There's a time & a place for everything, Gerund Boy. If you had 10% of the education & awards you supposably have, you'd know that. Your awards are more like Nose-Picker-Champion & floor peeing & tan trum throwing. You're making as ass of yourself again, Gerund Boy, but that's not news.

See, DOLT, when we're with friends, we have lively convos. w/then & don't shitpost on a stupid ass intenet message board. If we're gonna pay all this money for primo seats at a baseball game, we're going to enjoy it instead of shitposting on this troll infested & sock puppet populated dump.

We can read the news any time, dumbo & we can check our email any time. Of course, you're too stupid and no class having to even think about that.

Sucks being old and mediocre doesn't it?

I have an equity line. As well as various other lines of credit. Unlike you I use them appropriately. A home equity credit line really isn't anything impressive or difficult to qualify for. My credit is about as good as it gets. I'm solid gold. I qualify for everything. Sorry that you have to put your house up to finance your dinner.

In a world that lies so very far beyond the limited scope of either your view or imagination, I am actually doing all those things at all those times and place. Even while recently waiting in line at the pick-up window at Caffe Amouri. The phone is an amazing thing for both work and play for those who know how to use it.

Well, i have a lot of company then, just not any from among those like you who travel in the lane reserved for backward slowpokes. As I've repeatedly noted here, when in our Club Level seats at Nats Park, it would be expected that at least half of those around us would have their cellphones out and in use. Similarly, The Principals even on their days off are high level personnel at their respective restaurants who need to keep up with in-house events and conditions. Their phones are always close by and frequently in use. You cannot imagine any of this because of the limits affecting your own importance and place in the world.

LOL. If you did, the equity line, being cheaper to use than all the others, would be your go-to option ion every case, and you would eventually awaken to the need simply to close out all these others. Dumb is dumb though, and phony is phony. '.

> Sorry that you have to put your house up to finance

As alluded to above, it is a matter of choice that we use the equity line for everything (from the coffee at Caffe Amouri to postage on the Form 4868 sent to the IRS last month) because it is the easiest and cheapest way to run an upscale household such as this one. Accessible via either check or credit card, it even helps avoid handling cash in a COVID world. And With credit being so cheap in any case, it is basically only fools who fail to borrow rather than liquidate higher-earning investments. Of course, if you don't have any of those, you might need to follow a different course.

I hate to break it to you but a home equity line is nothing special. At all. No, it's not the best option in ALL cases as you seem to believe.

And btw putting LOL before things doesn't help your posts any.

None of which are tax benefits to putting nondeductible expenses into a HELOC nor do they generate income to pay off your bills as you claimed. Fine and good in your case where you have little cash flow and for convenience. I don't need to carry a balance for my personal expenses so I can better optimize benefits by doing things other ways.

Well, another night of aimless wandering for the baffled and befuddled Whiffies. Dead-ended in their recent grill and pizzeria endeavors, they retreat onto ground where only prior slaughters have occurred. It's all just such a sorry thing for them.

Meanwhile, it's another nifty morning out here in the wild and wonderful Sweet Spot. We had some showers overnight, but The temperature stood at 73 degrees earlier as sunshine streamed past banks of puffy white clouds. Breezes aren't much at the moment, and with the humidity at 80%, it might have been nice if they were a little stiffer. The trip down and back to grab the morning paper was a lonely one, but still quite comfy. Looks like we'll top out just above the 80-degree mark today with the usual midsummer chances of afternoon showers and t-storms. We'll also have the usual mid-Saturday chances for seven episode of Cash Cab and no doubt some of our wildlife friends will pass by in the middle of all that as well, so it's shaping up to be another fine day ou this way.

Meanwhile, President Ding Dong is headed into the final days of preparing for making a fool of himself and his boob-filled administration on live TV next week. Sources familair with DD thinking suggest that Mike Pence may suddenly be taken ill and evacuated to an American military hospital in Berlin. Others have said that Melania Trump will underscore the need to return to school by giving her speech from an empty classroom at Trump University. Whatever the truth of these matters, the Dems did a better than fair job at this COVID convention thing, while the GOP could still end up turning in another Tulsa.

In other news, Stephen Strasburg has been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and will be expected ultimately to head for surgery. That would end the 2020 season for him. Having had CTS in both wrists myself, I can attest to the debilitating nature of it, and to the likelihood of at least nearly full recovery from surgery, slow though the regrowth of nerves will be. Do it now, and he should be good for the 2021 season, whenever that may be. Meanwhile, Patrick Corbin tossed an early dead fish 2-0 fastball that got hammered for a 3-run dinger, and the Nats potent offense was never able to recover, falling to The Fish by a final of 3-2. PHI lost as well though, so we remain tied this morning for least in the NL East

The simpletons and stooges of sorry Falls Church City must of course have that same sort of feeling every morning. The place is just not good. But there is great buzz apparently over the opening of the FCCPS school year on Monday. All virtual, all the time of course, but at least kids will have some chance to learn things like what a 30-foot cliff is, and how to spot dense stands of grasses, weeds, and trees along the side of a road. Classes on the history of the Water Wars might be appropriate as well, with electives possibly covering the duration of scallop season, best ways to prepare coconut risotto, where 'downtown' is, and the feasibility of travel via water taxi. Good luck to kids and their schools this year, and remember to stay safe.

The math has been explained to you in detail on multiple occasions,. I agree that iy is a sad and sorry thing that you were and are unable to comprehend any of it. By the way for people who seem to be impressed by them, both credit cards linked to the equity line earn the same points and cash rewards as any other. It's just WIN-WIN for us all the way around.

You are just too low-life STOOPID to understand even simple things. Meanwhile, 81% of the interest paid on the equity line ends up being tax deductible. Nothing to it, really.

Yes, the nondeductible interest lowers it from 100% and gives you no tax benefit.

Simple.

Sure is. Just as important is knowing WHEN to NOT use it. You've clearly never learned that valuable lesson. Or, maybe you're just not where you claim you are when you post here?

How many are posting here?

Sound like shitty principals if they haven't hired adequate management and staff who can handle in-house events and conditions when called upon. Again though, that can be considered a necessary use of the phone while out in company. Are you claiming that your posting here while out with them rises to that sort of level? LOL! That's quite the compulsion and obsession you have with this thread. Might want to get some help with that.

> Their phones are always close by and frequently in

So, your importance and place in the world mandates that you post here when you are out with your hag and friends? This is essential business for you?

My importance, place in the world, and manners dictate that when I need to take care of business while in such circumstances, I politely excuse myself and conduct such calls away from my company. If it is just a quick text, I explain my use of the phone. This is a common practice among those who know how such matters are properly handled.

> You keep trying to convince yourself of such
> things, but it plainly isn't working.

LOL! I don't need to convince myself or anyone else. Such things are obviously true.

Reminder, this is what you are "ignoring" aka running from like a dickless coward:

Dispute any of the following statements with anything beyond an uninformed "I said so" statement:

Grilled branzino has been served from time to time at Orso.

2941 has a grill in their kitchen.

There are no townhomes in the Great Forest neighborhood painted in a questionable array of colors and you have never seen pictures of anything indicating as much.

You cannot find what does not exist. Your refusal to post what you allege exists only confirms that it does not exist. Ergo, you are lying. It isn't my job to find a photo of something that doesn't exist.

If you aren't lying, why not post the photo.

No attempt to re-brand the place was made. A simple statement that grilled branzino has been served from time to time at Orso was made. You disputed that fact.

> and your
> acceptance of even a flat-top as being ‘a

Others long before me labelled a flat-top as being but one type of grill. Of course, in your ongoing quest to interject irrelevant facts into just about any conversation, you were the first to mention a flat-top.

It has been noted in various print sources and confirmed to me on a phone call that 2941 has a grill and they use it to prepare their branzino. As of this post, you've presented no evidence to contradict those facts.

That's 0 for 3. You only just confirmed you are a liar. Congratulations. Of course, we could re-litigate your loss on the AVDLM, but you'll only end up 0 for 4.

Look at his false dichotomy of either being forced to borrow or liquidate assets. As if those are the only two choices for many people. All he is admitting is that he has very little cash actually coming in which doesn't paint the picture of a wealthy individual.

For many, income comes in on a regular basis, that cash is applied to pay of debts accrued, some cash is set aside and the remainder placed in mutual funds, brokerage accounts, etc. No need to liquidate assets or carry a debt which accrues interest.

Nope. None. Because you can't show any benefit. If you could, then you would have posted. Which, again, you have not. Just more of your same old shit claiming that you have as you always do. But feel free.

They are not at all "universal." There are many different programs with different benefits and terms. Many offer none. I have a couple of those myself but I have them for other reasons. As further evidenced by entire web sites and other groups devoted to maximizing the benefits using different programs. None of which affects you posting yours of course. Which you won't do of course for obvious reasons.

Sorry, everyone knows your bullshit routine by now...

Run your blowhard mouth.

Get called on it.

Post some equivocating nonsense.

Get called on it.

Write a bunch of off-point crap trying to pretend that you know something without addressing the point.

Get called on it.

Try to go off on some other tangent(s).

Get called on it.

Try to move the goal posts and make the tangents the new focus.

Get called on it.

Try some more diversions.

Get called on it.

Circle back to claim that you've already posted something addressing the original point when you haven't.

Get called on it.

Same shit every fucking time.

Well, to the surprise of no one at all, we have another very fine morning to deal with out here in the Sweet Spot where we and others similarly situated sit back and enjoy all the finer things in life. It was a pleasant 73 degrees when I awoke to find mostly cloudy skies, just little puffs of wind, and the humidity still sitting at 90%. We should see readings in the high 80's later on, which will be a change from recent patterns. No change though in the fact that there could be some pop-up showers and t-storms across the afternoon and early evening hours. No wildlife encounters during the recent journey out and back to pick up the morning paper. Unless of course you'd count the song of the cicadas as a bit of wildlife. They were whirring away in fine form early on as they hit the peak of their season.

It's going to be an important season for pathetic President Ding DOng now as well, as he will try this week to rally 'the base' while not making everyone else puke. It's a tall order for him, made only harder by bad press over his lean into Q-Anon and of course the Bannon Bust. Expect the failing Fat Boy to become even more offensive, abusive, self-obsessed, and patently un-American as the result. Democrats will of course be profusely and probably profanely slandered, but women, children, immigrants, and all so-called minorities must also beware! His Ugliness hates them all. But maybe he'll unveil a new GOP Health Plan. We certainly remember the last one -- 1. Don't get sick. 2. If you do get sick, die quickly.

In other news. Max Scherzer was staked to a rare 5-run lead heading into the top of the fifth in the first of two 7-inning games against Miami yesterday, but having gotten two outs rather routinely, the wheels came off and he was tagged for four runs before Kyle Finnegan came on to get that elusive third out and also the W in what stayed a 5-4 game thanks to quick 1-2-3 innings from Rainey and Hudson. In the nightcap, Nats bats could do little to nothing with flame-throwing Sixto Sanchez, who was making his MLB debut. The kid was impressive, much more so than our Will Crowe who was also appearing in the bigs for the first time. Homers from Gomes and Robles made it look not so bad, but in the end, ex-Nat Brandon Kintzler came on to nail down a 5-3 MIA victory. Since PHI lost despite Bryce's 7th HR, that first game win let the Nars esacpe the NL East cellasr by half a game. We'll see how long that lasts.

Enduring forever it seems meanwhile is the sorry-ass state of feeble Falls Church City. With its cadres of low- and no-class clowns, the place continues to earn only rejection from those with any sort of ambition in life. Reports of dead bodies being found in the streets are not going to up the image any either.

Of course not. Because you have none.

Sure deductions exist. For deductible interest. Unfortunately, that doesn't include any of your personal expenses. There's no tax benefit to putting those on your equity line no matter how you try to equivocate around it. lol

Your dumb LOLOLOLOL doesn't help you any. Just makes you look more full of shit. Post your a screen capture of your rewards. You know... Like I did. Easy.

There's nothing to explain beyond what I've explained to you - that nondeductible personal expenses are nondeductible and there's no longer any tax benefit to including them.

But you're free to post an example to support your case and show your work. Which you seem unable to do. If not, then makes no difference to me. *shrug*

Obviously you don't understand. He has all these degrees, honors, awards & citations of merit & accolades and has rubbed elbows and hobnobbed with all these important people. He's a wealthy retiree living in the Sweet Spot so it can't be his reading comprehension skills & if he says something, he doesn't have to prove it & it automatically cancels your proof so it must be fake news & wrong covfefe. Hmmmmmm, remind you of anybody?

Besides, he's a Gerund Boy, so that has to count for something. He'll be back as soon as he's done yelling at the neighborhood kids to get off his lawn...........and the change of Depends it requires.

LOL! The lying shit-shack shut-it pays interest on purchases at the grocery store, mundane vacations and dinners away from home. None of which reduce his tax burden. What a financial wizard!

Get a grip, dunce. You still can’t make it from Point-A to Point-B. This is not at all a complicated matter. You are just too woefully undereducated to grasp even the object, much less the method. Dope.

Well, Senior Economist for all those years was pretty close to ‘financial wizard’ in the minds of a great many for quite a while. As just a stock dope-in-a-dump of course, you’re just a clueless moron from way back.

Doesn't work. Just makes it look like you're trying too hard. Which you are because you can't post your rewards since you have none to post.

Blah blah blah. More bullshit because you can't effectively answer. If it's not a complicated matter then you should be able to post a not complicated example that shows the benefit. Which you can't. Because there is none. No, you haven't already. Don't even try that weak crap again. lol

Done embarrassing yourself with this kind of stupid shit now? Of course you're not.

Not clueless enough to pay interest on stupid shit like meals out, mundane vacations and trips to the grocery store. That'd be you.

Grade-school childish denial is all you can feebly manage. I meanwhile have far better credit than you, and it includes credit card cash back. Suck on it, douchebag.

Spelled out for you days ago in plain elementary English, which all seemed to go sailing right over your stone-filled head. Your slop here is just typical low-grade shit-slinging by a total loser nobody.

The point, dummy, is that with the low rate and 81% of it all being deductible as well, all this interest that disturbs you so ends up costing me less than liquidating assets would. Is that too complex for you or anything?

No, you don't and no it doesn't. Not working at the moment but as soon as my Experian credit score is up again, I'll post mine and you can (not) post yours. Just a quick and easy one for me to do. We can use any other that you'd like to (not) post. I can also screen cap my various available credit lines if you'd like to (not) post that. Oh, and also those rewards again that you can(not) post. lol

You won't of course. You're just an old blowhard who can never back up anything that he says. That's why you have to post this kind of stupid shit instead.

No, it wasn't. Point to the post where you claim that it was.

Yeah, I know... Blah blah excuse blah blah lame attempt at insult blah blah diversion blah blah.

First of all, credit and credit score are not the same thing. Second of all, you need to do your own fucking homework. Third of all, you’re just a useless ignorant asshole.

Your nondeductible interest paid on personal expenses isn't in the 81%. It's instead why the percentage is 81% and not 100%. Doesn't matter what the rate is, the interest paid to finance those expenses is nondeductible. There is no tax benefit.

He's right. If you carry a balance, then you are paying interest on those personal expenses. Interest which is not deductible since they are not home-related expenses as now required. Whether you have to 'liquidate assets' to afford such expenses is not pertinent. And you still have to pay for them either way so you just end up paying more.

Which is why I said that I'd also post my available credit lines. Sorry old guy, you must have brain farted that one. Doesn't matter much since you won't post anything anyway.

Ohhhh, so now you didn't post it and I need to do my own homework. Gotcha.

Do you ever get tired of making yourself look like a complete idiot?

Go fuck yourself, Linus-bitch. You’ve done nothing but make an ass of your simpleton self all day. 81% of 2019 equity line interest paid ended up being tax deductible. Nowhere near 81% of 2019 charges to the equity line were for deductible expenses. Inventory control is a wonderful thing. Your tiny brain is not.

Your version of liquidating assets = visiting your local pawn shop or placing an ad on Craigslist.

It's also indicative of poor cash flow with not enough coming in each month to cover routine expenditures. Doesn't exactly paint the picture of wealth that you seem so desperate for others to perceive.

Perhaps if you knew what 2 + 2 equals. Meanwhile, folks out here in the Sweet Spot have piled up filthy lucre in stashes that you downscale dopes will never be able to imagine.
