Ah, the cries and laments if the dazed and the damned are ever music up my ears. Looks meanwhile like we’ll need to move our schedule forward a bit today because of some despised and immoral self-absorbed asshole, but we’ll still be in our same old delightful Club Level seats for whatever transpires today. After that, all we can do is hope for the best.

He's a REAL DOLT.

nobody envies a retired GS-11 who lives in a run down house in Vienna built in the 50s & is now falling apart b\c he can't afford to fix it.

nobody envies a nasty old man who life has passed by & whose major daily excitement is changing his pee-peed Depends and telling neighborhood kids to get off his lawn.

nobody envies a fed pensioner with a TV that doesn't work right.

nobody envies a nasty old man who has nothing better to do than shitpost nasty posts on a 10¢ internet forum.

nobody envies a rude, obnoxious, nasty old man who's nasty to everybody for no reason.

You got it backwards, DOLT, nobody envies you. Seriously. Nobody. nobody believes your BS,either.

Well, that was not just a bad game for the Nats, but a third bad game in a row. It's not a good thing, but it's not the end of the world just yet either, as the sun has indeed once again risen to reveal a fantastic morning out here in the beautiful Sweet Spot. And it is still of course the case that there are Salvadoran immigrants out there who speak better English than these self-selected stooges from flushable Falls Church City. Such sorry failures these poorly guided gropers are. Handed every possible advantage up front, they still fall absolutely flat on their faces when it comes to the mother tongue. It's the very definition of pathetic.

Meanwhile, we who know and earn enough to live out this way are once again being treated to the all but boundless beauty of a crisp, clear 52-degree morning set under bright and sunny blue skies that might have come from some priceless Impressionist painting. Light breezes and a humidity reading of just 75% round out current conditions that are expected to persist pretty much throughout the day. Good for us!

Never did spot a deer yesterday, but we did have a hungry turkey vulture picking over a roadkill raccoon across the way at mid-morning. Impressive birds, those. We don't see them as often as the red-tailed hawks or even the pileated woodpeckers, so it's a moment when meeting up with one.

In other news, the Nats of course fell in futility to the Astros once again last night, this time after Max Scherzer had to be scratched with trap and neck spasms with Joe Ross then standing in his place. Kind of a short-straw game for The Principals to have drawn, but that's life. Ya pays yer money, and ya takes yer chances. They enjoyed it, and the wife had a fine time walking them through all of our usual game-related routines.

Out on the field, Ross actually threw well enough for the most part but was hurt by a continuing debacle of arbiter-incompetence and also by having left a couple of balls where they should not have been. The real problem though was the total lack of any offense mounted by the Nats against any HOU pitcher at all. We just did nothing against any of them for 27 innings. So the Series now shifts back to Houston where the Nats are undefeated. We'll have to see see if anything comes of that. You just never know, but likely Strasburg and Verlander on Tuesday.

We already do know of course that nothing ever has or ever will come of the hapless stammering saps and slummers of fruitless Falls Church City. Unable to keep up on pretty much any topic at all, these bozos just make bigger and bigger fools of themselves with their every poorly conceived. ill-considered, and badly written post. As famous for their lack of self-control though, they'll surely happen along here shortly to post further proof of their wall-to-wall ignorance and ineptitude. Enjoy!

LOL! He once again exposed himself as a complete and total fraud who knows next to nothing about the local environs. Just like his Brockmont Blunder an DCPD disaster, this one is more proof that he is clueless about the metro region. Washington Avenue is a mere 2100 feet and some change. Thinking it can somehow factor into shaving time off of a trip of many miles is ludicrous.

He certainly is a stupid ass. He shitposts some racist shit about brown people, gets called out on it & exposed as a racist and then keeps calling our attention to it.

Of course he's a hypocrite b\c he calls people racist assholes on other threads when he's a racist assholes himself in addition to being a dumb shit.

Oh look, the home-bound nursing home resident is out playing with Google Maps again. If not from your historic Electric Avenue and Vienna side-street disasters, you should have learned your lesson last time when claiming to have used Moore Ave in Vienna to cross the two blocks between Park and Cottage Streets while not being able to recall whether any 'traffic calming' devices had to be overcome. There are of course and they are easily the most memorable thing about that particular stretch, but they do not show up on Google Maps, do they. LOL.

For the World Series meanwhile, DCPD had RESTRICTED travel through The Yards as well as other SEDC paths east of Nats Park. Our usual route from Mass Ave down 4th Street NE and then across Tingey was heavily compromised in that. An alternate approach from the west was needed. Fortunately, construction to cover 395 south of NoMa is now largely completed, and while 3rd Street NW is not yet finished, it is in fact open, and as you would never have known enough to suspect, that allows travel south from Mass Sve, under DCPD HQ at Indiana Ave, and then down across The Mall to an easy left onto Independence Ave. Bearing quickly to the right onto Washington Ave will lead you directly onto South Capitol Street all but adjacent to Nats Park. Not that it's any sort of feat, but it's a good thing for us that we're at least that much more clever than you are.

While they may not have a stamp of approval from Euell Gibbons, Frito's Scoops are the #1 road-trip munchie food of all time. Too bad you've never been able to get out enough either to see the country or stumble across that fact.

In context (yet another thing that you are clueless about) there is no wrong name other than one which does a poorer job of communicating the intended message to the existing audience. Wrong names in this case would be anything other than DCPD.

Mr. Double Standard not only excuses his racist shitposts while condemning everybody else's, now he pokes fun at someone he SAYS used Google Maps. Let's remember how he used Google Maps & a real estate Co. ad to invent a place in FC supposedly called "Brockmont" that nobody who lives in FC ever heard of.

What's even funnier is this dimwit keeps calling attention to his racist and geographic flubs.

There's no such thing as DCPD, dimwit. You're the only 1 here who doesn't know that. Once more, you keep calling attention to your dimwitted flubs. You must be a special kind of dimwit who revels in his own stupidity & hypocrisy.

CLEVER? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Short of going into Anacostia, if you're headed S on S Capitol how do you propose to get in the GEICO Garage? You've just suggested you were never at any game................try to answer that one dimwit. Get out your Google Maps and see what BS you can scrape together for this 1,. It oughtta be entertaining to see what kind of a bill of goods you come up with.

Everybody else seems to know it's MPD & MPD would "communicate" the local police force in DC. So now you're wrong TWICE in one short paragraph. Everybodty knows it's NOT DCPD and everybody would get it if you said MPD. You claim all this writing exp. & ed. & awards, but you keep proving what a dope you are when it comes to communicating.

Yup, "dimwit" is just the name for you. You keep gettin PWND, & you keep calling attention to your obvious flubs. When you Google "dumbshit", your FFXU Id comes up.

Well, this run of late nights occasioned by attendance at so many World Series games in a row made necessary some bonus sleep-in time this morning. As wealthy retirees, we typically have ample opportunity for enjoying proper rest, but these past few days have fallen outside the norms. Did wake up in time to laugh at one bit of Falls Church folly from yesterday, then it was off to town to pick up some fresh breakfast materials. Back in the Sweet Spot now, and able to report that all along it has been an overcast but still quite delightful morning out this way. Began at 53 degrees back before sunrise, but it's now up to 59 and expected to peak somewhere in the upper 60's. Nice gentle breezes out there with the humidity falling back toward 70%, so it's quite pleasant out there right now. Looks like we'll be seeing a serious storm front rolling through on Thursday with November temperatures checking in after that. Better get the furnace checked, just to be sure.

Again, no deer sightings yesterday, but while moving equipment in and out, the cleaning people did leave the carport door open long enough for an inquisitive chipmunk to scamper into the sunroom. That caused a bit of a stir for a bit, but it was a simple matter to shepherd the little thing back out into a more appropriate environment. There are almost enough chipmunks about this year to rate them as a pest, but cuteness counts, and they do very well on that score.

In other news, the Nats and Astros have flown back to Houston for Game-6 tonight at what used to be Enron Field. Three games in DC provided no reason to think the Nats can win ever again, but the simple facts are that only play this evening will matter. We do have tickets to the Nats Park Watch Party tonight of course, but unless the wife can change my mind, I think I'm again going to take a pass on that.

Ever taking a pass on elements of the good life of course are the incredible idiots and imbeciles of forlorn little Falls Church City. No more than talentless rubes and ruffians, these goobers can throat little more than random hoots and howls in their low-life attempts to seem somehow relevant in the modern world. These efforts are of course ever doomed and dismissible as the worse than utter nonsense that they invariably are. Pity the fools!

LOL!

First we had the Brockmont Blunder.

That was soon followed by the DCPD Disaster.

And now, we've been treated to the Washington Avenue Wipeout.

This dope just keeps digging his grave deeper.

And, to make matters worse, anyone who has been in DC for any amount of time knows that 3rd Street travels under the Department of Labor's Perkins Building NOT MPD's Daly Building. Quick, loserboy, figure out a way you can try to back peddle and squirm your way out of this one!

Is it any wonder he has yet to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood? Doubtful he's even figured out where it is located.

Looks like his fat ass and his skull are full of nothing but Fritos. The rest of him is full of shit.

Mostly Redfin, and while those real estate professionals were touting the 'Brockmont Buzz' by noting that it was among the more popular neighborhoods in the Falls Church area, you worthless morons had never even heard of the place. You don't know shit about your own backyard, for crying out loud!

> Short of going into Anacostia, if you're headed S

The same way that everyone else using South Capitol to reaCh the ball park does. Right into the SW neighborhoods, left on either Half or 1st Street, left on P Street, then left at the light onto northbound South Capitol. Right onto N Street and there you are. Sounds like you could be one of those dopes too afraid of black people ever to venture into that vicinity. Either that or just some disjointed jerk trying to find his way around on Google Maps.

> He doesn't believe you, I don't believe you and I

I don't at all consider what some gaggle of asswipe morons believes when I go to park in the GEICO Garage, and neither do any of our fiends who work there.

> Everybody else seems to know it's MPD & MPD would

No, it's a surprisingly little known and locally little used acronym. Misguided morons can't even decide whether it's MPD of MPDC that they prefer. DCPD is meanwhile so direct and so consistent with nationally known standards that it is the clear choice when speaking to less than top notch audiences.

By the way, do not expect to receive much in they way of further response to the serial diarrhea of your pathetically puerile posts. You are too dumb for me to bother wasting more than the very occasional few moments of otherwise usable time on.

The word is actually 'backpedal', moron. But your pervasive and inescapable ignorance has led you into the making of yet another stupid-shit mistake. What a shock!

LOL! More like the one where you blindly accepted the infallibility of Redfin and utterly failed to understand the flaw in their algorithm. Even AFTER your blunder was exposed, you foolishly cling to your silly Brockmont notion. You do this despite the fact that you cannot provide a single link to a home for sale or recently sold in this neighborhood. Hell, you can't even describe where it is located.

Of course, your tomfoolery only serves as a source of laugher for many. You're the retarded jester of FFXU.

The wrong name or acronym is NEVER the best choice. In fact it is the absolute worst choice which is why everyone who has read your DCPD disaster has mocked you relentlessly for it.

LOL. I've walked across Washington Avenue more times than you've been caught lying which is to say countless.

The idea that a street measuring just over 2100 feet long serves as some sort of panacea for a congested traffic situation is preposterously stupid.

> A worthless and ineffectual garbage attempt to

You are the only one making mistakes, dope. And pointing out another one in this situation is just another in a long list of those mocking your blunders. It is also further evidence that you have no understanding of your supposed environs.

> And by

See, this is the actual deflection. Once I pointed out your blunder, you had to go quickly Google the whole thing. All available evidence indicates you didn't know it was named after Hank Daly. After all, you thought it was the building over 3rd St, NW instead of the Perkins Building. You also erroneously, stupidly and stubbornly referred to it as DCPD HQ.

Just admit you fucked up and that the whole area is foreign to you.

Got me there, loserboy. Unlike you, I don't have the ability to go back and edit my posts. Not that I would be inclined to do it - not that insecure.

Now, if you were man enough to admit your errors. Not that many of us have the time to listen to that laundry list! LOL!

It's no compliment to them, dimwit, it's just more racist tripe from a racist asshole like you. You imply that Salvadoran immigrants don't speak good English. There's a name for that, dimwit. It's called stereotyping and it's something racist assholes like you do all that time.

What makes you even dumber is you continue to call attention to you being a racist asshole who's prejudice and discrimination against brown people.

Real estate "professionals" make shit up all the time to sell shit to dimwitted suckers like you, because you're so stupid and gullible. I'm sure your bank account's been drained by some phisher. Yeah, you're really clever, aren't you dimwit. You just took yourself into 1 clustrfuck of traffic made worse by MPD and those traffic directors. Nope, you weren't at that game. Google Maps is a big help, huh? Too bad it doesn't know about clusterfuck traffic situations, isn't it?

Who mentioned anything about black people? You did, that's who. WHere did I mention anything. So you act like a third grader, make shit up and holler SO ARE YOU! SO ARE YOU! You're such a 3rd grade dolt, you missed the whole point of the Anacostia question. It went right over your little third grade brain, didn't it?

Oh, so now residents of DC are "morons", huh? More prejudice and discrimination. Maybe it's you who has a prob. w/black people. You've already shown you're a racist asshole b\c you're prejudice and discrimination against brown people. Yup, a REAL racist asshole, you are. Are you dressing up in a white sheet and a white hood for Halloween? Or do you do that every weekend? Burned any crosses, lately?

In your case, when you use DCPD, you're talking to yourself, which is far below a top notch audience. not to mention the " nationally known standards" BS you're making up. BULLSHIt, aGAIN, DIMWIT!

Serial diarrhea? "pathetically puerile"? "dumb"? You just described your self & your shitposts, dimwit, as me and a couple of other posters have shown. not to mention all the trolls here who torment you constantly.

Face it, dimwit. Dimwit is an appropriate name for you which you demonstrate every day w/all your asinine shitposts. You're PWND, dimwit, thoroughly completely and TOTALLY PWND.

For the umpteenth time, it doesn't matter where Brockmont is or if it even exists. What matters is that while I was out and about pulling up example after example of why your asinine 'seven figure city' claim was such a total crock of shit (including of course your precious 'Railroad Cottages'), I was being hit in the face over and over again by these Redfin claims of popularity for the Brockmont neighborhood. Knowing how excited you'd been to learn about the Brookmont area over in Maryland, I was certain that you’d want to know about this trending Brockmont place right away. And of course I was quite right. Indeed, Brockmont has been chapping your sorry ass 24/7 ever since, but not yet 365. That will have to wait until next June, In the meantime, you will of course just continue to stew in your same old worse than stupid juices.

> Do you still "have" Uber Black?

No. I have noted the fact before, but like so much else, it has just sailed right past you. Uber tends to be useful in urban settings where issues of finding and giving up parking spots are significant. As you may already have forgotten, we sold our residence in SEDC this past February, but Uber had outlived its usefulness for us even before that.

> Does it get you access to a late model piece of shit Town Car?

Probably not, as such arrangements would more properly be made through a reputable Executive Car Service, such as the one we chose to support our whirlwind Opening Day trip to Atlanta in 2016. Your butthurt still lingers over that one, doesn't it. Dinner at Canoe the night before was better than anything you've pretended to have lately as well.

> Had a chance to enjoy that tasty chicken at Liberty yet?

I have had many such chances but have wisely chosen to avail myself of precisely none of them. There is never a valid reason to go to Falls Church City to eat. Even if you were sadly already there, the wise choice would be to pack up and head elsewhere. Ballston, Tysons, Vienna, Mosaic -- any of those would accomplish a huge improvement.

> What's the name of the motel in the 7100 BLOCK of
> Lee Highway?

THE name? Wasn't that area supposed to be 'riddled' with cheap hotels?

> How are your folks up in Brookmont? Liar.

Hmmm. As I have explained many times, my parents are long dead and buried per their wishes in New Jersey. I will not try to speak -- especially to such emotionally disturbed persons -- regarding the state of anyone else's parents.

> The wrong name or acronym is NEVER the best choice.

Another marker for your broad lack of relevant knowledge, sophistication, and any actual linguistic capacity at all. Ever the fool, you would reduce art to rote and formulaic transcription according to grade school sorts of rules. And that is not necessarily the worst of your follies and shortcomings in the matter.

LOL! What would the to/from of these perambulations have been? It's pretty clear here simply from your desperate overreach that you had never heard of Washington Ave before I brought it up. Case dismissed.

> The idea that a street measuring just over 2100 feet

That’s again an indictment only of your limited brain power. As noted, 3rd Street NW to Wash Ave served as a near-perfect replacement for the more commonly used but suddenly restriction-plagued route over 4th Street NE and Tingey. An inability to accept even the patently obvious is a red flag for dissociative and other forms of stupidity. You should probably seek some sort of professional help.

It looks like YOU'RE the 1 who needs help, DOLT. You just showed your stupidity by shitposting something that's OBVIOUSLY wrong and anybody who's been there knows it's wrong. #rd St., NW doesn't run into Wash. Ave. Wash ave isn't in NW. You're the 1 who doesn't see the obvious. Looks like Goggle maps let you down again DOLT.

Keep up your shitposting, DOLT. It's fun to taunt you and show how stupid you are by pointing out the BS in your shitposts. You're full of shit, old fogey.

Now isn't it time to go get your Depends changed again?

Sure it does. It continues to haunt you that you are absolutely incapable of providing a link to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged neighborhood.

The fact that you are now conceding that it doesn't matter if it exists or not is the equivalent of you raising a white flag in an act of cowardly surrender.

LOL! You couldn't even find properties that were actually in the City of Falls Church. I had to correct your dumb ass on that count multiple times. The ones you could find in the city were essentially land sales. Being completely ignorant on such matters, you were too dumb to realize that. On the rarest of occasions, you managed to find a home of not much more than a 1000 sq.ft. selling for slightly less than $1M. Such a small home doesn't qualify as even modest for most folks. It is telling that it does for a peasant like you.

The only thing it has been doing is providing countless moments of laughter at your stupidity. The chances of you wising up are slim to nil, so there is no end it sight for you to get mocked, taunted and laughed at!

The only thing sailing past someone is the fact that "having" Uber Black is a stupid statement made by someone unfamiliar with the app or how it works. That fact is way over your head. It is still fun to taunt you for it though.

It doesn't because even during your faked trip to Atlanta, the Town Car was considered to much of a piece of shit vehicle to qualify for Uber Black. At that point, it had been relegated to the quite pedestrian Uber X. If you knew anything about Uber Black and how it works, you'd know it usually consists of vehicles from an executive car services. If you knew how executive car services worked, you'd also understand that fact about Uber Black. Seeing as both of those concepts are foreign to you, it is obvious you are nothing more than a fraud who has used neither.

Of course you explained that after you were caught red handed pretending they were alive up in Brookmont. Only a serious depraved lying sociopath lies about the vital status of his parents. You're one fucked up sicko.

Your blunders when describing Washinton, D.C.'s local law enforcement are not art. They are additional signs that you know next to nothing about your local environs.

The fact that your fragile ego prevents you from recognizing the obvious fact that you are routinely ridiculed by multiple individuals only adds to the humor of the situation. It is why you are the butt of everyone's jokes. You are nothing more than a punching bag for most folks and the best part is that it's your own stupidity obvious lies that get you in these situations.

LOL! It's barely more than 2100 feet long. Anyone familiar with the road would automatically know what at least one of the to/from would be. The fact that you can't figure it out on your own shows you know next to nothing about the area and have likely never seen it.

> It's pretty clear here
> simply from your desperate overreach that you had

What's clear is that you've never travelled on it. Anyone who had would know exactly where someone would be walking to/from when crossing the road. Anyone who's even just exited 395 to the road would know the to/from. The fact that you have to ask that question only further exposes you as a fraud.

3rd Street would be the operative road in your fantasy travels, not a road a hair over 2100 feet, dope.

Speaking of 3rd St., NW, figure out which building is over it between C and D? Yeah, let's add that little nugget to the pile of errors you've made about the region.

Well, I finally opted out of the Nats Park 'Watch Party' last night. The wife did join up with a couple of our regular ballpark pals to attend though, and they all report that it was a great time. They have been pleading with me to give in re tonight's event, but I have referred them to reporting from the National Weather Service, and they are now in chambers trying to craft an opinion of their own on the matter. I fear that all of those people will end up trying to seek shelter by crowding into the same tiny Diamond Club space which would not make for a good time at all. But we'll see.

We can already see of course that without regard to what's coming later on, it is another fine morning out here in the wonderful Sweet Spot. After being up late yet again, it was already past 60 degrees when I finally arose and noted that under cloudy skies, we have the humidity at a pleasant enough 70% with our usual light breezes rustling what's left of the leaves on the trees. Those are falling at a serious rate out there now, but there is still quite a long way to go. The grounds crew will again have their work cut out for them, but better them than me.

In other news of course, the Astros ended up as simply no match for the crew led by Stephen Strasburg and Anthony Rendon last night, as despite abysmal umpiring, the Nats rolled fairly decisively to a 7-2 win in World Series Game-6. That sets up a Game-7 tonight that will feature Max Scherzer against Zack Greinke. We'll see if the road team can win for a seventh straight time.

Winning so much as one straight time has of course never been the forte of these whacked-out, whimpering whiners from Falls Church City. Ever outclassed on all sides, they can only cavil and complain like so many babes with dirty diapers. Hard to say what sort of ridiculous nonsense they will next come up with, but soon enough, whatever it is will likely appear in the space below.

It was actually a pretty good time. I went with GF. Free hot dogs and Coca-Colas were great, as well. Only the season plan holders get the free stuff. If you bought only a twenty game plan, you still get the free stuff.

Despite the umpiring crew's trying to hand this game to Houston, Washington prevailed. That is a tribute to that team on its own. There were chants of "UMPIRES YOU SUCK!" after that bullshit call on Turner.

I really do not have a dog in this fight. Despite that, even I can see that the call was bullshit. Alas for the umpires and Houston, Ol' Karma, she IS a bitch. Karma bit all of them in the ass when Rendon blasted that pitch out of Minute Maid Park.

The clubs have been crowded for all of these watch parties and last night was no exception. We just sat in the stands. Hopefully, we can get there early enough to-night to sit under an overhang.

Overall, I am glad that I have gone to all of the watch parties offered.

There were thirty six thousand tickets that the Nationals made available for to-night. All of them are gone.

I wish the Nationals the best.

Not read, but no doubt a long winded screed full of lies.

It almost certainly did not address his Brockmont Blunder, his DCPD Disaster, his Washington Ave. Wipeout or his latest, the Daley Building Debacle.

I read it, but I had to so I could make the necessary corrections. It's his usual BS, but it doesn't mention Brockmont or Wash Ave or DCPD. I guess he might be getting an idea what a retard he is, OH WAIT, no, he's too stupid to even know that.

It’s the DALY Building, numbnuts. The Henry J. Daly Building. There is quite literally nothing that you can’t fuck up.

You're the only fool who's constantly humiliated here.

You're latest fuckups include your:
- Brockmont Blunder
- DCPD Disaster
- Washington Avenue Wipeout; and
- Daly Debacle

Not that you had any batting average north of .000 anyway, but your recent performances are quite shameful. Smarter men would've slithered away in shame by now. Because you're nothing more than a lying lowlife, you stick around to be laughed at, mocked and tormented.

The only thing that remains is torturing your fragile ego by not letting you get the last word in. The best part is that it consumes you.

You're too dumb even to see the depth of your own failure. Redfin knew. You did not know. End of humiliating story. It's just back to that Awful Abyss with you. Blind-sided by Brookmont and blown to pieces by Brockmont. There is nothing further for you here.

That occurred on one occasion when a graphic made the subject property appear to be on one side of the line when it was actually just on the other,.

You certainly did try cover your sorry ass on that account several times, but even allowing for thr case of some percentage of your uneducated guesses having been correct, there were and still are many, many, many examples where 'land sale' was quite clearly not the case. At the end of the day, your beyond ignorant claims for a 'seven figure city' are and have only ever been further examples of your desperate delirium. And To destroy further your blowhard bullshit on the matter, Long & Foster currently reports that the median price of homes sold in Falls Church City last month was $735,000. That was up significantly, year-over-year, but it is still quite a long way short of seven figures. You may as well just get used to the fact of being no more than a low-grade dope in a dump. I am meanwhile a wealthy and well-educated retiree living in a magnificent home out in the glorious Sweet Spot. The simple facts remian that you can't afford to live where I live, do what I do, or dine where I dine.

> And due to your rank stupidity, you were too dumb

What you see as a flaw in Redfin';s algorithm is simply the fact that it makes you look just as stupid as you actually are.

> I actually had to inform you it was in Maryland.

Another asshole claim debunked many times before. You did not recognize Brookmont at all, instead thinking that it was some sort of typo for your pitiful Broadmont.

> It doesn't because even during your faked trip to

In stark contrast to your never anything but phony trips to places far and near, I have always been able to document my travels. The list of places that you have never been to and yet tried to describe is a very long one that works only to your very deep discredit. How many phony FLA trips do you have left to make this year, by the way? I think the copunt was still at ten last time the matter came up?

And by the way, like Lyft, Via, and Juno, Uber is a rideshare service. That's very different from an Executive Car Service, but it's quite understandable that a downscale dope like you would be so completely confused in the matter.

Hmmm. Over how many years did you maintain a residence in The District? The answer of course is none at all. That leaves you 14 years behind me, and it might as well be 114. Just as with the Town of Vienna, you know DC from Google Maos only, and you don't understand any aspect of English at all.

Only once that I recall prior to Games-3, 4, and 5, when inelegant acts by DCPD made travel over it an attractive option once again.

Odd then that you were unable to specify any such thing.

If so, they would likely have known that it was 695 that they had just exited from, not 395. 395 turns north from the freeway into the 3rd Street tunnel, you know.

All of the roads involved would have been operative, dope. Mass Ave and 3rd Street NW, Independence Ave, Washington Ave, South Capitol Street, and the Unit blocks of SW neighborhood streets. Take any one of them away, and the trip becomes something between difficult and undoable.

Well, the weather is not all that great just now, but for obvious reasons, it is still just a wonderful morning out here in the fabulous Sweet Spot. Having been up until 4:00 in the morning, sleeping in to 11:00 was the opening move of the day. Then came answering congratulatory e-mails and of course laughing at the usual dope from particularly pitiful points east. Temperatures have been in the upper 60's so far and might yet hit 70 this afternoon with off and on showers going on. That will change overnight though, as strong storms will move in, driving the mercury down to 40 degrees or below and bringing in high winds and two inches or more of new rainfall. This will be a serious situation that could get ugly for some.

In other news, it came to pass that the Nats caught and then went right by the Astros in the late innings of Game-7 last night down in Houston, thereby earning forever the title of 2019 World Series Champions. Hard to wrap your head around that yet, but it will start to sink in soon, I expect. Heros included Rendon, Kendrick, Soto, and Eaton on one side, and the brilliant Patrick Corbin on the other. Daniel Hudson did the ninth, finishing with a lovely pair of K's that turned the impossible into a reality at last.

The reality in Falls Church City of course remains just as grimly and epicly trashed as always. Suffice it to say that those dopes are just a bunch of total losers. So, off to the vet now with other than wildlife in tow. Back to laugh at the assholes later on sometime.

Wrong again. You really do know jack shit about the District. As you bear right to remain on 395 North going toward the 3rd Street tunnel, you cross under 695 in two lanes. Immediately after crossing under 695 and before you enter the tunnel there is a left exit ramp. That exit ramp takes you directly to an intersection with Washington Avenue. It is marked with large signs indicating "C St. S.W./U.S. Capitol/The House" which is exit 6 off of 395. Of course, anyone who's ever traveled that area in the past two decades knows C St. is restricted to Members of Congress and their staff. The only unrestricted route is Washington Avenue in either direction on that exit. You, being completely unaware of your local environs, just fucked it up.

The Washington Avenue Wipeout just got worse for you. Just as bad as your inability to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood.

Hiyo. Loser, Away! You are off on yet another of your gallops into the wilds of utter immaterialism, this time focused on a trip that no rational ordinary person would ever consider actually taking. You might as well still be fumbling about over the proper spelling of the name of a DC Police Department (DCPD) veteran who was killed in 1994. It just doesn't matter. No, thanks to knowledge that 3rd Street NW at Mass Ave was open to traffic, the alternate route for reaching Games 3, 4,and 5 of the World Series worked just as well as had been reported earlier, allowing quick and easy access to Nats Park and the GEICO Garage from the west when DCPD security clampdowns had made a usual approach from the east more problematic. Of course, the Nats lost all three of those games, but things turned out alright for them in the end, as they so rarely seem to do for dopes like you.

Well, the last of the mornings rated in the high-90's may have come and gone for the year out here in the delicious Sweet Spot. A turn of the calendar to November saw temperatures at a mere 41 degrees early on today, and except in the dead of winter, that's kind of a chilly reading. The rains of the overnight (a tad under two inches worth) are now gone, but some of the winds remain with us. The humidity is gone, but even under sunny skies, it's jacket-weather out there for anything more ambitious than walking down the driveway to retrieve the morning paper. Did that in fact just a while ago, but no wildlife encounters along the way. All this glorious baseball has kind of disrupted the usual daily schedules for this time of year, but we certainly welcome that in any case.

Already paid up to take another crack at things in 2020. That will involve the same reserved parking and some lovely Club Level seats just one row back from where we were this year. Puts us a little closer to some of out ballpark pals. Of course, a second WS title would be an even more extreme long-shot than the first one was. Won't be the same team in any case, as significant personnel turnover is about to start any day now. The beauty of spending the season at the ballpark will still be the same of course. There are some things that just don't change. One thing that does change will be switching up early Sunday morning, as depressing Standard Time is about to return. Sunset tonight is at just past 6:00 PM, but on Sunday, it will be much closer to 5:00 PM. Hate that!

In other news, the Washington Nationals are MLB's 2019 World Champions, having taken the World Series from the Houston Astros by a final count of four games to three.

Taken by and for a lot more than that of course are the dolts and dunces of dirty old Falls Church City. Ever tangled in paralyzing webs often enough of their own creation, these dimbulbs just can't make their way in a world based on fact and reason. Hence the erratic and irrational shrieks and screams that so regularly emanate from the place. Take these as signs to stay away.

It's further evidence of the complete lack of knowledge of an area you claimed to have been a resident of for more than a decade. An actual resident, which you obviously never were, would be completely aware of the exit I was referencing. They'd also be fully aware of what occupies a large chunk of the east side of Washington Avenue. No person familiar with the area would ever need to ask what the to/from destination is when crossing Washington Avenue.

I misspelled the name of a building. You erroneously thought you travelled under said building while travelling on 3rd Street. I owned my mistake. Your Daly Debacle doesn't end until you actually understand what building 3rd Street travels under. At this point, no evidence has been presented to show you have reached that understanding. Because you are nothing more than a pusillanimous ignoramus, you refuse to acknowledge the obvious error of your ways akin to you stubbornly and stupidly continuing to use the wrong DCPD acronym. This is despite the fact that it has been clearly shown that the locals, local media and the department itself uses the commonly known MPD instead. Hence, the continuation of your DCPD Dsaster.

Yes. You've only compounded your Washington Avenue Wipeout by being completely ignorant of the 395 exit ramp that brings you right up to a light at the intersection with Washington Avenue.

You've only succeeded at exposing yourself as an ignorant, lying fraud who is too stupid to pull off your sham.

Stupidity coupled with extreme stubbornness is always a recipe for disaster. This imbecile is the perfect example and it's only exacerbated by his fragile ego.

Stupidity + extreme stibborness is waht he's got. He's certainly a disaster of a human being. He's an imbecile and has the ego of a rock star.

They call him "dimwit" on another FFXU thread & he's surely that.

Yes, 2005 t0 2019. Over in the area near Eastern Market.

Oh, I'm aware of the exit alright, and also of the fact that nobody in general uses it. Those headed east to the ballpark area for instance do not follow the Central Freeway to get there. They use the Southeast Freeway. The route you outlined could perhaps come into play as part of emergency corrective measures taken by someone who had just exclaimed, "Oh, crap! I went the wrong way!"

> They'd also be fully aware of what occupies a

That would be substantial plots of green grass and young trees. But you may be familiar only with the far northwestern extents of Washington Avenue, as you are beginning to sound as if you were talking about walking across it only in the sense of 'Why did the chicken cross the road?'

> No person familiar with the area would ever need

A question you still have not answered, by the way. What's the reason for that? Why not just spell out where you began all these strolls of yours and where indeed you were so often headed?

Well, it's all just the one building. It's to the left of 3rd Street. It's to the right of 3rd Street. It also forms the roof of the tunnel above 3rd Street as one passes through. It's the home of DCPD HQ, located at 300 Indiana Avenue, By the way, the L is not doubled in adding suffixes to the word TRAVEL. I'll mention that upon the third occasion of your having messed that up. And do so of course with an example of using the possessive before a gerund.

Well, what a beautiful day for a parade! Neither we nor any of our usual gang of ballpark pals will be abandoning spots in front of our TV's for distant spots on some downtown sidewalk, but if conditions out here in the Sweet Spot this morning are any indication, it should be about as good a day as you can get for such an event in early November. It was a crisp 40 degrees at sunrise this morning, but we should manage to hit 50 or so by mid-afternoon. It'll likely be a few degrees warmer than that downtown of course, and with full sun and barely a breeze, it should be a nice enough situation for those who are bundled up and ready to endure it. There's 0% chance of rain, so that won't be a problem.

The wife had meanwhile been catching up on some shopping yesterday (we are behind on such things thanks to the Nats), and she suggested I join her for a Series-celebrating dinner at Coastal Flats. Always a good meal there, particularly if you share as we did the Baby Cake Sliders and Fried Green Tomato appetizers. That's a lot of explosive yumminess right there! For the main course, the wife went with shrimp and grits, and I did the lobster roll. It's nothing special really -- just a really good lobster roll. Pumpkin cheese cake for dessert sounds corny, but it was very good.

Nowhere near good of course are any of these reflexive dolts, dopes, and dummies from the land of the lost known as Falls Church City. Not content with hacking up Route-7 as badly as they have of late, I see that planners are now talking about needed 'improvements' along Route-29 headed out toward Graham Road. Maybe they should just tear up the whole city and start over? Fine by me, as long as they don't do any damage to Brockmont.

Doubling the "l" in "travel" when adding suffixes is correct for Great Britain and many members of the Commonwealth of Nations. American English tends to avoid doubling that "l". Regardless, even in the United States, British spellings are not incorrect.

You must use the possessive, or genitive (as it is sometimes called) case with a gerund.

Thank you, have a nice day and always practice good penmanship.

Yes, all rich people spend a year proving it to a few strangers on an obscure website.

Some British variants are indeed tolerated here. This one is simply INCORRECT. Even when the mistake is made by some pathetic error-prone weasel.

As from appearances is not rigorously enough taught in Falls Church City Public Schools. That task has far too often been left to me.

British spellings are not incorrect, even when used in the United States. They are simply not American spellings. They are unusual in the United States. Their being unusual, however, does not demand that they be considered incorrect.

Well, despite the time change, it was another 40-degree morning out here in the Sweet Spot, and the highs today will barely reach into the 50's. Chill City. Gorgeous sunny skies though, and humidity that's fallen below 60%. With some mild breezes blowing, it was a morning that would have been perfect if only 30 degrees warmer. Still, return of the gentle clanking of the heat along the baseboards reassures us that all will be well through the coming hibernations.

That extra hour of shut-eye was welcome as well after the sleep-inhibiting roller-coaster ride of the past ten days or so. Even watching the Championship Parade was exhausting yesterday. Two of our ballpark pals did relent in the end and joined the throngs on The Mall. I still don't see the point to that, but they were quite excited that on one of his little jaunts over to the crowds. Rizzo danced right past them while showing off the trophy. Good for them! And good for us to have been where we were as well.

The sad part of course is that many of the players who brought us here will not be back with the team for 2020. That's just baseball, but it will still be tough to see any of these guys go. They were part of something grand and special and totally inexplicable here, and by many, they will always be remembered with fondness for that.

Remembered only for the degrees of their doltish ignorance of course are the quick-as-a-sloth imbeciles of ever failing Falls Church City, where as noted earlier, Long & Foster has reported that the median sales price of a home this past September was $735K, or not quite half of what our splendid abode out here in the Sweet Spot is assessed at for tax purposes. It would appraise for a good deal more if we were ever to put the place on the market, but that's not about to happen.

Remember as well this week the importance of keeping our precious county and commonwealth out of the hands of advancing gangs of unprincipled right-wing kleptocrats and ideologues. Vote for a strong future on Tuesday by supporting Democratic candidates and those with Democratic endorsements. We'll all be the better for that!

MY MY! You really are a self-righteous, nasty, foul, repulsive old fogey pompous ass, aren't you? No wonder all these trolls are up your rectal opening with frequency. It appears that I shall have to stoop to your level, just to demonstrate your abject and complete inferiority. So be it, dullard.

Language and the side of the road on which you drive have nothing to do with each other. For this reason, your comparison doesn't work. You now have one dullard point.

While "incorrect may be incorrect", the use of British spellings in the United States is NOT incorrect. As we see, your statement has no vlaue. You lose that one, as well, dolt. You now have TWO dullard points.

I didn't [intercourse] up the "first time", thus there can be no subsequent time. Once more, we see that your statement is lacking in substance therefore value. You lose that one, as well. You now have THREE dullard points.

The statement about "colour[ing] stupid" is childish. It is an old school playground "technique" known as "name calling". Children do it all the time when they disagree. Adults are supposed to be above that. It is also totally lacking in substance. Further, it has nothing to do with this argument. That earns you two dullard points in one sentence for a total of FIVE.

Other than its once being a British possession, Malta has nothing to do with this argument. Its connection to this argument is at best tenuous. I will be generous and award you only one half a dullard point for that sentence.

CONGRATULATIONS, you earned five and one-half dullard points in one post!!!!!!!

Since you have not called anyone "childish" in the course of this argument, yet, I will refrain from awarding dullard points for hypocrisy. You have called people "childish" in the past while being childish yourself during the course of the argument. In this argument, you have been childish, but have yet to call anybody that. As soon as you do, of course, assuming that you actually do, I will not hesitate to award you at least one dullard point for it.

Your total now stands at five and one-half. Do you want to drop this, concede defeat (which would be stating the obvious) and go off an sulk with your five and one-half dullard points? Would you prefer, instead, to continue this and add to your total so that all of Fairfax Underground can see what a real dolt you are?

In any case, you really ARE a dolt, aren't you?

You fucked up. End of story. Words such as ‘travelling’ are misspellings where you live. Adapt or die.

It’s not necessary to speak English only, but while speaking it, one should endeavor to speak it properly.
