Beware Fraud

My friend works for a major shop that repiars totaled or wrecked vehicles. I was talking to him the other day. Apparently the dmv' are not conncted between the states. Meaning that not only can you get a different license from another state but you can also register a flooded vehicle and retitle back in virginia with clean history. Beware of any scam

I agree. If you buy any car without running the VIN on Carfax your a fool. I had to buy a vehicle for a company. Thought I found a great deal.

I ran the Carfax on the vehicle, Wrecked twice, repoed countless times. The report even had some service notes that the transmission had been replaced twice and that odometer might have been rolled back.

I am pretty sure the dmv's are connected. Ya know how truckers used to get 5 licenses so they could keep driving if they got a few revoked? well now with computers, that doesnt happen anymore, which is why we cant go to maryland and get a license if we lose ours here.
