Wrong, you mentioned the park as evidence of you "significant grassy areas" claim. You even posted pictures taken in the park looking west. One of them even shows evidence of the wall you were so clearly unaware of until I pointed it out to you.

Further, the views primarily consist of office buildings, highways, asphalt parking lots, train tracks and parking garages. All of which you seemed to miss on your alleged drive and all of which you seem to have missed despite your claim that you were a resident of a neighborhood less than a mile from there.

There is a small section of the road separated by a median that has grass and a few trees. That hardly qualifies as "significant grassy areas."

You keep lying about it because you fucked up in your initial claims. A horrible and feeble attempt to save face that simply isn't working for you.

Run, sissy, RUN!

That's just another god-awful trainwreck for you, my sorry-ass little dumbfuck. The Park was mentioned and photos of it were posted first, in order to show what you had DELIBERATELY OMITTED from your falsified descriptions, and second, in order to illustrate what grassy areas with small trees actually look like, whether inside or outside the park. Being a terminal asshole, you had tried to paint your worthless self as some sort of 'expert' on the area, but you fucked up royally and have been unsuccessfully trying to cover your beaten ass for that ever since. Been past by the former NYTS site yet, you transparent asswipe impostor?

Now, it's time to go fuck your lying self, you dickless, feckless, useless Falls Church cretin.

Which descriptions would those be? Your descriptions omitted office buildings, highways, asphalt parking lots, train tracks and parking garages.

Pictures of grass in the park is meaningless as not a single blade of it is visible to anyone driving along Washington Avenue. You've actually yet to provide any evidence of your claims. That's probably because you are a lying fraud.

Yet those views aren't visible to anyone driving on Washington Avenue.

It is obvious I am far more familiar with the area than you. Your descriptions call into question whether you've ever been there.

Really where? I've provided evidence. You've whined and run away like a little girl.

None of those would have any bearing on the existence of significant grassy areas with small trees. Your poorly educated, dimbulb, binary brain simply can't cope at all with that sort of fact-thingy.

Oh, so now we have those movable walls of yours also obscuring views of areas OUTSIDE the park. LOL! You may have just fucked yourself there, douchebag. Might be time to head for the safety of Potomac Mills again. What a transparent, lying, kneejerk asshole!

Well, we actually have some rather pleasant rays of sunshine dancing about this morning out here in the delightful Sweet Spot. We don't have any 12-foot walls or anything like that out this way of course, but by the state of their own sorry circumstances, the views that vermin are able to have of the area are extremely limited anyway. We have temperatures in the low 40's so far today, and it won't be more than just a couple of degrees higher that we'll manage to get today. Rains are expected to move in again around 4:00 PM and continue into the evening hours. Looks like more warm and wet weather for Thursday, then clear but a good deal colder on Friday.

In other news, the Nats (and a bunch of other clubs) are reported to have "checked in" with the Cubs re Kris Bryant. He of course lost his service-time grievance not so long ago, but his perceived value doesn't seem to have changed much. The Cubs will most likely just keep him at this point, while minding the market to see if interest should spike somewhere.

Not likely to spike at all of course would be interest in anything or anyone associated with Falls Church City. That situation won't be helped much by the 3.89% hike in Little City real estate taxes being imposed in 2020, this despite median home sales prices that have been falling year-over-year. Paying more for less though is quite a Falls Church thing to do. At least these dopes in a dump are likely to think so.

I never once tried to ignore the existence of the park. I simply pointed out that not a single blade of grass is visible to anyone driving along Washington Avenue.

Just as you were completely unaware of exit 6 off of 395 in the area, you were oblivious to the 12+ foot wall at the west end of the park. Of course, the wall also extends up both C and D Streets. You even pointed out in one picture the wall on C Street.

> None of those would have any bearing on the

Nobody is questioning the existence of the grass and the trees in the park. What is in question is your claims of viewing both. The 12+ foot wall would prevent such views and it further confirms you are a despicable liar.

Only an obsessed DOLT pays that much attention to a dumb ass internet message board. This is just more PROOF that all these trolls & other posters are living in Gerund BOy's head RENT FREE. Well, she was playing tag-along with Heather Zimmerman on Twitter about dinner at Maialino Mare downtown. I pulled up the menu, but I think we could have done as well or better at Bonaroti in Vienna. (Coldest Terlato Pinot Grigio in town.)

They exist outside the park as well as inside, and whether in or out, they defy the powers of even your magical walls in being easily visible to those driving along Washington Avenue. But you'll certainly lie about that again. You're really nothing but a treed coon here, after all.

Well. we had that nice flash of sunshine out here in the beyond lovely and so much admired Sweet Spot for a few hours yesterday afternoon, but now the rains have returned and will likely be with us through late afternoon. With little wind and temps around or above 50 degrees, this is not the end of the world by any means, but a fourth day of this sort of thing is not a really welcome thing. We will see quite a bit of sunshine over the weekend alright, but it will come along with daily highs that will not likely get much beyond the mid-30's. Brrr! A warm up should get started again on Sunday and carry into the first part of next week. For now though, we do have some nice left-overs from dinner out last night that await only skilled reheating to become eligible for a second enjoyment, so we will have all that to look forward to at some point today. No dinner plans for tonight just yet, so we'll see how that goes. The prime rib at Artie's is usually good and might sound tempting by this evening.

In other news, the Nats PR people were busy yesterday reporting a slew of personnel moves, but not many that were of any real consequence. J.B. Schuck has long been a competent OF4 and bench type guy, but he has shown some intriguing promise lately in trying to convert to an LHP. Already an LHP, Sam Freeman had a good year in 2017, but not more recently than that. He'll likely top out as a bullpen guy at Fresno.

Already topped out as dismal failures at even the very lowest levels are the uneducated dweebs and dorks of Falls Church City. Ever trying to promote themselves as knowers and other sorts of actually competent persons, their flimsy webs of lies and other examples of recurrent ignorance, envy, and butthurt continually mark them as just the sort of bottom-of-the-barrel losers that they have always been taken to be. There is no mental health or strength within them. What we have here is just a bunch of hapless, childish babblers.

Well the big day is almost here.any last minute shopping can be done at our very own dollar store - the Yggdrasil of savings.I suggest a bouquet of faux flowers or the adorable Love Me Not sloth plushie this to round off the gift giving for this most sacred holiday of holidays. We're all fond our own way of celebrating the season, but lets be united by aggreing we need more love.

Staunchly defending those words would entail providing evidence to support them. Thus far, when pressed for evidence you've run away like a sissy.

I bet you'll do it again.

Provide a Google street view link substantiating your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

No?

Well, things are on an upswing of sorts out here in the much envied and ever resplendent Sweet Spot, as cloudy skies are beginning to move out and make way for some more than welcome sunshine. It was just a crummy 36 degrees outside at sun-up this morning, but while that's hardly good and things are likely only to get colder over the course of the day, I think we'll take it as the price for seeing all that gray and rainy stuff finally shoved aside. That gets pretty old pretty quickly. We should end up now with a reasonably nice weekend, all in all. Cold today and tomorrow, but then warming up Sunday and Monday, and all with plenty of glorious sunshine. Could be that we're turning a bit of a corner here. Other signs are that the last set of tickets for our Spring Training trip next month arrived yesterday, and so did three of our erstwhile white-tailed neighbors. These mostly tried to lick seed out of the bird feeders, as the supply of green shoots to nibble on out there is still rather sparse. They certainly look strong and healthy at this point though, so hopefully we can look forward to seeing more of them again as the weather warms up.

In other news, disgust, disgrace, and opprobrium for the sign-stealing Astros still grows by leaps and bounds, as press conferences designed to 'address' and 'move past' the situation have only poured more gasoline onto the fire. The HOU folks just don't seem to grasp what everyone else does. And of course the bumbling Boss-Man Manfred remains as aloof and clueless as ever, talking about ludicrous new playoff schemes in thinly veiled and foundering attempts to divert attention away from the corruption that he and his top MLB brass cohorts have collectively worked upon the game. Heads should be rolling up there, but don't look for that to happen. Like a Republican Senate, owners will simply close ranks, ignore the obvious, and hope to ride out the storm. We'll see if they can be craven enough to make that work.

The Orioles meanwhile have signed former Nat LHP Tommy Milone to a minor league contract. The highlight of Milone's MLB career to date came very quickly -- in the first game he ever pitched in the bigs. After setting down the first six Mets he faced on a September evening in 2011, he came to bat in the bottom of the 2nd, and hit the first pitch he ever saw into the Nats bullpen for a 3-run homer. Milone was long gone by the time Ryan Zimmerman won the game with a walk-off bloop 2-run single to right, but hardly a man has ever had a better start to a career than that. Not much similar has happened for him since of course, nor is any likely to come to pass up in Baltimore.

Not much of any note at all of course is expected to come to pass in the feeble fail-grounds of Falls Church City. Home to so many limited to pre-school capabilities and below, the place is little more than a storage yard, a temporary repository and overflow parking lot for the least among the rude and ridiculous who come to this area with hopes set unrealistically high. We might see some of these mindless babblings appear below sometime soon.

The same old, stupid ass shit where this bunghole with the emotional & mental maturity of a 3rd grader acts like we'd expect him to.

Once again for the lying dunces. Not once was it claimed that the trees and grass in the park do not exist. It has long been claimed that the walls surrounding the park at the west end of the park prevent anyone from driving along Washington Avenue from seeing a single blade of grass in the park. Anyone who’s ever driven that stretch of road knows that to be the case and recognizes the fact that you’re a liar.

If your contentions were remotely accurate, you’d be able to provide a Google street view link substantiating your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. The interest and dividend people are maybe not so well informed, and of course, I should not pretend that this is all my own doing. The wife -- being so much more than the silly made-up, walk-on, caricature sort of spouse that one might hear of from time to time about these parts -- had a very significant and well-compensated career of her own, so like trips to Spring Training, this has all been something of a joint venture. A particularly successful joint venture, as things have turned out.

Come on, Linus. Your task now is to explain if you can how these magic walls of yours prevent people from seeing grassy areas with small trees that exist OUTSIDE the park. That after all is what you recently claimed to be the case, in further illustration of what a desperate knee-jerk asshole liar you are. These wall claims have become so like your remote-viewing claims of being able to tell where I am, whom I am with, and what we are doing simply from reading FFXU time-stamps. What a freaking ridiculous fraud and failure you are.

I myself drove that stretch of road on three consecutive days last October in order to avoid the mess that DCPD had made of approaches to Nats Park from the east in advance of World Series games 3, 4, and 5. And I noted well what I saw over and over again as we drove along. Just as I more recently noted that a giant hole in the ground had replaced the NYTS presence near the southern end of New Jersey Avenue.

Well, it's just too damned cold outside this morning, and that's all there is to it. It was but a miserable 19 degrees at sun-up out here in the Sweet Spot that deserves so much better, and while the sun has carried us up some from those early depths, we still won't see much more than the mid-30's today. Lots of clear blue skies and gorgeous sunshine out there just now though, and with no real wind to speak of, the trip down and back to retrieve the morning paper was not so bad at all. Quite the serenade was being performed by choirs of cardinals, jays, and woodpeckers, so it was at least a cheerful cold to walk through.

In other news. former Nat (and 2011 AL ROY) Jeremy Hellickson has decided to retire, ending a career that was productive despite some debilitating injuries. Former Nat and now Astros villain Brad Peacock has got more nerve damage in his neck and can't throw from a mound at this point. He (and Tommy Milone) may be remembered as part of the trade package that Mike Rizzo put together to put Gio Gonzalez in a Nats uniform. And lastly, Nat-for-a-month last year Brad Boxberger was just picked up by the Marlins.

Not picked up by anyone of course are any of the fabulously fraudulent fools and flops of Falls Church City. The Little City itself will be getting a little smaller come March 15 when 50% of parking at the WFC Metro station swill be done away with, along with all of the parking at EFC. Surface lots will be used all summer as staging areas for materials and equipment to be used in rebuilding station platforms. Work should be done by sometime after Labor Day, when parking (and train service) are expected to return to normal. Enjoy!

Well, we've taken a step back up the ladder out here in the beautiful Sweet Spot this morning, as the worst of the frigid weather has now shipped out. It sounds a little strange, but a mark of 30 degrees earlier was welcome relief from frigid early AM levels of the past couple of days. We've got gray and white striped clouds blocking out much of the sun at the moment, and in contrast to noted homes on the range, it will indeed be partly to mostly cloudy all day. But on the plus side, there's no significant wind out there and we should have a brush with the 50-deghree mark during Cash Cab hours, so the delta here is definitely a positive thing.

In other news, the wave of anti-Astros sentiment continues to rise and roll, Several dozen media types stalked the HOU side of the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches yesterday while players hid out inside. Despite their having miraculously won the World Series, it was just a handful of reporters that gathered over on the WAS side, where players freely came and went, doing stretches running sprints, tossing bullpens, and engaging in various other outdoor training camp types of things. The end of all this public Astro shaming appears to be yet a very long way off, with HOU players themselves basically just begging for more. What a sorry state of affairs Rob Manfred and his out-of-touch MLB team have led us all into!

Long mired in a thoroughly sorry state of affairs of course have been the chumps and churls of feeble Falls Church City. But cheer up! Unless you live in Broadmont, it's not yet time to give up all hope over there...

There is currently 1 single story home for sale in Brockmont. Some of these homes are "Hot Homes," meaning they're likely to sell quickly. Popular neighborhoods include Williamsburg, North Arlington, Pimmit Hills, South Arlington, Woodland Acres, West Falls Church, Tysons Corner, Bluemont, East Falls Church, and Baileys Crossroads. This map is refreshed with the newest listings in Brockmont every 15 minutes.

Well, we got the usual:

"Here I am in my palatial mansion in what I call the "sweet spot" & don't you wish you iived here BLAH, BLAH, BLAH........."

fOLLOWED BY,

"I don't know shit about baseball, but I can paraphrase what I read somewhere on the internet so here it is BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH....."

then there's:

"Fc is a stupid, icky place full of stupid icky things & stupid icky people & BLAH, BLAH, BLAH................"

tHIS TIME, however, we did get a link to a home that is for sale & allegedly in this fabled "Brockmont". I don't live in FC, so I don't know if this house actually is in "Brockmont" or in a place that has a different name. I'll hve to leave that to those who actually live in FC & know something about it. I don't.

Well, it appears that some among the badly battered have taken good advice and skedaddled, ducking the spotlight by once again heading off for the cover and shelter of good old Potomac Mills while leaving behind the usual cadré of corrupt and ignorant alt-identities to handle the mail. What a totally clownish retreat!

In the meantime, we out here in the so widely envied Sweet Spot are enjoying one of our nicer recent mornings. With the thermometer having already reached up into the mid-30's, we have bright blue skies, endless sunshine, and very little wind. It was rather pleasant trip earlier out and back to retrieve the morning paper, but things will only be getting better from here, as we'll easily be headed up into the 50's by early afternoon. There will be some rain tagging along behind these warm temperatures though, so Tuesday could tend toward the dark and damp side.

In other news, the tarnished Rob Manfred has sadly not resigned as he rather clearly ought to. He has instead announced that another of his notorious memos will soon be coming out. This one will hope to deal with a feared surge in hit-by-pitch outcomes involving HOU batters. My guess is that immunity will not be extended to hurlers who seek to defend the honor of the game where Manfred himself will not. Again, it was Manfred who opened the door to all this, and it was he who then became about the last person in the game to know what was actually going on in the Astros dugout. His office repeatedly ignored credible outside warnings over sign-stealing schemes, remaining deaf, dumb, and blind to it all until Mike Fiers made us all realize that the single most significant lack of organizational leadership here had indeed come from Commissioner Manfred himself. He should be gone.

Already gone at this point of course are some from among the boisterous boobs of Falls Church City. Not ready, willing, or able to face criticisms over their obviously fraudulent wall performance data, they have quite understandably chosen to high-tail it out of here. But like any one of their calamitous earlier collapses, this one will not soon be forgotten. There will be years' worth of taunting to do over this, their most recent dumbo debacle.

So Gerund Boy thinks he can rearrange his BS a little bit & everybody's gonna think it's something "new". No, DOLT, just because you're a dull boy who's easily duped, doesn't mean the rest of us are.

So Gerund Boy starts out with a little rant on how anybody who doesn't agree w/him is icky than appoints himself referee & declares himself the winner. Just b/c Gerund Boy collects welfare while he plays on his Obamafone so he has alot of time, the rest of us actually work for a living so we don't have time to shitpost mindless rants on a troll filled internet message board.

Then we move on to Gerund BOy's usual bullshit about this imagined "sweet spot" and don't you wish you lived here (he wishes HE lived there instead of in broke down flop house on Rt. 1) BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

yawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Then we move to the "I don't know shit about baseball, I only know what I watch on TV in the TV Dep't at Walmart & I take the FFX Connector to get there. Here's something I paraphrased off some sports website and my stupid opinions nobody with any gray matter cares about and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

Same old shit, just a different day.

Then,he concludes with his usual, boring same old shit "Fc people are icky, FC's icky & everybody else who's ever been there's icky too and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

YAWN, HOW BO-RING

Get some new material, Dull Gerund Boy. This BS isn'tjust plain BS, it's the same old boring BS day in & day out. Nobody believes you, gerund Boy

What isn’t new here each day is the worthless asshole-grade stupid-shit that comes from the likes of smarmy retrograde Falls Church douchebags like you. The news and analysis from the Sweet Spot is meanwhile made from the freshest, most wholesome ingredients available.

The altogether low quality and sorry nature of the stupid-shit life continues to be put on crude display here by clueless mail-room rubes and rag-pickers. Their ignorance, envy, and butthurt overfloweth as usual as they stutter and stammer their way through one ill-informed nonsense post after another. Pity those so poorly educated.

Well, the sun has turned its back on us for now out here in the soaring Sweet Spot that so many others can barely even imagine. Under cloudy skies, it was 40 degrees when I awoke, but we should see the low to mid 50's later on. That will come with more doses of rain however, one late this afternoon and another overnight. With no real wind though, things were nice enough on the trip out to retrieve the morning paper, especially as I promptly came face to face with a quartet of deer. (That's 'four' for you especially dumb ones.) They eyed me warily for a bit before slowly moving further down along the road. Good to see them out and about of late, as this will hopefully bode well for the coming of Spring.

In other news, there are 18 out of 906,045 Dominion Power customers in NoVa who are dealing with a power outage this morning. Most of those were in Haymarket, and all of them are expected to be back on line by 11:00 AM.

Beyond that, one time Astros pitching prospect Francis Martes has been suspended for a year due to a second violation of PED policy. As with sign stealing, there is little actual evidence that performance is actually enhanced by PED's, but sensibly or not, Manfred et al. choose to play tough guy in some areas while letting everything go in others. There is a definite moral leadership vacuum in MLB.

And of course there are vacuums now of many sorts over in the hollow hills of Falls Church City, as some have apparently been lured away from the Itsy Bitsy City by the bright lights and attractions of Potomac Mills. Especially important is a chance there to provide cloak and cover for those lately embarrassed and humiliated here.

LOL! Like that'll work.

Here's the real public service reminder. You're the lying fraud who can't seem to manage to post a single Google street view link substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Other than the fact that you are a coward and a lying fraud, how do you explain that?

Go ahead and post a link to a view OUTSIDE the park substantiating any of your claims.

Your refusal to do so only fucks yourself further.

Run, sissy, RUN!

So dimwit put something else in his usual boring same old shit rant & now thinks he's clever.

We start out with the usual "here I am in my palatial mansion I call the 'sweet spot' & don't you wish you lived here......"

Sme shit, diff. day.

So now we sneak in something about a minor power outage out in the sticks somewhere & suddenly this is something different?

"WHy it's hardly anything different at all"

Especially when Dimwit continues with his usual parphrased from somewhere on the internet baseball story, since he don't know shit about baseball.

And of course he finishes with his usual BS about "FC is icky, everybody who lives there or goes there is icky & you're all icky & I'm so smart & wealthy!"

It's the same old boring repetitive BS, Dimwit. Nobody believes it

Like The Principals, Brockmont, and views along Washington Avenue, you know nothing of my actual wife of nearly fifty years save for that which I have told you. To that limited amount, let me add here the fact that in both intellectual and financial terms, she soars miles and miles above you. And as for looks, good genes and years of taking proper care of herself have left her looking at least a couple of decades younger than what it says on her driver's license.

To sum up, you are well known for being neither smart nor clever, and it is once again your desperate inferiority that drives and defines you here.

Ihaven't been to Pot Mills in a couple of years, Dimwit, too much traffic down there. While we're on the subject of shopping, though, how do you plan to get to Walmart to watch TV if FFX Connector goes on strike? Uber Pool's prob. out of your budget.

Well, it would be hard at this time of year to complain too much about seeing 40 degrees already at sun-up, and that's just what we had today out here in the glorious Sweet Spot that so roils the blood of many a low-grade lout and loser. We'll have a much harder time making it up to the 50-degree mark today, but we did strike an unexpected 60 degrees yesterday, so you never know. It's cloudy out there right now, but all that should have burned off by roughly the noon hour. There's no chance of rain, but there is a bit of a breeze blowing out there, enough to have put a bit of a chill into the trek down and back to fetch the morning paper. No wildlife seen along the way today, so hopes for back-to-back encounters went a-glimmering. I did however for the first time spot some pretty little snowbells dangling out over the east border of the driveway, so there's another favorable sign of things to come.

In other news, the Nats are apparently still toying with the idea of having Trea Turner hit third this year behind Robles and Eaton. No doubt Turner could handle the three-hole with aplomb, but is Robles ready to hit lead off? Something to play around with in Spring Training perhaps, but not something to be set in stone at this point. I'd want to see how Castro and Thames are looking at the plate before moving Turner out of the top spot. Those two plus Zim and the catchers will have plenty to say about how the offense actually goes this year.

Aaron Judge is meanwhile dealing with some crankiness in his right shoulder according to reports, but that hasn't kept him from disclosing a further crankiness concerning the Astros and their cheating over the past several seasons. Like many actual baseball people, he's hurt simply by the disgrace and damage that HOU and MLB have combined to do to the core of the game itself. Pete Rose and PED's are no big deal in comparison. It's only the Black Sox that can hold a candle to this.

Disgrace and damage are of course key words in any fair description of Falls Church City or of the blind-as-a-bat dopes and dimwits who actually choose to live in such a place. Ridicule is just too good for them. And speaking of the ridiculous, the Sorry City will actually stage its annual Restaurant Week again next month, this despite having no meaningful dining scene at all. Details other then dates for the March 23-29 event are not yet available, but organizers are having to plead for participants at this point, so once again, don't expect much in the way of good things to come of this.
