"VIRGINIA STATE POLICE INTENSIFY HOV ENFORCEMENT ON I-66 EXPRESS LANES INSIDE THE BELTWAY FRIDAY.

FAIRFAX - Virginia State Police (VSP) will conduct a focused High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) enforcement on Interstate 66 inside the Beltway tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 30 during morning and afternoon rush hour periods. This effort is intended to bring HOV violators into compliance."

I-66 has NOTHING to do with TransUrban.

TransUrban operates the Express Lanes on the Beltway, I-95, I-395 only.

VDOT operates the tolls on I-66. In the future (2022+), a Spanish company will operate I-66 tolls west of the beltway.
