Fairfax County General :
Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
Please clean the snow off the top surfaces of your car. The snow on your roof and the trunk of your car can, and will, fly off when driving and hit the car behind you. This often happens on turns...not cool for the people behind you or the surface under you.
i don't know, but you would easily lose a civil case for damage to another vehicle if somebody took you to small claims court over it. clear cut negligence case.
Yes, you can get a ticket. With the exception of one drunk(excuse to pull him over), I've never heard of anybody in Fairfax county actually getting pulled over for it.

Just clean the snow off your car and shut the fuck up already.

Ignorance and hostility is a lethal combination. You should seek help.
I saw someone with a ton of snow on top of his very expensive SUV.. the idiot stopped at a traffic light and a huge piece fell off right on his windshield in front of him, that's ok he kept on driving peering over the snow.

Better write down my license plate first, cause good luck catching me when your ass is rammed up against a Jersey Wall, sucka.
I think the FCPD could solve the budget problem by standing at almost any intersection and flagging over the improperly cleaned cars and handing out tickets. I saw one that only had the drivers side windshield cleared!
these furious pleas for ppl to clean the snow off their cars are exactly why I dont and laugh with great joy as I watch the driver behind me drive through the blizzard of snow coming off my car. how satisfying.
