Great Falls Bank Robbery: Suspect In Custody
Police have arrested a suspect after a Wells Fargo Bank robbery Tuesday.

GREAT FALLS, VA—A suspect is in custody after a bank robbery in Great Falls Tuesday, according to Fairfax County Police. His identity will be released once he is processed at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
The robbery happened at a Wells Fargo Bank at 750 Walker Road, police tweeted at 12:28 p.m. The suspect fled in a car. Initial reports indicate the robber may have been armed. Police searched the area of Arnon Chapel Drive in Great Falls.
The suspect is described as a man around 5 foot 6 to 5 foot 8 and possibly wearing glasses, a black baseball hat and a beige jacket.
Police say there is a threat to the public. The case remains an active investigation.
