Poor little boys cannot confront any aspect of realty. The reality of Monday’s Red Lobster lunch with The Principals has just left them choking and gasping.

So, you have cash flow and liquidity problems. I suffer from no such maladies. Perhaps that’s why I don’t need to put my house into hock just to eat at a struggling seafood joint run by a Thai pet food maker that uses slave labor. I couldn’t imagine how shitty that must feel. I guess you live it every day.

Says the drunken Gerund Boy who throws tantrums like a 4YO. Not to mention his usu. potty mouth of a 5th grader as we can see in the quote here. Isn't it funny when somebody whose got the potty mouth of a 5th grader & whose always throwing tantrums like a toddler says somebody's " being a child". That Gerund Boy's a real hypocrite, huh. Yup, Old Pottymouth put his "big bad boot" in his potty mouth again.

Neither. But we choose not to leave cash in a coffee can or to incur needless friction and transaction costs in dynamically restructuring our holdings.

Having steady monthly revenue streams from businesses income, rental income, FERS income, and others allows for adequate cash flow and liquidity to pay all debts due then divert the rest to the various brokerage accounts. The payments to the credit account, while never accruing interest, earn a percentage of cash back and other various rewards. What sort of rewards do you get from your HELOC?

I have more than one as well as other types of real estate. Most even have garages or garage spaces.

Darden is fine. While The Palm is preferred, Eddie V’s and Capital Grille are nice as well. Even Season’s 52 will do when at the mall and need a quick meal. Never been disappointed there. Even Darden was done with Red Lobster last decade. Probably why it is run by a Thai pet food maker that uses slave labor. But hey, glad you are fine putting your house into hock for an occasional meal there.

Aside from the $200K, the associated credit cards earn rewards that we take in cash as opposed to the points and miles that some have liked to boast over.

Hogwash, and in the mid Atlantic region, attached garage space rarely ends in providing a satisfactory return on investment

We’ve been through your bad taste in restaurants. Live jazz and crab fried rice do indeed elevate Eddie V’s, but the others are stuck on the no-fly list

You confuse own and run, much as you once confused own and brew.

Well, it’s clear that the caviling crabs and cowards are just as confused as ever, failing to comprehend any aspect at all of how equity lines actually work. People whose reality was owning such properties as here have been so falsely claimed would of course know much more and better than what these ridiculous rubes and ruffians have managed to rudely google up. There’s plainly just too much Kevin Hart in their financial diets. Meanwhile, it’s all success and prosperity as usual for those able to live in the lap of luxury known as the Sweet Spot. Beautiful homes set grandly but unostentatiously on much larger than average lots amidst the natural splendors of wood, field, and stream. No shadows for any groundhogs of these parts to see this morning though, as it was a cloudy 31 degrees when I got up. Rain is not likely, but these clouds are apt to be around all day as we barely reach a high of 40. Harumph!

Why does this moronic retired GS Nobody think anybody cares about his fanciful stories about his mundane life.
I guess some people who've been relegated to the typical life of a retired GS Nobody have to invent stories. That way, their falling apart suburban rambler in an older sub division with drafty windows & leaky roof together with a dilapidated & leaning car port with an oil stained & cracked & buckling driveway doesn't seem so bad.
When you're a retired GS Nobody, I guess fantasy is all you have.
Like when you're riding on FFX Connector to Walmart to watch the game in the TV Dept. you can imagine you're driving to an over priced parking space. When you pull up a folding chair to one of the TV sets, you can imagine you're sitting in some over price seat. When you go in the Walmart & stop at the in store Subway for a small cheapest sandwich & a small coke, you can pretend it's some over proce restaurant or ball park stand.
Yup, the imagination can sometimes be real powerful

So we got some moron who talks just to hear himself talk. What we know in fact is you HANG YOURSELF "with every word".
There is more to make a thoughtful person believe that you live in a long-term care facility in Falls Church City than that you own or live in any actual house anywhere. You can’t walk the walk, and you can’t talk the talk. Your failed pretensions effectively give you away.

Only in the addled mind of a lying fraud and autistic freak. Meanwhile, your own words reveal you to be nothing more than a GS-Nobody with a healthy dose of white-trash degenerate running through you.

There are no pretensions. Just facts. You’re the one pretending to be something you’re not, never have been, and never will be. By your own account, you have serious cash flow and liquidity problems. So much so, that you need to pay interest to finance a fairly mundane trip to FL. Three years since your last travel. Your dining habits are nothing to be envied. Your lifetime of inferiority has caused you to spend your twilight years desperately trying to convince random strangers that your life had any sort of meaning at all. Perhaps you consider these facts pretentious because you have no clue how your betters live. Hint: it isn’t telling stories about Subway, Santini’s, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, or even GAR. Even your routine personal maintenance is fairly routine is rather mundane. A pedicure is as mundane as a haircut, but you make it out to be a sign of wealth. Your only friends appear to be some middle management restaurant people.
In conclusion, what you like to hold up as indicators of your alleged wealth only reveal you to be a middling nobody (at best).

How come "actual jp morgenthau" posts too much here?. If she or he were so wealthy they would have better things to do. May be an old person with to much internet allowance.
Well, the churls and chowder heads were up well before dawn in their daily doses of despair and depression. Not a good way to start off a day at all. Going to be a tough one today too, colder and windier even than Too Far North Florida at Xmas 2020. It was sunny and a not really terrible 31 degrees here in the Sweet Spot when I got up, but while the blue skies will remain, the mercury is going straight from there into the mid-teens by this time tomorrow with winds in the 15-20 mph range. That’s nippy! I can hear the wind howling as I sit here looking out over the front yard and down to the road, but the gas-fired boiler is working well its magic and hot water is indeed coursing through the four zones of efficient baseboard heating, so we will be warm and cozy and well-served here as always.
Real President Joe meanwhile smiles as this month’s job numbers check in at very strong levels. With inflation still fading despite a recent uptick in gas prices, the elusive ‘soft landing’ may be on the horizon, much to the dismay of America-haters in the GOP, which we might as well just go ahead and certify as a domestic terrorist group.
In other news, one-time Nats reliever Trevor Gott has signed a deal with SEA. More just a thrower in his days here, he’ll need to show some control and consistency if he wants to make it back to the bigs again. Otherwise, the Nats have less than two weeks now to get anything done before camp opens. Not many are holding their breath.
Barely breathing at all of course is the cadaver-like Falls Church City. Some interesting work coming out of Marymount University just now on the history of restrictive covenants in FCC and nearby jurisdictions. A must read for those blinded to the modern-day impacts of systemic racism.
There are no lies here from me. Not a single one. Fact and reason are all I have need of, and those I of course have in quite an abundance. Others are left to make up silly stories from their broke-ass bastions of brutal ignorance, envy, and butthurt. Sucks to be them.

There is no blood or lab test for autism, so an accurate diagnosis must be based on observation of the individual's communication, social interaction, and his activities and interests. Do you really need to see your list of autistic traits again?

Your list is nothing but worthless free-floating nonsense. You have even less medical training than financial training, and we know quite well what a disastrously terrible practitioner of even elementary finance you are. No need for medical training to diagnose obvious afflictions. I saw Joe Theismann break his leg and I didn't need a medical degree to diagnose that either. Your autism is as, if not more, obvious than that. Do you really need to see the list of autistic traits you possess again?

I agree that you are just a weak and butthurt little asshole who has just admitted to wanton fraud and UPM as charged. Just two of your many faults and flaws, Fag Boy.
Well, it was a crummy 13 degrees outside when I first got up, but other than that, the truth (something that many here have no respect for at all) is that it’s just another brilliant morning out here in the spectacular Sweet Spot where lowbrow lying vermin frauds are simply turned away and shunned like the plague. Too bad that stinking area dumps like broke-ass Falls Church City cannot say the same. So this is likely to be the coldest morning of the season. We should reach 20 degrees by 10:00 and 30 degrees by 2:00, with 40 and 50 then following at similar hours on Sunday. Big Bad Wolf winds are fortunately gone, replaced by 5-7 mph breezes from the SW. So the worst of this is behind us already, with much better soon to come. The wife and I will use a part of that time to zip into SWDC and pick up new stocks of artisanal goodies. We are running mighty low at the moment, so swift action must be taken.

You seem to be too afraid to answer yes. Why is that? If you've never lied, a simple yes should be easy. If you know you've lied, you might continue to be evasive.
So, back from SWDC now with bags of artisanal goodies. Always nice to have those around. Well, not so far this year, but the Hay-Adams has more or less taken over as an in-town base of operations for the SEDC townhouse we sold in early 2019. Comes with a nice lounge and restaurant too. Get out of dismal FCC sometime and go have a look. It’s right on BLM Plaza across from St. John’s Church.

Exactly. We hear all about Red Lobster, Santini’s, and nail salons for years, but he decided to leave out the Hay-Adams trips. All made up bullshit to distract from the fact that he is too much of a coward to accept the challenge to substantiate any of his claims. Essentially, he just told another lie to try and distract from his other lies.

Much easier ways to get to SW. Unless, of course, as in the case of "usually" and "base of operations" and you're being the disingenuous little turd that you are and "drove right by" means many blocks away in that direction.
Your sense of direction is notoriously atrocious. And we drive past many points of interest without mentioning them. Your envy of our wealth and habits would be only more desperate were we to report all this more fully.
