Lots of scumbags there including Matthews and others. Red Onion is getting too nice to the inmates and look what happens. Should be locked up 23 hours in a cell or killed if too dangerous.

There's never had a successful escape attempt in the history of that facility. Let them riot, its not like they're going anywhere.

BTW at Red Onion they are locked up 23/7 most of them 1 hr exercise. These are the most dangerous people in the Va Dept of Prisons and the state can't afford 3 guards on 1 prisoner ratios.
The good news is most of the guards are ex coal miners and Hillbilly's and arn't going to reason or play mind games with them, just follow their orders NOW! and they will be just fine
