff at the stands, carts and kiosks did their best to help, but, often it was in vain. They deserve a commendation for their patience, if nothing else.

Due to an "abundance of caution", you no longer get free re-fills on the large soda or popcorn. We never got the larger popcorn as a small bag was enough for both of us. This year, you get a box, only. On the other hand, usually we did share one large soda and we usually re-filled it once. In the end, these are minor inconveniences.

Your experience in the Club might be different, although if you are paying for items using the same technology that we are, you will experience similar difficulties.

Aside from the technological difficulties, I was glad to be back at the ballpark. I expect that someone will manage to resolve those, eventually. There have been rumblings from Levy about going cashless for some time. This might be their opportunity.

There were some additional tickets made available. Girlfriend and I managed to get two more for to-night, again against Arizona. The only seats available for St. Louis and the one Florida game in April are in the upper decks, where girlfriend does not want to sit. For that reason, to-day will be our last game for April. We will see what happens for May. We will get our games eventually, as, like you, we have ticket credits good through 2022.

The Club Level was closed to the public last might, although they had the Military People there. That is fine. I do not begrudge those who serve their country anything.

Again, if they are fabricated, it is Google, NWS, Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, Falls Church News Press and others doing the fabricating. I merely post those links to substantiate my claims.

Of course, you are free to post your own links that substantiate your claims. If you are telling the truth, those links would be simple enough to find and post. If you are lying, that would be the only reason we don't see them here.

REMINDER: Of course, you are free to post your own links that substantiate your claims. If you are telling the truth, those links would be simple enough to find and post. If you are lying, that would be the only reason we don't see them here.

Yay, Schwarber! And yes, Kelly could well be a bright spot for ARZ, while the Nats may have to contend with the prospect of all of Scherzer, Strasburg, and Corbin performing this year at levels below the hype of PR expectation. In a division as tough as the NL East, that could be a serious problem. But even watching the Nats finish fifth would be so much better than last year! As you say, just being back at the park will mean so much! We'll actually drive by the park later today on to way into SWDC to pick up some artisan goodies, but we hope the day when we can instead just swoop into the GEICO Garage and park next to the elevator is not far off. We've been texting with a couple of them all along, but I hope to see many familar faces among ballpark staff when we return. Six of our eight Club Level 'ballpark pals' are now fully vaccinated, so I think it's all going to click into place here sometime next month. I certainly hope so.

We'd meanwhile given up quite some time ago on using actual cash at the park for anything other than tips. Game days are a bit like a trip to NYC. You need a wad of $5 bills in your pocket to pull it off smoothly, but everything else has just been plasticized for years, and I assume that technology will be intact in 2021. We may still have some surprises in store for us though, and there are always going to be kinks and glitches that need to be worked out. As long as it's actual baseball, we should somehow manage to be okay.

Shove it up your flabby ass, Linus, you pathetic troll. Real-time data exist only in real-time. I was watching. You were not. You meanwhile remain on your own in finding the CMYK street view. I told you right away I would not lend a hand, and I still won't, which means that you and your phony google skills still just twist slowly in the wind. You aee in the end just totally fucked -- exposed as a low-grade loser who lied about the weather and so much else in Florida, who has never so much as seen the CMYK street view image, and who lived in some indetermiante other place during the entire FCC run of The Broad Street in the supposed 'gateway' of George Mason Row.

Well, it was a busy day yesterday what with medical appointments, trips to put collected glass and plastic bags back into the recycling stream, and then a major grocery run. I'm tired just thinking about it all. As noted above, we'll be making a run into SWDC later on today as well. Haven't been down there since Thanksgiving, but today, we'll head right down good old Washington Avenue where we will have a chance to gauge prospects for recovery from the god-awful butchery of the Great Pruning of 2020. Not sure how that will turn out, but I am quite certain that the intersection of Wash Ave with S Capitol Street will still be south of the railroad tracks, right where it has always been.

Meanwhile, we have the start of yet another beautiful day going on out here in the always superlative Sweet Spot. It was a cool 43 degrees when I first got up, but progress had already been made by the time I headed out and down to grab up the morning paper. We should see something in the low 60s as our high for the day, with a mostly sunny morning and then a possibly cloudy afternoon. Light winds and no real chance of rain, so something to be looked forward to altogether.

Real President Joe is meanwhile still hard at work actually solving problems, rather than simply talking stupid trash about them. GOP dopes in Congress are now meanwhile haggling over creating an 'America First' causcus. How to piss off voters by giving a megaphone to some of the worst dopes on the plnat. As if Matt Gaetz needed anybody's help.

In other news, Jon Lester threw a successful 49-pitch sim game yesterday, but the Nats want to stretch him out further before handing him the ball in a real game. Kyle Schwarber could not have gone much further than the estimated 463 feet travelled by his one-out walkoff homer against ARZ last night. The final score of 1-0 made a winner out of Brad Hand after Max Scherzer's 106 pitches got him through 7.0 innings of two-hit ball. Hopefully, the bats can get it going a little eralier this afternoon, as Erick Fedde goes aghinst Luke Weaver on a 1:05 start. Weaver has been on a roll, so it's hard to think too well of our prospects today.

Hard to think well either of course of any prospects among the derelicts and dimbulbs of decrepit Falls Church City. Out of every known loop in NoVa, these ass-clowns can only babble like a brook, though all their waters are worse than polluted. Such a bunch of disgusting dopes.

Schwarber gave Washington the game last night. We were there, this time in 109 which was a slightly better view. This is looking like the last time for us for April, but we were happy to get what we did. I must admit that last night was that proverbial "more like it" Scherzer: ten strike-outs, two walks, two hits, no runs...............another superior performance. Hudson and Hand performed well in relief. A good pitching duel which is better than what we got for 2020. (I know, that ain't sayin' much).

While I would hope that both Corbin and Strasburg still would have more than a little gasolene left in the tank, the odds would dictate that Scherzer's better days are behind him. He is what? ..............thjirty-eight.................old for a strikeout pitcher. Still, he is the hardest working guy in the game, which might buy him a few more years. It was a shame that Washington's bats were not producing last night. If anyone deserved that win, Scherzer did. Still, a One to Nothing shutout is a good game.

Baker once answered a question that I put to him about a statement made by Branch Rickey that there is nothing in baseball quite like a successfully executed hit and run. While Rickey was not off the mark, I always considered a perfectly executed suicide squeeze to be deserving of that description, especially when the bunter beats out the bunt. I asked Baker what he thought merited that description. His reply was a 1-0 shutout. He was not off the mark, either, but, the suicide squeeze always will hold first place for me. I did see Strasburg do that once and beat out the bunt. I forget who was on third at the time, though.

As I am not a Nationals fan, the best thing for me is being back there. Meanwhile, the Red Sox are first in the American East and the Yankees are LAST.

Girlfriend checked on more of the staff last night and found that more than half of those that we knew are back. Several of the fans that we knew are back, as well. I hope that the same happens for you. Girlfriend has spoken to our former Representative several times. From what he is telling her, they do not expect that things will be back to anything close to what they were in 2019 until June, at the earliest. The Nationals promoted our former representative, but he told girlfriend that she could call him any time if she had questions. I suspect that he is willing to help us because of a commendation that I sent to his supervisors both electronically and in print that he said led to his promotion. Further, his professional attitude would go far toward explaining his willingness to help.

We had pretty much stopped using cash, as well. We got the e-Cash shortly after it became available. Through 2018, it was on the card that you used for admission. In 2019, when they dispensed with that card but sent you something to hang around your neck, the e-Cash was on that. It was during the 2019 season that someone there showed me how to put the e-Cash on my telephone, as well, which gave me two options. Perhaps the only thing for which I used cash regullarly was the popcorn cart, which also sold girlfriend's cotton candy. I tipped the people at the refreshment stands with singles and the usher with a fin, so I needed both. You can not put a tip at the refreshment stands, but the vendors that come into the stands do have a tip function on their zappers. Levy will not let the refreshment stand people accept cash tips.

You, of course, will have a somewhat different experience in the Club, but I suspect that the technology to pay is the same. Many more people last night were complaining about technological difficulties, especially getting their tickets and e-Cash cards to come up on their telephones, so I know that the problem is not with my hardware. These people were using both i-Phones and androids.

I do hope that they fix everything by the time that you and I get back to the park. Still, I am guessing that you can tell how glad we are to be back there by this and the previous long posts. I am so glad that I just can not virtually Sierra Tango Foxtrot Uniform about it.

57 degrees downtown as we drove past DCPD HQ. The damage down on Wash Ave seems only to be getting worse though, as once naturalized areas have given way to more gravel and concrete. Not very pretty. Mission accomplished though, and we are headed back home again.

Scherzer is actually 36 until July, but this is also the last year on his contract. He bought a huge mansion in Florida last fall while selling his home here — the one along the Potomac overlooking Brookmont Dam. Not sure what his and Erica’s plans are, but it’s no sure thing that they’ll still be here next year.

Not sure what the coolest play would be either. I did like when Ichiro would hit an ordinary grounder to short and easily be safe. All you could do was shake your head.

Not the point. There was no functional internet throughout much of human history, but NWS data, photographs, articles and other pieces of the historical record can be found in countless links across the web. You just can't seem to find any that substantiate your bogus claims. Just sad. It also still doesn't explain why you deny the fact that 132 W. Broad St. was once home to Broad Street Grill.

This is true. I first saw Mosaic in 1992 because my high school friend work-studied at a National Supercomputing university. HTML couldn’t have been prevalent in 1988.

Thank you for the update. Thirty-six/thirty-seven is still pushing it for a starting strikeout pitcher, but, the thing about Scherzer is that he might last a few more years as a closer. When he knows that he is pushing his pitch count and that this is his last inning for the day, he squeezes out every last drop that he has and gets those strikeouts.

The other thing about him is that he does know how to pitch for those contact outs, as he demonstrated amply during the 2019 post-season when he was working despite his not having fully recovered from his injuries.

I forget what year it was, but he was still playing for Seattle when they came here. Girlfriend really enjoyed watching him play.

Meanwhile, we will see what May brings. I must go North for two weeks to take my turn helping out with my ninety year old father, so we will miss the Orioles and another series. I am hoping that the seat selection for us in the stands, at least, will be similar to April so that we will not have to burn any of our date changes. You get only three with the twenty game plan. Girlfriend is not a fan of one o'clock games in the high summer. so usually we burn the date changes on those. I like the afternoon games, but that is just me.

Overall, I am not complaining about missing a few games as I have not been home or seen my father since the pandemic started. I will be glad for both.

That's wonderful that you can see and help your Dad again. There will always be more baseball. Each of my own parents made it close to 90, but they are now long dead and per their wishes buried in New Jersey. As for Scherzer, I do think he has at least a few more years of success ahead of him in whatever role he takes on, but I'm not sure those will be in DC or carry an annual salary fo $30 million. He's been a poster boy for skill and gritty determination, and certainly more than everything that Rizzo could have hoped for when signing him. But like Harper and Rendon, the time may come for Max and Erica to move on into a next phase of their lives. What sort of deal and where such a thing might be found heading into 2022, I don't know. I was able to work in the field of my choice for more than 40 years, but that will not be the case for Max, at least as far as on-field efforts go. Rizzo himself may soon face the same sort of choice. His record puts him among the all-time great GM's in my book, but he's in his 60s now, and we know how the Lerners decided to treat Dusty.

In any case, I expect that we'll try to get back to the ballpark at some point next month. It certainly would eb nice. We still don't have a rep, but the folks who have been filling in have done a good job, and it seems like there is more appreciation of how much the just plain fans mean to the Nats undertaking, so I'm hopeful for good things in 2021 at this point. .

ATTENTION, LINUS: The mindless repetition of your phony asshole bluster does you no good at all. I knew you would lie about the weather in Florida, so I added an NWS page for Cape Canaveral to my desktop in order to keep track. Sure enough, you lied. You also lied about public health risks, how far you had to drive to get there, and the quality of the dining you were able to enjoy in the vicinity. PVC and paper plates are not actually high-end anywhere. As ever, the bottom line here is that you are just a worthless shit-slinging FRAUD. Suck on that some more, you hapless loser. And always remember that no one knew how to code an HTML hyperlink in 1988. Dope.

Strange then that the NWS recorded data refute your claims. Repeating your lies don’t make them any more truthful.

Are you aware of the fact that meteorological data are recorded and kept going back decades at NWS weather stations across the nation? These data are considered so reliable that both federal and state courts routinely admit them into evidence without a meteorologist testifying.

These are the data you are foolishly and feebly trying to dispute. And always remember that no one

This is your best defense to the accusation that you lied?

It's well established you lied about this. That is a done deal. The question now is do you want to be known as a liar and the dumbest person to post in this forum? You are obscenely stupid if you are dumb enough to think anyone buys into the transparent and weak-ass excuse.

Well, the Whiffies are as ever stuck in the muck and mire of their own boundless ignorance, but we who so enjoy all the bounties of life out here in the wonderful Sweet Spot are only stuck in enjoyment of yet another beautiful spring morning. It was just 45 degrees when I got up today, but we'll be once again living in the low to mid 60s by this afternoon. Some clouds may move in for a bit this afternoon, but otherwise, it's blue skies, bright sunshine, gentle breezes, and no chance of rain all the way around. The pink dogwoods seem to be having an especially fine season so far, and the early azaleas are busting out now as well, with early signs of the later-blooming varities on display as well. It's quite a nice time to be parading out and back to pick up the morning paper, and a glance skyward confirms that it won't be long now before the oaks turn all the cars an eerie shade of pollen-yellow. The cicadas ahould be along in a week or two as well.

Real President Joe is meanwhile busy pushing policies of his own and also uprooting last minute garbage hastily approved by America-haters in the prior administration. Holdovers from that vile enterprise continue to stain and despoil the nation with their bogus bile of racist, xenophobic hogwash notions about somehow protecting our great Anglo-Saxon heritage. What a load of improper and dangerous rubbish!

In other news, an MRI has revealed shoulder inflammation as the cause of Stephen Strasburg's recent discomfort in that area, so he's been placed on the DL. RHP Paolo Espino (34) has been called up to fill his roster spot. At the park yesterday, Erick Fedde somehow put a lot of swing-and-miss stuff on the D'backs over five innings, coming away with a fairly easy 6-2 win. Two late runs (Castro RBI single in the 7th, Zimmie HR to right leading off the 8th) made things easier for the pen in the end. So that's the first two-game winning streak of the season. They'll try to make it three in a row against once-dominant Madison Bumgarner this afternoon with the newly prominent Paolo Espino throwing for the home side. Not likely that he'll qualify for the win, but you never know.

You always know of course that everything just sucks worse and worse over among the pint-sized mini-lots of drive-by and cut-through Falls Church City. Highway truck stops offer more glitz and glamour than that. No worthwhile shopping, no worthwhile dining, no actual reason to live there at all. Best to move to Mosaic. Or any of so many other better nearby areas.

What's never happening is you substantiating your bullshit claims about Space Coast weather or townhouses in Great Forest. It's never happening because they are lies.

Are you aware of the fact that meteorological data are recorded and kept going back decades at NWS weather stations across the nation? These data are considered so reliable that both federal and state courts routinely admit them into evidence without a meteorologist testifying.

Where did I call for links from a pre-HTML era? Be specific.

The historical record is replete with evidence that 132 W. Broad Street was once home to Broad Street Grill. There is no dispute there. If this restaurant that you claim existed at 105 W. Broad Street was even half as spectacular as you claim, why is it that no evidence of it can be found anywhere in the historical record? Washington Post articles from the 1980s mentioning Falls Church eateries can be found. None mentioning the place you allege once existed. Either it didn't exist or it wasn't anything worth writing about. Either way, you lose.

WTF are you babbling about old man? You're the only one who said anything about HTML hyperlinks in 1988.

Posting an HTML link *today* to an article *published* in 1988 is not a problem. Other than maybe for your dumb ass.

Yet more that you were wrong about. LOL

You didn't understand what a server is and, contrary to your claim, there is no server required to interpret HTML.

You didn't understand the distinction between *persistent* and session cookies. There was never an issue with session cookies which were widely used. Contrary to your claim, persistent cookies were not prohibited on Fed web pages. In fact, there was specific guidelines for their use. Do I need to post again to rub your face in shit?

Nobody but you said anything about HTML links in 1988. Apparently, you're too fucking stupid to understand the difference between a link made in 1988 and a link made today to archived articles published in 1988.

Here is more mid-1990s information that will be new to ignorant assholes like you. 1990s outlets with money and a history dove into years worth of digitizing and uploading key portions of their archives. Microfiche/film technology was dealt a cruel blow. Many dopes however just couldn’t keep up with any of this, especially perhaps the ones who didn’t realize that HTML itself didn’t exist until 1993.

No clue. Maybe he's trying to move on from his NWS, CMYK, and Broad Street failures. He'll do that fairly often. He'll dredge them back up again though. He carries around all of his past beatings.

That would depend on page content, but it is nonetheless the case that image files are uploaded to a server with an exact duplicate copy then being sent down to each client requesting that file. There is thus ZERO possibility that the graphic of a Florida restaurant menu would be blurred or fuzzy on one client while being perfectly clear on another. That's just more indigestible pile of shit for you to swallow once again.

Completely wrong, asshole, but in effect it would not have mattered at the time, since ALL cookies were prohibited in the mid-1990s.

You had your useless zombie ass handed to you in spades on the matter long ago. You were not involved at the time and could only struggle to come up with the thinnest and most feeble sort of long after-the-fact google shit to hide behind. I was at the time meanwhile part of the interagency committee tasked with setting standards for executive branch webpage construction.

> Nobody but you said anything about HTML links in 1988.

You would never have made such a foolish claim had your understandings of the English language been even a little bit better. As has been the case for all these years, The Broad Street of the proper place and time was a creature of the pre-HTML era that you so badly misunderstand. Dope.

I've just been explaining that to you, asshole. Along with the fact that only selected sources have any sort of pre-HTML era web presence with most having no such thing at all.

Why is that the proper place and time? It hasn't even been conclusively established that the place even existed. The historical record is crystal clear that Broad Street Grill once existed at 132 W. Broad St. For a place that was as great as you claim, it is conspicuously odd that it can be found nowhere at all in the historical record. I can find evidence of numerous other Falls Church area eateries of the 1980s in the historical record, but no mention of any place called the "The Broad Street" can be located.

Here are just a few:

No, there is no server required for HTML itself. If you want to dispute that, then provide a specific example which contradicts that fact. As always, you can't of course.

Servers can, and often do, send different data depending on browser, user, cookies, or other dependencies. Also, resolution can be changed when files are uploaded. Many image storage sites can and do that in various cases. But that wasn't the case here. You just uploaded one of your shitty resolution images, as you often do and have in other cases since, which looked shitty to everyone. You just couldn't admit that.

That's false. Session cookies were not restricted. Guidelines were provided for use of *persistent* cookies but they were/are not prohibited.

Actually I was. If you were then you should understand the distinction between session and *persistent* cookies and what the guidance actually was. If you want to argue otherwise, then post some objective information/source to support your claim. You can't of course. As always.

Which has nothing to do with current links to archived 1988 articles which document the time in question in an objective way.

Pay attention, asshole. ALL cookies were prohibited on federal webpages in the mid 1990’s. It was a long fight to get session cookies approved. As the name suggests, server-side includes are webpage content that is interpreted by a server. And of course, the whole basis of client-server design is to allow a single source to provide the identical information to many different consumers. This includes image files of menus from upscale Florida restaurants that jackasses like you will never be able to patronize.

What does it have to do with Dogwood Tavern and 132 W. Broad St.? I only mentioned Broad Street Grill because it occupied a spot that is now home to Dogwood Tavern.

Further, why do you deny the existence of Broad Street Grill at 132 W. Broad St.? I ate, drank, and listened to live music at Broad Street Grill at 132 W. Broad St. frequently and more recently than your alleged trips to some place that can't be found anywhere in the historical record.
