swindled 6 elderly couples using various sweetheart ruses

there was a landmark bogus case put into the system by (big companies big government) where a person intently lost the ability to supervise their senile parents funds. the court ruling was that senior citizens would manage their funds until death.

QUICKLY AFTER - GOVERNMENT AND BIG BUSINESS BEGAN PREDATORY PRACTICES ON SENIOR CITIZENS which would have gotten jail time by older laws (still can, if prosecuted correctly). family was no longer (easily) able to put a stop or control on what senior citizens could do with money (to protect them from corrupt government and swindlers). However I would say the case was fake: the whole thing was a setup to cut families in the knees so they could not react or protect from swindlers - including government, Nasdaq, dow swindlers.

there was a landmark bogus case prosecution argued because one individual was caught "dipping into the senior's funds" that in all families in all states no one would have the right to protect "family funds"

HOWEVER THIS WAS CRITICAL, BECAUSE PAY STRUCTURE BACK THEN WAS DESIGNED TO LET THE LEADING MALE (AND WIFE) CONTROL THE HOME AND FUNDS OF A FAMILY - AND that when they become unable they are taken care of by children if the seniors become incapable of dealing with swindlers or making it to the restroom

with the government seizure of the "usual end" of a family was outlawed

government and business won the right to demand all of the families assets in exchange for taking the family home and caring for the senior citiens in government built centres

it was a major seizure and turn around.

(Asians often refer to it as "RICH OLD WHITE PEOPLE" - and believe me they and gov and big business - democrats - have targeted them like animals)

it not only was assumed that oldest children would watch parents in need

"IT'S CALLED FAMILY LAW"

and it still exists per say, but since Bill Clinton only a judge would decide - but the government is content to let all the family money go where - to the government and swindlers. the judge is never going to side with a frugal family

infact in the land mark case the defendant claimed he did not owe to manage his family in a manner to use and rely on social services (paid for by seizing land of families / senior citizens) and that his management decisions were completely appropriate in banning certain spending

but - the individual was ruled against

it's like suddenly giving women the same money family men were earning in the 90's (or was it 80's?)

it was completely a rip off

why is because bosses and pay were given out to support men who were paying for a whole family

single people DID NOT GET THE SAME PAY

but women demanded equal pay to male providers

the result is not only inflation but HOUSING SHORTAGE

the economy wasn't prepared for a sudden demand of 2x the housing (and perhaps still isn't in the 20teens)

COMPARATIVELY I'M SAYING FAMILY LAW AND FAMILIES AND FAMILY LAND AND INHERITANCE WAS NOT ARRANGED for government to demand senior citizens to be crazy with money until the government puts them into a govern, ment home and or seizes their home for "insurance copayment debt"

IT WAS A BIG THEFT AND IT IS STILL ONGOING. much like GOLDEN PARACHUTES IS STILL ONGOING.

"a wealthy family"

"family land"

"family inheritance"

"family money"

"family matters"

"family discussion"

all of these were terms in literature BEFORE BILL CLINTON

today you would hear mr. bezbox has allot of money his ex is poor and son died on sanfranciso streets begging for toilet paper

(today's governments has legally beheaded the idea of family being "in it together" or having any liability. BUT ALSO GOV HAS ASSUMED THE RIGHT TO SEIZE land for "their services")
