HB 1909 Habeas corpus; reorganizes, updates outdated language, and removes unused provisions.
Posted by: MASSIVE MOB BILL PASSED ()
Date: February 10, 2019 10:55AM

the reason for Habeas Corpus is so that "the mob" cannot claim someone is dead (and collect insurance, evade tax law, etc)

Governor Northham signed a law that DESTROYS Habeas corpus, destroying 2,000 years of law.

It means in Virginia courts you can claim your dead if you are NOT dead.

"Habeas corpus" "Have the Corpse"

means quite literally and intentionally and by legal review: "you can only be dead if your corpse is in view of the public at a known place", really, really dead

yet another problem: if a person is murders AFTER being ruled dead, perhaps as a hit job

my advice is don't buy "life insurance" if the payout requires a ruling of death

or make a law concerning insurance regulation involving cases of bloody scene and missing body (if i were a company, i'd challenge governments right to make such a law, and say it's the customer's choice to buy or go elsewhere)

however, ruling someone dead without a body is: HORSE SHIT

and it's well known some people who were ruled dead in corrupt courts were found living elsewhere

it's been known since the first 50 years the first written law in Roman days that this was exactly THE CASE

You're a loon.

The question I have is . . . do you realize you're a loon? I have to believe that a lot of people have told you over the years that you're a loon. Do you think all of these people are just wrong? That you're just misunderstood because you're really smarter than they are and they can't understand? Have you ever given serious thought to another possible reason for this pattern?

Well guess what? Those people have all been right. You suffer from the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Please seek professional help if you aren't receiving it already. It's for your benefit . . . and everyone else's.

This is odd...

https://openstates.org/va/bills/2017/HB1909/

There can't be a second HB 1909. Which means the OP is
1: lying
2: stupid
3: to lazy to use google
4: all of the above

I'm going with 4 as it explains why the OP has no fuking idea what habeus corpus means.

There most certainly can be multiple HB 1909 in Virginia. Where's the facepalm emoji. I should add you in with the OP even though you know some legal terms...

You and the OP should use this site and do some reading...

I agree that these two Dunning-Kruger poster board candidates belong in the same basket. But why not explain it simply to the simpletons?

"did you even get your GED" provided a link to a bill from the 2017 session. It's now 2019. The End.

Dunning-Kruger effect?

It was and and many places IS STILL illegal to declaare a person "dead" who is missing for insurance purposes (or other criminal purposes).

I think 2,000 years shows you are brown nosing democrats or simply: a criminal who harks to any criminal principle and shoot at people online with insults, death threats, and defamation.

WHICH IS, SIMPLY PUT, GERRYMANDERER2 TALKING

gerrymanderer2 (OP) posts several lies on ffu daily - many\.10think he's a fx co gov worker who is getting paid to do it for false DNC democrat "advertising". he floods ffu with useless posts to bump down major news, posts fecal matter, mutilated bodies, child porn, foreign drug ads and sneaker ads, tells people to kill themselves and government should seize them and put them on psych pills in prison - decided by democrat gov of course, promotes kangaroo courthouse trials, gives anti-religious rants, gives satanic ritual rants, posts black males with large dicks on white young females, portends white low birth rate and fall of USA, and anything possible to DEMORALIZE white people on ffu. (perhaps a chinese prisoner or isis member - but definitely knowledgeable of fx co gov from the inside at times). the website operator has told him "not to post or return" which are still posted - not removed, by the sysop: not because of a political leaning but for continual illegal and gross spam along with messages that are only to demoralize if not kill others.

threatening OP with "you crazy" is not a legitimate method of legal debate

you need to do more reading

the repeal of Habeas Corpus (terra firma) was done during McDonell or McAuliffe. the 2019 bill is just a revision

every bill has many revisions

The revision of Habeas Corupus is 50 years before Justinian rules in Rome.

"A habeas corpus petition attacking a criminal conviction or sentence"

the law is written by a psychopath who believes asking for proof of corpse is an attack on government workers

4. In the event the allegations of illegality of the petitioner's detention can be fully determined on the basis of recorded matters, the court may make its determination

So was I not exactly right? I was exactly right.

now as for unlawfully detaining insurance money without a body (very likely the petitioner is a political king rat or mobster), the arguments are the same

the law also give the Court more than 90 days to "respond", which is outrageous

B. C. The petitioner shall name a proper party respondent, and if he fails to do so, the court shall may allow amendment of the petition. If the petitioner fails to amend the petition by naming a proper party respondent in the time provided by the court, the court in which the petition is filed shall dismiss the habeas petition without prejudice.

this is absurd as well. the defendant may not know who's body is missing

ยง 8.01-666. When and by whom writs of habeas corpus ad testificandum granted.
Writs of habeas corpus ad testificandum may be granted by any circuit court in the same manner and under the same conditions and provisions as are prescribed by this chapter as to granting the writ of habeas corpus ad subjiciendum so far as the same are applicable.

i didn't have to find this before saying it was there, because ... "follow the money", is why

because protecting from legal fraud was the "core" of Roman University Law, and people who hack it, hack it AWAY

speaking of away, GO AWAY

Everything I just typed above is more intelligible, is better grammatical English, and makes 1000% more sense than everything you have posted in this thread, combined.

How in the fuck can someone be this fucking stupid. Have the corpse?? Is this supposed to be a joke? These days when it takes a whole 30 seconds to use google and actually learn something, you've got to put an effort into being this fucking stupid. After a whole 8 seconds of typing, one comes up with this...

Insanity is often mistaken for just a basic lack of intelligence. I am still convinced that our poster here is certifiably insane.
