How do you pee without a wiener?

Alright, so if you don't have a dick... how do you pee? I'd imagine you'd have a lot of accidents, right? Or like how does that work? Is it more like a vagina now? Same with Theon from Game of Thrones? What about grey worm? Do you still have control of your bladder if you don't have a dick? What is peeing like? Is it just a cut urethra that's an open wound that is constantly prone to infection or prone to close up? How do you take care of it all? I've wondered this for years and this seems like the right place to finally ask this question.
