Public HS b-ball is tough to defend a title as 1 top senior can be the difference maker, so with that can SoCo repeat?

Region 6C

1 South County--until someone around here beats them
2 WT Woodson--only loss to unbeaten Osbourn
3 West Potomac--Mackey dropped 43 on Lake Braddock. SoCo on Friday.
4 Fairfax--5-0 with good wins over Wakefield and Annandale
5 Lake Braddock--live and die by the three, big win over Hayfield gets them in the top five

Private schools really sucked out some public school mojo this year.

Tyler Anderson (Woodbridge) and TJ Horton (Mount Vernon) came over to PVI to not play....Jordan Hairston came from Westfield to Flint Hill. Saint Stephen's got a Tuscarora guy, etc.

West Potomac to me looks like the best public. Woodson, Soco and Fairfax in the Patriot can probably take anybody on a given night.

Outside of Fairfax Osbourn, Potomac maybe...idk

There’s plenty of kids that think they are PVI good then realize they are not varsity PVI good and come back to public schools. Those are kids that recruited to pay full tuition their 9th & 10th grade and then see they are wasting their time.

Yeah, West Potomac really the only potentially dominant team I've seen so far this year...God, if Mackey was 6'3" every frickin' school in the country would be on that guy. Legit.

So many undersized guards in this area, but that can def play

Coach Smith is ruining this season by playing coaches kids and not the best 5. Stupid buddy ball in effect.

Yeah what is the deal with Mackey? Kid can score 40 whenever he wants. I don’t understand why he isn’t a major recruit. Either his size or grades

Grades are not an issue for nigger athletes. Just look at any college basketball or football game on tv. Look at all those niggers, no different than the retards we see in school or on the street everyday, except they run and jump. Do you really think these niggers have the grades or SAT scores to actually get into a college? If you do, you’re as fucking retarded as they are. These nigger athletes just have to attempt the SAT test, and the college admissions will take care of the rest.

Centreville and Fairfax each got a guard who left PVI (cuz they don’t want 5’9” PG)as they realized they wouldn’t get any playing time. Chantilly also got a SF who left PVI.

Jordan Hairston kid is a curious one, 4yrs of hs and 4 different schools. Tried to go to pvi but realized he would get limited playing time and went to FH. He’s a selfish player that is only interested in getting his pts to boost his stock amongst college recruiters.

I think LOCO has better coaching overall than fxco.

LOCO may have better coaching...idk, but they seem to definitely be lagging behind in talent this year. Looks like Potomac Falls is the only halfway decent one unless this site is ranking Loco low.

Mackey isn’t a major recruit strictly cus of his size. The kid is my pick as POY for the region and I think he’s one of the best in the state but in reality he is a 6’0” shooting guard. That’s very undersized at the college level. If he was 6’5” he would definitely have some big time schools lining up for him.

Good day. Basketball is very cool game and I like to watch professional matches. NBA players provide so cool game, especially in this season. Also I follow NCAA college basketball odds to make profitable bets and win money! And how about you, do you bet?
