The so-called Stimulus Bill (ARRA) passed in 2009 included the largest two-year tax cuts in US history. Republican votes for it in the House? None.

2010. Obama & dems promoted a bill to extend the tax cuts to people making less than $200K.

The Republicans filibustered it. They claimed that not extending it to people over 200k was going to “kill job growth”.
