During the last ice age this area was under many feet of ice. I am quite sure those temperatures were much colder than any temperatures we might experience now, so any record lows are in doubt.

Absolutely correct. We have all seen this in our daily lives. You put a pot of water (the earth) on the stove and turn on the burner (the sun). The water starts to heat from the sun. Now you trap more heat by putting on the lid (CO2). If you look closely, ice is starting to form in areas of the pot from the added heat. This shows that AGW is real. Quit denying it.
