Maybe, Metro should charge a "bond" of say $200 for each black person that wants to purchase a metro card. They could then use face recognition software and take the fare money from the bond money they put down. Problem solved.

Might as well decriminalize fare evading
The current situation is similar to passing a law in the zoo which forbids the monkeys from throwing thier feces at visitors.
Trying to enforce such laws does no good and only frustrates the

Great! Now that evasion is legal, I'm not going to pay for Metro anymore. I'm certain I'll never, ever be caught, but if I am, I'll just pay the ticket, which will probably less than the total amount of fare I evaded. What's good for the nigger is good for the white man.
Additionally, the niggers that do get caught and given a ticket won't pay it, and after enough unpaid tickets, they will be issued an arrest warrant and end up getting arrested for fare evasion anyway.

Fairfax County Gov has long "participated" with "work programs" to take DC implants (because they vote democrat)
I've worked with some of them. They used (free/reduced) bussing to get to fairfax - got the job through the "work program", and of course ended up living in (manasses - where-ever)
ALSO: METRO gives free tickets to "poor democrats" (not to poor white people). OP has a lying article making it look like blacks are being arrested for riding free - the fact is Fx Co Gov is taking money on the backside to reduce DC's welfare cost and give them jobs (AND transportation)

OP is a liar trying to bumb rush media with fake representations of the real situation
Fairfax County Gov has long "participated" with "work programs" to take DC implants (because they vote democrat)
I've worked with some of them. They used (free/reduced) bussing to get to fairfax - got the job through the "work program", and of course ended up living in (manasses - where-ever)
ALSO: METRO gives free tickets to "poor democrats" (not to poor white people). OP has a lying article making it look like blacks are being arrested for riding free - the fact is Fx Co Gov is taking money on the backside to reduce DC's welfare cost and give them jobs (AND transportation)
the real situation is old rich white people pay fares only

it's been proven some county governments have participated in grand theft auto: to sell the car and to force people to use "public transportation" to further enrich government officials who are fucked - fucked because their books show incredible spending on un-used transportation - gtransportation people people won't use unless government forced them to do so
