Obama looks like a fool, Assad is still president of Syria, ISIS revitalizes terrorism and Russia is now a major player in the middle east. Great success, Big O.

US financial crisis. Obama lets big bankers, hedge funds and stock manipulators who caused the crisis off scot free. (He will later admit he should have prosecuted them, but admission comes only after the statute of limitations had run out and he had gotten big $ in campaign contributions from them.) They continue to collect mega bonuses while the deliberate policy of the fed and treasury depresses interest rates, fucking millions of small savers and retirees who see return on $100k drop from $4500 / yr to $100 / yr.
