We should hit the 80-degree mark briefly later on, but it won't last long. Talk about some made-to-order weather.

Meanwhile, it becomes clearer and clearer each day that it is high time to put the adults back in charge and be at long last rid of President Ding Dong, Melania Did-Not-Care (read the book/LOL!) and the rest of this mutant family of hapless ignorance and unending cruelty.

In other news, exuberance over Anibal Sanchez's prior start may have been irrational, as he was beaten up more than a bit in his five innings worth of work against the Red Sox last night. The Nats got to Boston's fill-in starter guy for three rune in the third, but the guns fell silent against not much more of a collection of arms the rest of the way, as we faded away to a really unimpressive 5-3 defeat and a record now of 12-18 in what won't be more than a 60-game season.
