You know that southern drawl expression when the boss doesn't talk about something he'd like to keep under the radar. "Keep you mouth shut."

In fairfax I was 1/2 raised by Northerners and 1/2 raised by Southerners who still resented northerners and the city people.

I was raised to respect when I was told "keep your mouth shut" (also for military command reasons).

HOWEVER - WHEN UNIONS threaten death to people who do not vote democrat, when keeping your mouth shut reason is your foreigner employer is trying to rip off USA, when the reason isn't your boss is trying to stay in his Cadillac and have a nice town hall and pay wages:


"Keep your mouth shut" just doesn't hold anymore.

It's not used the way it had been used by good Southerners - at least not in fairfax.
