Patricia Blevins filed a sexual assault lawsuit against General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) & Timothy Hinds in the Fairfax Circuit Court.

How come no news stories about this?

i have said since Clinton these lawsuits are A CRIME OF LAWYERS and corrupt judges

she should report to police and be suing "the perp", not General Dynamics

she's probably been paid by area (foreigners) to attack GD

a woman insinuates in job interview she'd be a very sexy addition to the workplace

after you hire her, she wears long skirts and sues the corporation for harassment that never occurred

can you sue her for false sales ?

I worked with a lady that once complained that she couldn't sleep at night because Duke wasn't around. I asked her if Duke was her dog and she replied that Duke was her boyfriend. The next day personnel called me in to their office and told me if I brought up this lady's personal life again, I would be fired. What total horse shit.

Never be alone with a woman in the work place. Lesson learned.

Over the past 20 years office layouts environments have changed from being very closed environments to very open environments.

It these open environments everyone can literally see (and sometime hear) what their coworkers are doing.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was demanded from the legal folks to protect themselves from lawsuits like this.

Its easy to get corroboration evidence of improper conduct in open workplace environments.
