Brockmont is a neighborhood in Glenmont, CA.

I can even post links to homes for sale there.

Do you have any links to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood in the Falls Church area? Well? LOL!

D'oh, that's going to leave a mark!

And don't forget to post a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. Don't think your feeble attempt to distract is going to go anywhere.

Your refusal to do so is just an admission that you know your are nothing more than a lying fraud.

Try this one on for size:

Wow! That wall is taller than a Ryder truck. How tall is a Ryder truck? LOL!

LOLOLOLOL!!!!! Fresh scallops are available in this market 365 days a year. People with high-level connections to the local restaurant industry are apt to know a thing like that. Simpletons and branzino-grilling stupid shits are not.

Nice catch. My bad. Those without fragile egos can admit mistakes. You don’t have the gumption to do that. Always the coward.

As Bob Dylan said, “it ain’t Me Babe.”

Dope.

Looks like your lack of culinary knowledge was noted by another individual.

The folks at Terlato think their wine pairs nicely with grilled branzino.

The actual point has always been that cooking a delicate fish such as branzino on some cowboy backyard grill is a stupid thing for an all-thumbs bumbling butcher even to consider. To the extent that you could actually get the thing onto and off of the grill in approximately one piece, you would still have to debone it, something that the inexperienced hands of utter stooges like you are bound to mess up. Branzino belongs safely fileted and ensconced in either a baking dish or a sauté pan. End of story.

Also of course, neither you nor your walk-on wife has ever tasted so much as a drop of Terlato Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali. This is why you so mistakenly thought it ran fruity and sweet rather than minerally and dry. Then again, I doubt that anyone at all expected any better from you than that you would simply lie through your remaining teeth about every matter ever coming under discussion.

You don't make mistakes?

You were completely unaware of exit 6 off of 395.

You were oblivious to the two large asphalt parking lots on the east side of Washington Avenue.

You had no knowledge of the 12+ foot wall on the western edge of Spirit of Justice Park.

You couldn't name the building that 3rd St., NW passes under.

Then let's not forget what led to the Brockmont Blunder to begin with. You got confused and flubbed Brookmont for Broadmont. You then had to lie about the vital status of your parents. Shameful.

This is just a very brief list of the numerous blunders you've made over the years. Real men admit their errors. Cowardly sissies deny them.

Run, sissy, RUN!

So, do you have any links to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood in the Falls Church area? Well? LOL!

And don't forget to post a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. Don't think your feeble attempt to distract is going to go anywhere.

The Terlato Pinot Grigio is a wine that is rich, aromatic, super clean, and full bodied with a good fruity core, floral aromas, and delicate peach, almond, and green apple flavors.

Well, the simpletons and douchebags having been appropriately cuffed about for their various and sundry forms of mindless stupidity, I can now report that right on cue, what should be a noteworthy weekend has begun in style. It was a pleasant 54 degrees outside at sun-up this morning, and though some overnight showers have left us with cloudy skies, it is still quite a nice time to be taking a walk down the driveway and back to retrieve the morning paper. Looks like 70 degrees will end up being out of actual reach today, but the high 60's will be in play both today and tomorrow, and with light winds and a low chance of any actual rain, we should have nearly ideal conditions in which to enjoy two days' worth of Winterfest down at the ballpark. The glow of an entirely improbable World Series win should permeate the place. We're certainly looking forward to it.

In other news. lots and lots of arbitration eligible folks have suddenly been in the headlines as they and their teams exchange proposed salary numbers for the coming year. A good number of those (including all of the affected Nats players) have settled their differences already, and many more will ultimately find their way along that route as well. A relative few will actually go through the hearing process, but that's not fun for anyone, so only the toughest cases will be resolved in this way.

It's all tough cases over in the decaying dumps of Falls Church City of course, as no-talent losers are there the order of every day. A cold slap in the face is about the most that any of these morons deserves, but they persist in strutring and fretting their way about anyway in a plainly mistaken belief that they actually amount to something. Pity the fools!

Take a seat, asshole. There are huge signs for it, but no one in the general public actually uses Exit 6. No one headed east to the ballpark area would even be on 395 at that point. All this has been explained to you before, but you are just too dumb to comprehend.

They exist IN ADDITION TO all those grassy areas with small trees that you have so often had to outright lie about.

Only one tiny corner of the park fronts onto any point along Wash Avenue. You of course deliberately omitted the park from your initial and typically dishonest reports.

Almost no one knows and absolutely no one cares what the name is. One does of course pass right by the well-known DCPD HQ when driving that route.

I’m pretty sure that (like nearly everyone else) Brookmont Bob had never heard of the dusty backwater that some refer to as Broadmont. He had plainly heard of Falls Church though, and had not much in the way of good opinion about it. You’ve been emotionally crippled by those events ever since.

> You then had to lie about the vital status of your parents.

Contrary to your asshole nonsense assertions, I have often and only said that my parents are long dead and buried per their wishes in New Jersey. Deal with it, douchebag.

PS. He’s been mentioned twice so far, but no announcement yet of a Zim re-signing.

And you know this how? Anyone who needs to get to any business, government office, restaurant, museum, park, etc. near the exit use it. And, even if your assertion is true, it still doesn't justify your 695 comment. That comment was born out of ignorance.

> No one headed east to the ballpark area

Sure they would. Take exit 6, right on Washington Avenue, left on D or E Street, right on New Jersey. From there multiple options for parking or drop off exist a few blocks down the road. It avoids any mess that might occur on other routes.

If I'm lying, it'd be very easy to prove as much by posting a Google Street View link that substantiates your claim. You've failed to do that for quite some time now. Why is that?

On the other hand, I've provided numerous links and pictures showing the 12+ foot wall that obstructs any view of a single blade of gras in Spirit of Justice Park by anyone driving along Washington Avenue

Which was pointed out to you. At that point, the grass is 12+ feet above street level and obscured by the wall and railing.

The park is irrelevant as that was not the destination I was walking to/from. Further, you couldn't have seen a blade of grass in the park while during your pretend drive.

Ignoring the DCPD mistake for a moment (I'll wait to beat you up on that if you ever grow a sack and attempt phase 2), the fact is you didn't know. That's a mistake.

YOU are Brookmont Bob. Nobody believes your lie. Hell, you even proved it in this thread by providing a link to where your sock puppet got whipped up I to a tizzy e over mere mention if a carport. You are the only doofus fragile enough to get worked up over the word carport.

So sad and depraved that you'd lie about their vital status. It's a good thing they're dead. No parent should have to see their child act in such a depraved sociopathic manner. If you had shame, you'd be ashamed. Instead, the rest of us will simply be ashamed of you.

Plenty of mistakes, just too much of a coward to admit them.

The mistakes are all yours, asshole, and this most recent dullard's run of them began when you first got out of bed yesterday morning. They then wandered through the usual sorts of simpleton stupid shit that we expect to see regularly from both you and your cages aux folles assortment of associates, all of course served with a seasoning of your typical botches and bunglings of ordinary English structure and syntax,

To review, eastbound members of the general public do not actually use Exit 6 off 395 to get to the ballpark area. They take 695 and then the exit marked 'South Capitol Street -- Nationals Park. Clever, huh?

There is of course no Clarendon- or Georgetown-like enclave of businesses, government offices, restaurants, museums, parks, etc. at any point along Exit 6. Using it at all to access the ballpark area would (like your one-time suggestions for using the side streets of Vienna to avoid rush hour traffic on 123) merely add unnecessary time and trouble to whatever journey was actually necessary.

Areas off South Capitol near C, D, and E Streets SE are dense residential neighborhoods replete with crosswalks, pedestrian traffic, stop signs, and stoplights that make easy driving difficult. New Jersey Avenue meanwhile pales in comparison to the Vienna Metro station as a convenient parking and drop-off spot.

Anyone who has ever driven in daylight along the actual length of Washington Avenue (as opposed to dashing across it at or near some intersection) will know how seminally dishonest you have been in the matter.

You are mistaken as well in your putzed up understanding of what a mistake actually is, though repeatedly spelling 'Daly' incorrectly certainly would qualify. And of course you are already on stun in terms of DCPD simply from the twitter handle and the fact that the term first appeared here in FFXU back in July 2005.

We are also already familiar with the severe emotional collapse that resulted from FCC-related beatings you took at the hands of the notorious Brookmont Bob. And we know as well that it was your own dopey 'carport' meme that later tipped him off to who you were. Following the bouncing ball on that one was hardly difficult at all.

Well, it was 65 degrees long before sun-up this morning, as we out here in the Sweet Spot prepare for Day-2 of Winterfest down at Nats Park. Temps should now fall throughout the day, returning us to the low 40's by tomorrow morning. Day-1 at the park was very crowded, but still a fun mix of Nat's related information and entertainment. No official word on Ryan Zimmerman, but usually reliable sources reported that he was appearing at a military hospital yesterday instead. Obviously, they should just get the inevitable deal done here, with any hang-ups over use of park facilities by the ziMS Foundation being simply set aside. That's not a thing that should be worth the Nats organization fighting their franchise player over.

I can also report that the playing field itself has been badly chewed up by the recent 'Enchant' marketing fiasco. From the looks of things, the entire field will need to be resodded, but maybe they were intending to do that this off-season anyway. It's all quite the uninspiring mess right now in any case.

So we'll head out soon enough by one route or another to see what Day-2 will have to offer. All but certainly there will be fewer people in attendance, but many fans who do show up will likely be hoping for shorter lines for the replica-WS Trophy photo-ops, plus fewer coaches and more players in assigned autograph sessions. The absence of Davey Martinez yesterday seemed odd as well, as impressions of a well-oiled machine were few and far between.

As few and far between as usual of course have been sensible things being posted here by any among the array of dopes and dummies operating on the feeble fronts of Falls Church City. And one suspects that it's a lot more than just the curse of low expectations that's going on over there. These clowns may actually be no more than just a bunch of hopeless dopes.

WELL LOOKEE LOOKEE LOOKEE! Gerund Boy, who's always preaching to us about grammar, syntax and strucure, just committed a VERY SERIOUS stylistic error. "hardly.............at all" is very poor style & structure since it's redundant/contradictory.

WHICH ONE was it, DOLT? Was it "hardly" difficult or was it "not difficult at all"? Very poor style, poor structure: F

Once more, with another shitpost, you FAIL, loser. ONCE MORE, with another shitpost, you prove you can't practice what you preach. Nice work, buttwipe. Once more another one of your shitposts proves what an uneducated, illiterate rube you really are.

CONGRATULATIONS, DOLT.

GF wishes that Washington would just get done whatever it is that they are going to do with Zimmerman. Although I am a fan of another team, I always did enjoy seeing Zimmerman play and do hope to see him this year.

IT LOOKS AWFUL! You have to hope that ownership made SOME money from that thing, as it HAS to be spending more than a little to put the field back to what it should be.

This was the first time that I remember the event's being sold out. Autograph vouchers and other vouchers, of course, did sell out, but i can not recall the event's being sold out in previous years. Girlfriend gets far more out of it than I do, so we go mostly for her.

Since we have been going to these things, usually you got two people for the autograph lines. This year, it was three, but, two of them were coaches. Girlfriend was actually happy with what she got: the former bench coach soon to be third base coach, the hitting coach and Robles. She had been wanting Robles' autograph for some time. She likes watching him as he catches those fly balls, especially when he is on the wall. She was not even disappointed to see the other line's getting Turner.

This year, they did bring some of the players that you do not often see at this winter event.

Last year, for one of her turns, she did get a starter and a coach (I forget which one and I do not have her book handy) Last year, I managed to get her two vouchers, but, for the second line, it was two minor leaguers. I did notice that at the later autograph lines last year it was mostly minor leaguers. Last year, we also got a meet-and-greet photograph/autograph opportunity. We got Fedde and Adrian Sanchez.

I could get her only one voucher this year.

I was disappointed that they did not take questions from the audience at the coaches' Q&A session. That is one of the few events that I actually like. I always get in a question. This year, I did not get to ask one--no one did. I, too, noticed Martinez' absence and was surprised.

The only thing that was better this year was the players that they had attend. Girlfriend liked it better when it was at the Convention Centre.

Enjoy it to-day. We are not going. Usually, we go Saturday, only.

Unless something of import occurs, I am out until Spring Training. If you go this year, have a nice time. We have not decided if we are going or not. Much depends on how my father's health holds up.

For SCHOLAR...

Lots better today so far. Way fewer people. Rizzo was asked about Zimmerman, and his reply was we’re working on it, we’re working on it. Also said that a raft of WS Champion stuff would be installed around the park by Opening Day. The wife is happy re autographs today as she got a Victor Robles again and Carter Kieboom for the first time. And yes, we’ll be at Spring Training for seven games in eight days. Red Sox vs Astros in Palm Beach, then Red Sox vs Cards in Jupiter. Should be a good time once again.

Of course, you're too stupid to tell the difference between actually stepping in a cowpie and the mere dodging it & warning everybody else. And so has it been demomstrated once again that nothing makes the assholes look more like assholes than the words of the assholes themselves. Thanks for the help, fellas.

Writing is meanwhile far more an art than a science, and a page is but a blank canvas that those steeped in that art fill well merely by hewing to their own intents and purposes. Such people as those are called 'authors', where the closed and limited minds of paint-by-number commoners will never be known as anything more than mere writers.

One could for example say that it is freezing outside, or that it is cold outside, or that it is freezing cold outside. Each of those will be parsed by a reader into a different image or understanding, and it is the author who chooses which he or she prefers. Similarly, in the phrase 'hardly difficult at all', the final two words exist as a device to add emphasis. This device is quite common, as in the phrases, I hardly ate anything at all last night, or she spoke hardly one word at all during the hearing. The slow-poke straggler-boobs who think of such usage as some sort of major error are in fact just majorly fucked up in the matter.

Well, after a balmy and beautiful Winterfest weekend, we were shrunk back down to a mere 43 degrees at sunrise this morning out here in the gorgeous Sweet Spot. No actual need for bracing cups of freshly-brewed, single-estate Kona at that reading, but we enjoyed some anyway. Looks like it will be cloudy all day today, but with light winds, very little chance of rain, and temps still climbing later into the high 50's, what we have here is yet another warning of the insidiously creeping effects of climate change. Plant your palm trees now.

All in all then, Winterfest was fun, but it seemed incomplete somehow. Dumb Davey never did show up, and of course, there was no Zim or Tony Two-Bags. Few if any of the new or resigned guys made it into town either, so they had to call on Chad Cordero, Brian Schneider, Justin Maxwell, and Adam Laroche in order to have actual bodies in the building. That's never been the case before, and they still had to put coaches and broadcasters in slots that players would have occupied in years past. Bottom line I guess is that it's a different off-season for the team this year in many ways. I'll take it, given how the actual baseball part turned out in the end.

In other news, Nats' NY-Penn league pitcher Fausto Segura died yesterday at the age of 23 as the result of a motorcycle accident in the DR. There is a reason why ER staff refer to those things as 'donorcycles'.

Ever in need of donations of course are the dopes and dimbulbs of good old Falls Church City. These folks experience serious shortfalls in a great many areas, so anything that could be passed their way would be a help. Used copies of 'English for Dummies' might be especially appropriate.

They can and they do. You have no evidence to indicate otherwise. Your circuitous Massachusetts Avenue route is the poor choice. Further, when I first mentioned the exit in question, it had to do with the ability to discern where I was traveling to/from when crossing Washington Avenue. The ballpark was irrelevant to that discussion.

> They take 695 and then the exit

Some might. After a couple of times, they'd realize what a pain that light is at the end of the ramp.

They could've exited earlier at exit 4 off 395 which is marked 'Maine Avenue - SW Waterfront - Nationals Park.' Another exit you seem to be completely unaware of.

Or, they could take the route I noted off of exit 6.

> There is of course no Clarendon- or

LOL. There are five rather large House Office Buildings within easy walking distance of exit 6. The Library of Congress is right there as well. HHS HQ, Museum of the American Indian, The US Botanical Garden, DNC, RNC, and numerous restaurants a few blocks away. Many businesses have converted the row houses in that area into office and meeting spaces. All of this less than a mile away from a neighborhood you claimed you were once a longtime resident. Right under your nose and you had no idea. Strange.

As for parks, wasn't it you that touted the lush views of Spirit of Justice Park right in that area? Of course, you were unaware that the views from Washington Avenue are obstructed by the 12+foot wall on the west end of the park.

Anyone who's been to the area or looked at the links and photos I've provided will immediately know that you are nothing more than a lying fraud. It is why I immediately knew your assertion to be false and called you out on it.

As for people who haven't been to the area, your unwillingness to provide a single link to a street view of the area showing the grass in Spirit of Justice park visible from any point while driving along Washington Avenue should be all the evidence needed to show you're a lying fraud.

From the moment you typed the name 'Brookmont Bob' you lost. You flubbed it when attempting to type 'Broadmont Bob'. It only wend downhill for you from there. It led to you depravedly lying about the vital status of your parents.

Except I wasn't the one mocking you in that thread. After all, I was completely unaware that you posted as Brookmont Bob in that thread. You do understand that you are the butt of many posters' jokes and are mocked by many. Your pressure points, such as the mere mention of a carport, are well known by many.

While bitch slapping you on this feeble attempt to deflect and dodge the issue has been fun, it is past time for you post a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

The reality is that you are merely ducking and dodging the issue of your inability to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Run, sissy, RUN!

I have something you've only ever seen in movies and on television. It's called an office. You've likely never worked in an office setting. People familiar with white collar office settings would not find the term "cube" a foreign one. A cubicle is also called a cubicle desk, office cubicle, cubicle workstation, or simply a cube. You had to be informed of that task.

No need to travel to KFC for chicken. Liberty, BBQ and Astro are so much closer AND so much better. Even more options near the office!

Run, sissy, RUN!

While you're looking for a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue, see if you can also find one to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood. LOL!

Not the ones in their right mind. 395 is the way to go if you wish to sail into the 3rd Street tunnel and onto the northbound Central Freeway. 695 is the way to go to head south to the ballpark area, the Navy Yard, and on across to Anacostia and 295.

I visited it both yesterday and the day before. That would be twice since you last did, so I will tell you that the new intersection is almost complete, ending ar last the life of one of the city's worst potholes. Your noted remote-viewing skills should have told you that the 1:12 post was from the car on the way to lunch. And as upper level staff, The Principals are in touch with work even on their off-days, so phone use is a normal thing. Plainly, you've never been as important as that.

Well, it's something of a dreary morning out here in the beautiful Sweet Spot today. We've got next to no winds at all, and tolerable temps running in the low 40's, but there's a whole lot of grayness and wetness out there as the result of all these clouds and pesky showers. The latter should be backing off into just some occasional drizzle later on, and we should reach the high 40's later on, but it's certainly not a banner day out here today. Nothing for the tourist board to get excited about. We should have another nice enough day on Wednesday, but then it's going to start getting windy and cold, with as many as six straight days coming up with highs that will not reach even 40 degrees. We could see some delightful 'wintry mix' heading into the weekend as well. All in all. it might be a good time to hunker down and run a load of laundry or two. Maybe grind up a reserve stock of newly-arrived single-estate Kona as well. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!

Nice to be able to meet up for a meal with The Principals yesterday. Our schedules hadn't aligned properly for a while, and to make up for that, we're going to do it all again in just a week. That one will actually be a make-up for an earlier plan that was overtaken by events, but it should be a fun time anyway. Always is.

In other news, the MLB world is hit hard by punishment of the Astros for their 2017 techno sign-stealing efforts, but the bigger deal may have been how MLB itself could actually have been surprised by all this. If you leave a ten-dollar bill lying on the sidewalk, after all, a lot of people are apt to just pick it up and walk away. Maybe these MLB bozos should have been a little more concerned with 'integrity of the game' issues and a little less with their nonsense 'pace of play' issues. Like many before them, these current clowns are just plain horrible custodians for the national pastime.

Speaking of horrible, it may have taken them six months to manage it, but everyone's favorite tiny little city has finally found something to take up the empty space left by last summer's collapse of the Mad Fox Brewery. And since it was brewery wannabes who went bust there last time, the new tenants will of course be -- brewery wannabes. What could possibly go wrong? They've brought in some extra muscle this time though, as at least semi-experienced hands are being imported from the Mosaic District, Halstead at Dunn Loring, and some actual brewers from Solace all the way out there in Sterling. We'll see if this group can give it a go in a place where no-go has been the final call for an awful lot of years.

Or if you want to access the neighborhoods in and around Capitol Hill. Off of exit 6, which you were completely unfamiliar of, you can see such features as Spirit of Justice Park and it's imposing 12+ foot wall on the west end. You can see the large asphalt parking lots immediately to the east of Washington Avenue. You can quickly access five rather large House Office Buildings within easy walking distance of exit 6. Why would I mention a nonexistent place? If you are referring to MPD HQ, that is not immediately accessible from exit 6. Probably best to stay on 395 until the next exit.

You've yet to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. Why is that?

Your failures grow only deeper and more bitterly embarrassing for you. There is no way back.

By the way, traffic was lighter than anticipated Sunday morning, so we took a quick loop past the old SEDC townhome. Looking good 11 months after we sold the place, and with the weather being what it was, there were all the usual dog walkers, stroller pushers, and lightly clad young men and women out jogging about the neighborhood, just as if it had been some sunny mid-season morning. Certainly made me smile.

If you had any shame, you'd be ashamed. Exposing you as nothing more than a lying fraud is all that has occurred in this thread.

Your latest cowardly act is refusing to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Of course, it is just the latest in a long list of cowardly acts.

Those who've driven that stretch know that any views of grass in Spirit of Justice Park are obstructed by the 12+ foot wall at the west end of the park.

You are completely unaware of that wall and stupidly continue to deny its existence despite being provided ample evidence of its existence.

Who said it was dumbfuck? The fact is that the wall prevents anyone driving along Washington Avenue from seeing a single blade of grass in the park. Feel free to prove me wrong with a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue.

Considering you only recently admitted to the fact that there are two large asphalt parking lots along Washington Avenue, your "significantly comprised" claim is shrinking by the minute.

Rules of best evidence suggest that if I wish to know what my own home looks like from the road, I would not use Google Street View to find out. I would personally go stand along the road and see for myself. The same standards hold in this case, and it seems that only one of us has ever had the sense to apply them.

Well, we may indeed be headed into a cold spell now, but the worst of it is certainly yet to descend upon us. While the sun has since poked thorugh to pour across the landscape, it was mostly cloudy at sun-up here in the glorious Sweet Spot that so many of the impoverished back east can only contemplate with longing and envy. It was a pleasant enough 42 degrees early on, and with no wind to speak of, the trip out and back to retrieve the morning paper was not a half bad one at all. Would have been nicer with some wildlife sightings of course, but those have sadly been rather infrequent of late. Like Frosty though, they'll be back again some day.

Meanwhile, it looks like we now have all the final details of our roughly $15K, seven games in eight days, mid-March trip to Spring Training 2020 ironed out. The final set of game tickets was successfully acquired from Winterfest when they went on sale on Saturday, and we have this week lined up long-term hotel parking and airport transfers, as well as appropriate house-sitting services while we are away. Should be another fabulous trip, the likes of which the slug-class will never come to know. I'm thinking of ordering country sausage and eggs over easy for my first free made to order breakfast. Or maybe pancakes and bacon. It's hard to decide.

In other news. the Josh Donaldson saga has at last come to a close, as he has ended up signing for four years plus an option (at least $92M) with the Minnesota Twins. While the best outcome would have been his signing (<<< yes, that's a gerund) with the Nats at a reasonable price, this is pretty much the second best option for us. The Braves have lost him, and he's not ended up anywhere else in our division or even in our league. You go, Josh! Have a fun year.

There is also more and more noise in the MLB media re this transparently contrived resolution of the Astros sign-stealing scandal, wherein the completely useless Commissioner Coward has basically allowed bad actor and Astros owner Jim Crane to dictate the terms and conditions of his own team's punishment. It's all become the sort of incestuous inside slime-fest that would be expected to come out of the Trump White House. The Red Sox have now fired manager Joey Cora for his role in the affair, and the Mets must now decide what to do with their recently hired manager Carlos Beltran, who joins Cora in being deeply implicated in the cheating that went on in 2017. The story has not yet been fully written, but it is already becoming clear that this will be a very dark and disgraceful chapter in the history of the game.

Also stained by very dark chapters of course are the histories of these dishonorable dolts and dumbos from Fall Church City. Open liars and fact manufacturers, these perpetual louts and losers join MLB in having no legitimate excuse for their behavior and no rock to hide behind in their never-ending disgrace. There is little likelihood however that they had ever held any higher ambition than slime-ball to begin with, so there's equally little chance of their expressing (<<< another gerund) any sort of remorse or apology for such shameful short-comings.

Here has what has been declared about the area way back on November 12th of last year:

So, in conclusion, I've never once equated the edge of the park with the edge of the road. From my post: "You'd have to cross that parking lot just to get to the edge of the park." Additionally, I've noted that the edge of the park is actually along Delaware Avenue. You've only recently acknowledged the existence of the large asphalt parking lots and that took nearly two months.

So, this is you failing once again. Dope.

Man enough to admit your "mistake" this time? Didn't think so, pussy.

Then why when you were challenged on your alleged views did you cite Spirit of Justice Park as evidence of your claim? After all, you enjoy claiming you were the first to mention that park in this thread. You even posted photos of the park from its east end looking west as examples of what you claim you saw.

It's already been noted that there is a small patch of grass on the median of the road, but that certainly doesn't qualify as features "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. My description above more accurately describes the views.

Except, all evidence appears to indicate that I'm the only one familiar with the area and have provided evidence to show you are a fraud. You've merely whined about what you claim you saw. All other available evidence indicates you are a liar.

The simple fact is, and you prove it every time you attempt a response, is that you are a coward.

Run, sissy, RUN!

You are not good at this though, so each instance only further grates and groans under the weight and strain of your poor attempts to duck the truth and skirt the simple facts of the matter. It's all just part of your tradition here though -- whatever the topic, you will proceed to lie grotesquely about it.

As you used quote marks, 'Yours' should have been 'This'. 'sort' should have been 'type', 'we' should have been 'I', and 'shall' should have been 'will'. You should also of course have attributed the quote to its actual speaker. Something like this...

Well, with breezes blowing around in the 20 mph range, it's definitely too windy this morning out here in the otherwise delightful Sweet Spot. But with temps in the mid 50's at sunrise that paved to way toward a day of bright sunny skies, it was still a pleasant enough time to be out and about. With the mercury likely to plummet across the rest of these daylight hours, a trip into town to bolster our domestic cache of comestibles has already been carried out. We are now well-equipped for simply sitting back and admiring the beauties of our local passing parade. That would often enough include visits from our wildlife friends, but their attendance record has been worse than spotty of late, so likely none of them will be actually be stopping by. That's how it goes some days.

In other news, Ryan Zimmerman donned the pads and took a turn in goal at the Caps' practice yesterday. He even lived to tell the tale. He also told reporters afterward how clear it was to him that he and the Nats would come to an agreement on a new contract in the near term. Since he has never had any monetary demands in play, the delay has got to be over various side perks and privileges for the greatest overall player the franchise has ever had. It'll be nice when the ink is finally dry on that new and hopefully multi-year deal.

On other fronts, most of MLB has been pre-occupied with continuing fallout from the Astros scandal, some standing on line as good-little-boy shills for Commissioner Coward, and some more properly pointing out that the Astros simply wrote themselves a Get Out of Jail Free card here. It's a sorry day for the game no matter how you slice it.

It's always a sorry day of course for the crippled clowns of Falls Church City. Detached as they are from every possible form of reality, they can only plod on as nursing home shut-ins might in ignorance and denial of real life and the actual world around them. Such a sorry way to go through life.

You refuse to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue or continue to get trounced.

You refuse to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the alleged Brockmont neighborhood.

You refuse to provide a single post where I tried to blur the distinction between the edge of the road and the edge of the park.

You refuse to even attempt a comeback after that drubbing you received yesterday and this morning completely showing your accusation to be complete bullshit.

So yes, run, sissy, RUN! Don't like being called a sissy? Then man up and stop being a coward. Address the points raised or continue to be taunted.

Not a single sock puppet employed by me here. Of course, your fragile ego and massive stupidity prevent you from acknowledging as much.

Dope. You've been trashed and your latest posts consist of you whimpering like the wimp you are. Deal with it.

Run, sissy, RUN!

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

As totally and consistently plagued by HOF-grade ignorance, envy, and butthurt as your pitiful career at FFXU has been, this could still very well be the dumbest and most ridiculously far-fetched thing you have ever posted here. The scope and scale of your utter and naked depravity and dishonesty are simply unsurpassed.

So much of a coward he refuses to address a single point raised.

You refuse to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue or continue to get trounced.

Instead, he only addresses a point that he he has no way of proving. The others who continually mock and torture this twit know it to be false though. I wonder if this numbskull is man enough to post the names he believes I've posted under. This latest gambit is just the latest in a string of futile efforts to distract and deflect from the numerous blunders this dope has committed.

Run, sissy, RUN!

Why does a pedantic, nasty old GErund Boy think anybody envies him?

WHY would anybody want to be an obnoxious, old, pedantic Gerund Boy who life has passed by?

WHY would anybody want to be an foul, disgusting, pedantic GErund Boy who has nobody who wants anything to do with him on holidays so he has to shitpost on a cheap ass forum like this 1?

"Hardly anybody at all" would want to be a repulsive, pedantic, nasty old Gerund BOy.

I know "I'd hardly want to be an obnoxious asshole, old fart Gerund Boy at all".

"Hardly anybody at all" would rather shirpost his pedantic, nasty shit on a cheap ass internet message board than be with family and friends on a holiday.

Only a DOLT like this 1 thinks anybody wants to be like him.

Well, the hammer has come down at last, and we'll be stuck with some numbingly cold temperatures for a while now, even out here in the glorious Sweet Spot that so regularly escapes the worst of blazing summertime excesses in these parts. It is actually one degree warmer at HEF this morning than at DCA, but that still leaves us Sweet Spotters to deal with a mere 28 degrees outside, and we'll be lucky if we see it get much beyond a measly 35 today. Plus we've still got these nasty double-digit winds to deal with off and on. It's just plain too cold out there right now, and we've got more of the same on tap all the way through Thursday when the next warm-up should finally begin. Good time to just wrap up in a blanket, sit by the fire, and have a nice bowl of hot soup or cereal.

The wife was off again for dinner out with two of her girlfriends last night. As one of them lives just down the road from the place, they went to Clarity over in Vienna. Though her table mates seemed to be in a bit of a down mood last night, the wife was able to enjoy the pork tenderloin special with her share of a bottle of Jermann pinot grigio. That's one of her favorites. Clarity itself can be rather inconsistent, but on a good night, it's quite a nice place. Apparently, they at least were on their game last night.

In other news, HOU, BOS, and NYM are all without managers now less than a month before Spring Training gets underway. Coaching staffs are just as unstable for those clubs as well, and it seems likely that Commissioner Coward will have quietly told others to allow those three teams to do last-minute hiring interviews with anyone they want. MLB clearly wants this all to be a kid-glove affair while still seeming to be some sort of bold and stern crackdown. What a bunch of nonsense.

Nonsense of course continues to reign supreme amongst the low-grade lying frauds and phonies of Falls Church City. Home to more sock puppets than the craft room at Shari Lewis' house, the very little city is hard-pressed to make anything of itself at all. Except for beautiful Brockmont, perhaps.

LOL! Take your pick from hundreds, asshole. In what is merely the most recent case, the entire fail-army crew vanished en masse when you 'departed' on your again undocumented trip to someplace south of Potomac Mills. Days of radio silence ensued. But the moment your palavering pissant voice was raised here once again, why there they all were as well. There are no actual alternatives, but draw your own conclusions anyway, fumblefuck.

So, once again, you refuse to answer the challenge. Pussy.

So much of a coward he refuses to address a single point raised ever.

Statistically, more than 70 posts are missing during the interval of your having hidden your simpleton self away. Those are principally the posts that you and your sock-puppet fail-army would have been expected to put up had you still been taking orders in your cubicle as usual. A few of course would have been posts from me making your entire crew look thoroughly stupid as usual.

LOL! Did your calculations account for the holiday season, dope? It's really only the dregs that would be posting on Christmas eve, Christmas, New Year's eve and New Year's day. The real bottom of the barrel types with no lives whatsoever. Did your calculations consider that when I don't post, you don't feel the need to feebly concoct some sort of lie to deflect from your blunders?

In any event, it was hardly "radio silence" while I was enjoying warmer weather.

Hardly surprising given what a coward you are, but once again, you refuse to answer the challenge. Pussy.

So much of a coward you refuse to address a single point raised.

Look at the sissy run.

The latest response, of course, is yet another feeble attempt to distract and deflect from your long list of blunders and refusals to address the actual issues.

A brief recap of just the most recent examples of cowardice.

Yet another feeble attempt to deflect and distract from your string of blunders, lies and failures. Yellow-belly.

Nothing you write negates the fact that you refuse to answer the challenge. Pussy.

So much of a coward you refuse to address a single point raised ever. Candy ass.

You refuse to provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue or continue to get trounced. Poltroon.

You refuse to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the alleged Brockmont neighborhood. Wimp.

You refuse to provide a single post where I tried to blur the distinction between the edge of the road and the edge of the park. You grown up enough to substantiate your claim? Didn't think so. Recreant.

You refuse to even attempt a comeback after that drubbing you received the past two days completely showing your accusation to be complete bullshit. Caitiff.

So yes, run, sissy, RUN! Don't like being called a sissy? Then man up and stop being a coward. Address the points raised or continue to be taunted. Chicken.

I’ve proven you to be a liar many times over. I’ve provided evidence to prove your a liar. When you’ve been challenged to show evidence indicating I’ve lied, you’ve run away like a little sissy.

Once again, back your shit up. Prove I'm a liar. Provide a link to a Google street view substantiating any of your claims concerning views "significantly comprised of large grassy areas with small trees" along Washington Avenue. Your refusal only confirms your status as a lying fraud.
