the 90's when free to run Internet sites challenged Yellow Book - under Clinton - but Clinton's insured that FAILED

Yellow book used to have the monopoly for business listing. $2,000 / yr. You had to have money to make money back then - no joke. work your ass off and save is how.

The internet allowed anyone to run a free web server (apache I not II, government made, simple secure). All it took was an internet connection ($15/mo) which you likely wanted anyway. Yellowbook was mad - it meant the end for them. Political families with deep tendrils into local companies were "threatened" by free advertising.

THEN COME CLINTONS. HIKE THE PRICE ON HOME INTERNET BY RADIO JAMMING (bit jamming actually) CONSUMERS SO THEY HAVE TO PAY $110 / mo. "for proffesional internet", as free website port was jammed only for home users. A total fraud product.

Or suggest using free google website (problems: no moziac gold html editor, can't use a recognizable website name, can't register a website name for $15/yr)

At the same time Angie's list popped up. Contractors would have to pay them to be listed, and consumers would have to go to that site / see their ads to find contractors

- allows google to steal web content

- google would frequently "accidentally delete" websites - meaning those un-prepared would loose their company websites and have to pay to have another made

- google at the time had severe limitations on website size unless you paid - perhaps still do

You're so incoherent, son...put the pipe down. None of what you wrote makes any sense.

I think it's a screed about missing the Yellow Pages, but not sure. And something about a $15/month Internet connection, which never existed for businesses. And barely for individuals. At least on THIS planet.
