Bunch of long winded fluff that was read by exactly zero people.

What was clearly missing was a link to a home for sale or recently sold in this Brockmont neighborhood. If it's such a hot neighborhood, it shouldn't be hard to find, even for an invalid like you.

How many days now are we going on where you've utterly failed to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood? Something tells me tomorrow isn't going to look any better for you. It's probably a case the DCPD couldn't even solve! LOL!

Nobody envies your inability to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood. I’m sure you regret the day you made that epic blunder. You haven’t been able to recover since. You then compounded your shit the bed moment with your DCPD foolishness. You’ve rightly earned the title laughing stock of the forum. You’re nothing more than a helpless punching bag. Everyone knows you’re a liar and a fool. Not even Brookmont Bob can save you now! LOL!

Well, it was a day of childish scrawls and scribbles that the thread had to endure once again on Friday, as the usual litter of crude and inarticulate imps, pucks, and mindless bad actors vainly sought to make any sort of positive mark at all upon the proceedings here, posting nothing once again beyond their same old lame excuses and thoroughly hackneyed hogwash. Their shame is only amplified in such barren undertakings, as note is ever taken of the full measure of ignorance, envy, and butthurt that drive their every feckless effort and plague their every waking moment. Such a dismal life is that of the well-cudgeled cretin.

Well, things are quickly moving toward the extremes out here in the Sweet Spot now, as the temperature outside has plunged to a rather frigid 39 degrees. Those with little to no understanding at all of local micro-climate weather variation would be well advised to consider this morning's 14-degree temperature difference between the weather stations at National and Manassas airports. Meanwhile, there is a slight chance of showers moving into the area late in the day, but otherwise, we'll see blue skies and bright sunshine all the livelong day. Did not see any emissaries from our local deer population yesterday, but Cash Cab hours today could well be more productive in that regard. We'll see.

In other news, the Yankees were able to fend off elimination at the hands of Justin Verlander last night, but will need now to fly to Houston and win twice more in order to keep the Astros from being the ones to take on the Nats in the next week's World Series. Despite the high stakes, it will be a bullpen game tonight for both sides.

Never knowing anything but a bullpen game of course are the sorry-ass sacrificial lambs and second-division scrubs of fished-out Falls Church City. Icons for Perry Mason's old line 'incompetent, irrelevant, and immaterial,' these dolts are just a giant waste of time when it comes to keeping up. As little as THIS can derail them for months...

"In the past month, 178 homes have been sold in Falls Church. In addition to houses in Falls Church, there were also 77 condos, 47 townhouses, and 0 multi-family units for sale in Falls Church last month. Popular neighborhoods include East Falls Church, Great Forest, Oakwood, and Brockmont. This map is refreshed with the newest listings in Falls Church every 15 minutes."

Your boring screeds which are no doubt filled with lies deserve nothing more than copy and paste responses. Your inability to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood will continue to be mocked until you remedy the situation. Even more hilarious is the fact that Redfin is the source of your demise.

I bet a four year old with learning disabilities could manage to find a link to a home for sale or recently sold in a neighborhood he claimed existed. You can’t. I be a four year old in the area is smart enough not to call MPD DCPD. After all, he’s probably smart enough to read the sides of all the MPD cars and realize MPDC is emblazoned on all of them.

Hmm, if there were any Brockmont buzz, one would think you'd be able to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the alleged Brockmont neighborhood. For many weeks now, you've repeatedly failed at that task. There is no contextual superiority to DCPD. It is simply another one of your blunders in a long line of blunders. The local media, locals, and the MPD itself all refer to the local municipal police department in Washington, DC as the MPD. Only halfwit rubes would call it the DCPD.

At this point, a real man would simply own his mistakes and walk away. It takes a real coward to keep up the nonsense you're trying, feebly I might add, to pull off. Was your dead daddy a coward too? Or, did he leave you at a young age? Those are really the only two reasons you'd be such a dickless coward.

LOL! Brockmont Buzz was what fucked you over to begin with. Imagine being so dumb and disconnected as never to have heard of a place right down the street from you. At least Brookmont is over in Maryland, so even average dopes might not have recognized that, but you flamed out badly on your own next door neighbor. What a moron!

> There is no contextual superiority to DCPD.

Of course there is. You are simply too butthurt stupid to see it, even when the matter is painstakingly explained to you, a low-grade dope who has never lived in the District and knows exactly jack-shit about it. Having kept house downtown for 14 years myself, I can tell you that "police" is the actual word that DC people use. Having lived out this way for almost 50 years, I can tell you that locals here don't have any fixed idea what the police in DC ought to be called.

Imagine being such a massive blowhard douchebag that you still try to pretend that 'Brockmont' isn't simply an error after having that pointed out a few hundred times and not knowing any better is why you'd fucked up to begin with.

The only one disconnected is the dope still pretending that this Brockmont place is real and that any real person actually refers to any neighborhood in or around Falls Church as Brockmont. You continue with this foolish charade despite the fact that you're too inept to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood.

I don't have to imagine. The imbecile puts his cowardice on full display every day. His fragile little ego simply won't let him admit his mistakes. Do you think he believes anyone is buying his bullshit?

Then provide:

Boundaries for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood.

Sales data for properties sold in 'Brockmont.'

If not a mistake, you should easily be able to provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood. Why can't you?

As you are just plain too hamster-stupid to recognize, boundaries and sales info are completely irrelevant. What matters is that select Falls Church dummies were completely unaware of Brockmont even as a major player like Redfin was highlighting the popularity of the place.

It's hard to be a "place" when you can't describe where it is located. And yes, when you are describing a "place" the location is immensely relevant.

Is that why you can't provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the alleged Brockmont neighborhood?

Your foolish belief on Redfin's infallibility put you in this untenable position. Your own stupidity and stubbornness has kept you mired in it. Not even the fictitious DCPD can rescue you from your own demise.

The words oft-posted over these past four months leave you as a complete and ignorant dope, as unaware of Brockmont doings as you were of predatory towing at Northside Social. Briefly put, your just a clueless know-nothing.

As previously explained to your dumb ass numerous times 'Brockmont' doesn't exist as a neighborhood. Nobody, including you, is aware of it. It is simply an error that Redfin's auto-generated text is creating based on a populated place name that it's pulling from map data for that area.

All of which you obviously know at this point but if you want to continue to claim otherwise, then provide:

- Boundaries for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood.

- Sales data for properties sold in 'Brockmont.'

Why you want to continue to point out your own fuck up I don't know but don't let us stop you.

Nope, the difference is very clear.

One is a nonexistent neighborhood which you claim exists but can't provide:

- Boundaries for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood.
- Sales data for properties sold in 'Brockmont.'

The other is a neighborhood in MD where you once stupidly claimed that your dead parents lived using the name "Brookmont Bob" after you'd confused it with Broadmont.

The ineffective bleating of wounded peons and pissants was prominent for a time yesterday, but the effect of all of it simply gets washed away by this...

These words report all one would need to know about where Brockmont is and why it is a more noteworthy place than say the unmentioned Beaodmont that some would favor for whatever misguided reasons.

I, of course, have made no claim or warrant at all about Brockmont save for what would be obvious from the information reported above. And yet the dopes have been in a raging fit of envy and butthurt over it since last June. These people are badly off to say the very least.

How do you "envy' claims about this Brockmont, wherever ^ whatever it is, or no claims? Your shitposts insist this place exists just b\c some real estate agent says it exists. What is it & where is it?

Neighborhoods have boundaries accepted by a lot of people.

In Arlington, you have Hall's Hill. The usually accepted boundaries of it are N. 17th Rd. on the S (part of it is imag. line)., then W. to an annex to Arlington Hospital, N. on N. Edison to N. 19th st., W on N. 19th St. go North G,Mason Dr., North on N. G. Mason Dr. to Lee Hwy, E. on Lee Hwy to the Mc D's, S. around the back of it to N. Culpeper and back to the funny intersection w/ N. 27th rd. Some people will put a small chunk around the Taco Bell with it, but, for a lot of years it's been considered the N line of Hall's Hill is Lee Hwy.

Can you give us some similar boundaries, even approx. for this Brockmont place? They don't even got to be detailed like I said for Hall's Hill, but, can you even say approx. where this Brockmont place is?

Well. it's a little bit on the soggy side at last out here in the wonderful Sweet Spot this morning. With the thermometer at 53 degrees, we've had almost half an inch of gentle and much-needed rain during the overnight, and the same conditions as these should persist into the early evening. It's just what we've been waiting for out here. Hopefully, those to the east will not be flooded out by it. I note that Falls Church City Manager Shields says he has no ability to do anything about other than mere "nuisance" flooding. That's reassuring.

Not sure meanwhile how anxious our wildlife friends will be to go bounding about in the rain today, but before all this began, we did have a trio of local deer at the back of the property yesterday afternoon. One large and two medium sized models apparently hopped the back fence and were calmly nibbling away at such delicious munchies as they could find across from the shed. It's mostly a stand of Rose of Sharon back there, but they plainly found something they liked, as they were here for quite a while before vanishing once again. It's a great day today for Cash Cab watching of course, so we'll see if further such visitors come our way at some point this afternoon.

In other news, the Yankees were able to overcome the work of Justin Verlander on Friday, but they could not get past the work of their own Aroldis Chapman on Saturday, and they are now duly eliminated. Thus the NL Champion Washington Nationals will travel to meet the AL Champion Houston Astros in Game-1 of the World Series Tuesday night. A threat of rain currently hangs over the games to be played here on Fri-Sat-Sun, but hopefully that will dissipate and prove to be insignificant.

Always insignificant of course, are the sorry saps and sad-sack stooges of Falls Church City. Only thinly educated and still thick as a brick, these general illiterates can only carry on as childishly repetitive and unoriginal apers of actual adult human thought. No doubt their incoherent chorus of burned out offerings will resume at some point today, as the laggers lack any means of self control when it comes to proving themselves to be worthless butthurt losers.

And speaking of insignificance by the way, it is just one in every 1,631 Dominion Energy customers that is without power at the present time. I wonder how many of those wish they'd known enough to go out and pay many thousands of dollars to install a Generac fifteen years ago. Hahahahaha!

I've been told by local dopes both that it's in California and Greenway Downs. The larger point of course is that there is full sufficiency as to location simply in the words of Redfin. That's REDFIN, as opposed to RED HERRING.

That's false. Redfin saying it's there isn't sufficient. Real Estate Co.s are always inventing things, so I don't believe anything they say. You're trying to sell us a red herring with this Redfin Brockmont BS, but only somebody who's as much of a dolt as you are wants to buy it.

Where in the words of Redfin are the boundaries of the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?

What in the words of Redfin are sales numbers for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?

Not irrelevant. It's your source. What is the basis for Redfin's statement that you vomit out repeatedly ? That requires definition for 'Brockmont' and data to support sales. So...

- Where in the words of Redfin are the boundaries of the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?

- What in the words of Redfin are sales numbers for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?

Unless of course it's just an error that you're too dumb to understand even after having it explained to you many times.

If you really give a shit about this stupid topic and want an answer, email greenwaydownsinfo@gmail.com I am sure someone who actually lives there, and is probably on the association board, would know why some maps have Greenway Downs and others have Brockmont. I am also sure it will not be first time someone has asked the question.

But I bet none of you has the balls to do it. You would rather spend your time stating the same shit and name calling ad nauseam.

Some of us know where it came from. We're just rubbing dumbshit's face in his fail and letting him make an ass of himself as he always does when he fucks up.

The most funny part? What was known as 'Brockmont" was never even in Falls Church to begin with. lol

No balls at all are necessary to make inquiries of a public e-mail address, particularly one that appears to be inactive.

More importantly, the facts are that the dispute here arose on the doltish side from the simple point that...

"Brockmont is hotter in FCC-ish real estate circles these days than your back-sliding Broadmont."

That point was backed up by this...

--- From Redfin.com (June 2019)

The dope faction here however cannot abide such, and like Sarah Sanders, they have been out ever since to discredit these simple facts by whatever ridiculous means they can think up. No one at any active or inactive Citizens Association will have anything material to say about what Redfin posted nor about how badly the dope faction has reacted to reports of that, reports made principally in order to enlighten those who would all but certainly have been entirely unaware of the situation, even though they claim to live just next door.

Ignorance has not been bliss for the dope faction in this case. Nor has it been for them on any other occasions that come to mind. Ignorance has tended in fact ever to lead these boobs into some sort of awful abyss or other, just as it has here.

Well, it's the morning after out here in the now well-watered Sweet Spot, as we had nearly two inches of much needed rain before all was said and done yesterday. It was meanwhile 51 degrees at sunrise this morning, though that event was shrouded in clouds that are expected to move on by late morning. We've got just light breezes blowing and the humidity is back up to 80%, all of which is adding up to jacket weather out there, or at least a nice warm flannel shirt.

Cash Cab hours on Sunday brought no luck at all with regard to wildlife sightings, but in what has lately become a rather rare morning event, a representative threesome -- small, medium, and large -- was indeed spotted out on the front lawn early this morning. They eyed me warily as I made my way down the driveway to retrieve the morning paper, but went back to their breakfast browsing once I had absented myself from the scene. Taking advantage of vistas provided by expansive glass, i watched them once back in the house as they nibbled their way down to the road and then scampered across and off into the wilds beyond. That was quite a nice way to start the say, as of course is this wonderful cup of freshly-brewed single-estate Kona that I have right here next to me. Mmm-Mmm, good!

In other news, it's one more off-day for the Nationals and Astros as they prepare to meet in Game-1 of the World Series tomorrow night in Texas. It may be an event more than a game. There may be more hoopla than actual baseball. You just never know in this game.

Never knowing in any game at all of course are the ever-bewildered bozos of Falls Church City. Incapable of keeping up with much of anything -- including breaking news in their own back yards -- these nutjobs can only carp and cry as they are cuffed about in their not-at-all-OK corrals. Expect more utter slop and nonsense to issue forth from these dopes here shortly. We know that they just can't help themselves in this.

I know quite a lot actually. Such as that dipsticks like you are full of shit and are unable to contribute to any sort of meaningful conversation at all. Redfin for instance was waxing eloquent over Brockmont while your ‘group’ was completely oblivious and unaware. Dare I say bottom-of-the-barrel?

You know that this kind of weak shit just makes you look more dumb right?

Much like you, Redfin is just spitting out text based on data fed to it with no human intelligence involved.

- Where in the words of Redfin are the boundaries of the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?
- What in the words of Redfin are sales numbers for the 'Brockmont' neighborhood?

If you can't answer, then just STFU since you obviously know nothing. Which we all knew anyway.

Words that cannot be substantiated by you or Redfin. Redfin has a legitimate excuse for being wrong. Namely, it is probably unaware that its algorithm is producing faulty information. You, on the other hand, have no excuse other than your stupidity. You've been made aware of the faulty information and why it is faulty, yet you desperately and foolishly cling to this preposterous concept of Brockmont being a legitimate neighborhood anywhere near Falls Church. It takes a special kind of stupid to go down that path.

Once again, your foolish belief on Redfin's infallibility put you in this untenable position. Your own stupidity and stubbornness has kept you mired in it. After all, Redfin has been found to be erroneous before.

Have you figured out why you are unable to find a single home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood? If it was a real place that had all this "buzz" around it, wouldn't it be pretty easy for you to find such a link?

Indicate the point where I was unaware of "predatory" towing at Northside. Back your shit up, you dickless coward.

You sound like a beaten down old man with nothing left to contribute. Of course, you've never had much to contribute but lies and falsehoods. When confronted with your lies and fraud, you run away and obfuscate like the coward you are.

Someone who wasn't a coward would provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood. To compound your cowardice, you ducked like a little bitch when you were asked to provide the evidence I was unaware of the "predatory" towing at the popular Northside Social?

After all this cowardice, I have to ask again, was your dead daddy a coward too? Or, did he leave you at a young age? Those are really the only two reasons you'd be such a dickless coward. No wonder you had to settle for a nasty, sickly hag. That's probably the best a coward could do.

Where have I seen that shit before? Oh yeah, all over the damned place. It’s all you asswipe losers can manage. You were otherwise too stupid even to have known that Brockmont Buzz even existed. That’s some special sort of stupid when the place is right down the street from you. Dopes.

There cannot be "buzz" about a place that simply doesn't exist. If it did exist, you'd be able to post a link to a home for sale or recently sold in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood. As it turns out, you aren't even sure if this neighborhood is in Fairfax County or the City of Falls Church. You keep claiming it is right down the street. That indicates you have some idea where this alleged neighborhood is (or you are lying). Which street is it right down?

More spinelessness with the requisite ducking and dodging from our resident dickless coward soon to follow.

The only one outclassed her is the dope that can’t provide a link to a home for sale or recently sold in the Brockmont neighborhood. That’d be you. Might as well keep crying like a little bitch, you dickless coward.
