Gerund Boy is a self proclaimed expert in all fields. When you question any of his claims, he reminds you about what an expert he is in everything & calls you potty mouth names like a 5th grader. Looks like Gerund Boy's an expert on juvenile school playground behavior. Maybe he should apply to FCPS for a vice principal job. He's certainly obnoxious enough to be a VP. He'd hafta' do something about his potty mouth, though. Most school systems don't like it when admins. talk potty mouth to the pupils.

So, in other words, once again, you can't make any effective, well-supported argument so you have to resort to this kind of weak crap.

Make your case. Show your work. Or just shut the fuck up.

You can’t even fool yourself, stupid shit. Falls Church Water is defunct. Like your unproductive brain, it has ceased all operations. Dope.

OH LOOK! Another juvenile potty mouth outburst from a drunken Gerund Boy. What a surprise! Just like a 5th grader on a elementary school playground, Gerund Boy has no real answers, only potty mouth name calling. Gerund Boy's such a childish loser.

Seems that would be a good thing if it were a "non-performing asset."

$40 million and 40 acres in NoVA for something that I opened with at $44 million? Take that deal. "Non-performing asset" off my hands, present dollars in my pocket, and additional future revenues to come. You can't seem to present any coherent argument otherwise.

Because there isn't one. Once again, all of his claims about being an expert in finance and economics are undermined by his stupidity on this topic.

Just look, he can't even answer very basic questions about the transaction.

LOL! Spin, spin, spin! Fairfax came to the table offering nothing. Falls Church set a reserve price of $44 million.

In the end, Fairfax forked over $40 million and 40 acres. A portion of those 40 acres is now being used as a revenue stream via ground leases. In less than two years that same land will be used as another revenue stream via taxes.

Who got closer to their initial offer?

So Fairfax paid $40 million and 40 acres and didn’t even get possession of the whole system? LOL!

Not only did they pay twice for the same asset, they didn’t even acquire the entire system!

Does Actual Morgenthau still reside in Virginia, or is he in Central America as Reddit page mentions?

Reddit is nonsense and old queen Morgendope doesn’t reside in Costa Rica. She’s in Turdistan, South Asia with the other onion freaks.

Spam is so revealing! Meanwhile, we can add ‘non-performing’ to the list of relevant terms that you morons just don’t understand at all.

Spam only appeared after this post exposed you as a total fuck fraud. Your gals accusations are only self serving.

Yeah, we just don't understand. Again. Define "non-performing" then.

And explain why you'd rather be holding a "non-performing asset" vs offloading it for $40 million current dollars, plus valuable property > the $4 million difference of $44 vs $40 million, plus substantial future revenue.

Already know you can't so just post more of your usual blabber as you do whenever you get called on your bullshit.

If you weren’t such an ignorant douche, you might have realized that performance of an asset may vary from one asset owner to another. Too much for you?

Lame, Gerund Boy. Very lame. You're busted again, garbage posting stupidity. Now Gerund Boy's trying to sleaze his way around it. & of course, Gerund Boy has to include potty mouth name calling. So childish. So lame. Old Pottymouth just got caught with the "big bad boot" in his potty mouth again. Like usual, Gerund Boy, you got it wrong again.

Kind of irrelevant but sure.

So for which owner were you describing the asset as being non-performing. Doesn't really work out very well for you either way. lol

In the case of Gerund Boy, we don't got to give him no rope "hardly at all". Gerund Boy brings his own.

Thanks, but Saturday and Sunday are actually just like every other day of the week when you’re a wealthy Sweet Spot retiree.

And by the way, if you live in Falls Church City, and your water came on when you turned on the tap this morning, that should probably tell you something.

Reliving his past defeats, continuing to confuse different people, and demonstrate his autistic obsessions do not make the following posts go away. Post that leave him incapable of responding.

No ruffled feathers. Just strutting around showing my plumage in a victory parade.

Fairfax water is quite satisfying though. Each sip reminds me that your stupid county paid $40 million and 40 acres for the privilege of delivering me my water. On top of that, they paid twice for that privilege. Now, you’re telling me that not only did they pay twice for it, they didn’t even get all of it when they forked over $40 million and 40 acres for it.

I imagine the taste is quite bitter for you though. LOL! It probably reminds you that your incompetent county paid twice for the same asset and didn’t even get the whole system in the transaction.

$40 million plus 40 valuable acres in NoVA plus future revenues to take a "non-performing asset" off their hands sounds like a win.

Defeat? $40 million and 40 acres tell a different story.

You'll need to explore if you'll ever be able to accept the fact that your dumb county paid twice for the same asset and didn't even get all the infrastructure in that system. Doesn't look promising though.

And, why are you so dismayed by the water system deal? It's clearly left a bad taste in your mouth.

$40 million and 40 acres are just eating you apart. Paying twice for the same asset is just asinine, but you shouldn't let the poor decisions of your dumb county weigh so heavily upon you and make you act so foolishly.

Here we see more lies from a drunken Gerund Boy. If all this was true, Gerund Boy would of showed proof b|c he'd of known you're supposed to show proof. All Gerund Boy shows are "b|c I said so", "b|c I saw it" & lies & juvenile potty mouth name calling. If what Gerund Boy just said was true, he'd know juvenile potty mouth name calling isn't proof of nothing except he's got the mental dev. of a 5th grader.

That she's still with Gerund Boy even tho he always beats her b|c he's always drunk.

Gerund Boy's too nasty to have any friends. Since Old Pottymouth has spent allot of holidays trashposting on this dump we can tell his family don't want nothing to do with him. We ain't posting here on holidays b|c we actually got a life, unlike Gerund Boy. We're too busy with our families& friends to be worrying about this dump. Only somebody who don't got no friends & who's family don't want nothing to do with them has time to trashpost on this dump. That's Gerund Boy right there.

> magnificent $1.7M Sweet Spot

Since Old Pottymouth's been caught in all these lies, nobody believes a drunken Gerund Boy when he says this, neither

Well, just see how I’ve awakened yet again in that same magnificent $1.7M Sweet Spot home as yesterday and the day before. It’s a beautiful thing, and it’s another beautiful (but overly wintry) morning out this way — blue skies and bright sunshine, but just 28 degrees out there with 20 mph NW winds gusting to 30. Good day for some serious Cash Cab watching and maybe some other strictly indoor activities. Highs in just the mid 30s today, but we should be back in the 50s by Tuesday, so that will be an improvement. Not likely to see any sort of improvement in any of these assorted bands of habitually qqqlying louts and losers. Stalled in their stupidity by massive doses of ignorance, envy, and butthurt, there is little doubt that they will just spout another day’s worth of absolute rot and rubbish today. It just never fails.

Real President Joe is meanwhile donning the waders in advance of surging tides of absolute nonsense being spewed by a GOP House bent on an agenda of pure partisanship and whackjobism. Be prepared for national disgrace, as like Linus, disgrace is all these ignorant airheads can actually create.

In other news, the Nats non-tendered both Erick Fedde and Luke Voit, neither of whom is apt to be missed, though either could be resigned. Hopefully, that won’t be necessary and better talent can be picked up along the way to Opening Day. The payroll is now just a bit above $100M. Should be an attractive number to potential buyers.

Nothing of course is attractive to anyone about the local dung pile known as Falls Church City. But since it might well apply to some here, be aware that lower income folks can get help with their water and sewer bills from the kind folks st Fairfax Water. Apply soon.

I really don't give a shit. After being caught telling so many lies, nothing you claim can be seen as truthful.

It's an outside the beltway, mid 20th century construction with a shitty carport. You are so embarrassed by it that you won't even say what zip code it's in.

By your own estimates, it's hardly outside my reach. You're nothing more than a GS-Nobody who really doesn't do much with your life other than make an ass out of yourself here. Not that you were of any consequence before. Just one of countless many CSRS retirees worrying about COLAs.

Talk to me when you've got multiple properties under your belt.

So, are we done talking about how your stupid county paid twice for the same asset? Had your ass kicked enough on that one?

You claimed to have dined downtown at Chez Francois in the 90s. Poor English communication skills on your part or you lied.

Meanwhile, in the 90s, I was earning awards and commendations for work in both economics and IT training while regularly enjoying downtown meals at Luigi's, the Astor, and Chez Francois.

Are you familiar with how to diagram a sentence?

If you were, you'd know where you went wrong. Hardly surprising given you trouble with reflexive pronouns.

As for your "townhouses painted in a questionable array of colors" in Great Forest nonsense, your own stupidity lies have caused you to tell different stories.

Of course, your lack of skills caused your initial blunder. Your affliction doesn't let you admit the error, so you are forced to tell this preposterous lie and look even dumber in the process.

So be it, I like watching you make a fool of yourself. It's as foolish as paying twice for the same asset.

I´m the relief that you´ve looked for, write to me, and escape"

Actually some of them are but you're too stupid to see it. There's a reason your name's Dimwit, Dimwit. I played my part in the chorus of people ridiculing you & your stupid shitposts. You're too stupid to see everybody on this thread laughs at you cause you're so dense, Dimwit. Can you imagine a dope whose so dopey he can't understand when people laugh at your stupidity for 380 pages, you're a loser & a bird brain? That's why your name's Dimwit.

Well, it’s another gorgeous but plainly too cold morning out here in the Sweet Spot that none of you unwashed gerbils will ever be able to afford. Bright blue skies with lots of sunshine, but a reading of just 28 degrees when I got up kind of spoils the party. The wind at least is now from the south at a tolerable 5 mph, but the chill is still all too noticeable. We’ll get into the mid 40s later which will at least be a step in the right direction.

Real President Joe has more earthquakes to deal with this morning and of course more wanton killing by right-wing crazies. Lock them up!

In other news, non-tenders are currently flooding the halls, but there’s not a whole lot of talent among them. There should be better to chose from as time goes by, but the Nats may be constrained by the ownership situation, in any case.

Constrained by a whole host of issues of course is the horrible hamlet of Falls Church City. Already a mess in decline at the time, they’ve just never recovered from the cruel loss of their vaunted water system. Took it in the shorts, they did, on that one.
