FOR ALL THESE CONCERNS YOU NEED TO SUE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (of county or state, or perhaps US if the issue at law is us code - usually is not)

(i once was told fx co "doesn't have an AG, they hire a lawyer as needed" by an employee of fx co, but that's an issue too because they are not a government but part of virginia's government, and as such, should not (like a big company) be hiding "who their lawyer is" but be clear to the public "who the AG is". and the employee - may have been lying i don't know - they often offer EXCUSES for things they have absolutely no knowledge of - these fx co employees)

why is their attorney general office if they don't know who it is? who is in the office please?

I believe that the best solution is to get information in this regard from some good specialists in the field who have studied and know absolutely everything and will be able to explain and show you how everything works. In general, I realized that justice and everything related to this chapter is extremely difficult, and not every person can understand this, and for this reason, there have been different companies that deal with such a thing and can it helps. Fairfax County does not have an Attorney General. It has a Commonwealth Attorney, an elected official who is responsible for criminal prosecutions and certain other legal matters. For legal issues beyond that they have a County Attorney who is hired by the Board of Supervisors. The Commonwealth Attorney's office is located at the Courthouse. The County Attorney's office is located at the Government Center. Elizabeth Teare is the current County Attorney.
